Perfect stay ideally situated for beach, pubs, amenities. Nice walk to Whitstable and a short drive to so many other nice places. Big comfortable bed lots of room in bed room. Nice small cosy living area.

Lots of space, clean, comfortable and good location. Liz is a great host, made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend it.

What a wonderful little gem of a place! Warm, spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a wonderful position. From the outlook over the fields with horses next door to the beautiful countryside and wonderful villages surrounding it, everything was just lovely. A getaway or a base for sightseeing / visiting this place is perfect. Hilary is a friendly and welcoming face next door without being intrusive. An excellent Airbnb and a wonderful second stay for my Dad. Thanks Hilary!

A lovely, quiet Airbnb, with a lovely outlook over the garden which was very nice to wake up to! I felt right at home.

Steven and Tina were very welcoming and greeted us with big warm smiles it made us feel very welcome the place itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Had a lovely stay over the weekend and would definitely book again and recommend anyone else to do so as you will not regret it.

Had a wonderful stay, very cozy accommodation. Very clear instructions on how to use the utilities. Very close by to a large Sainsbury's, walking distance to the High Street. It's connected to the b&b but has its own private entrance. I got to meet with Sandra who was a lovely host. Would stay here again.

Very nice and cozy house in a beautiful area, quiet and well equipped. Very friendly hosts. We enjoyed the garden, we enjoyed the peace and quiet at night and admired the stars. A lot to explore, we highly recommend this AirBnB and would love to come back in the future.

This was lovely! There was coffee, tea and croissants. It was a 20 minute walk to whistable where there was a lot of lovely pubs. There was a lot of recommendations from the host - couldn't ask for more and would definitely recommend!

Alvaro and his partner were wonderful hosts - friendly, helpful and quick to respond with any questions. The space was lovely, with a very chilled vibe and exactly what my friend and I needed. It's a quick ten minute walk to the seafront. We were made to feel very welcome and Alvaro was kind enough to extend the check out time to match my train time too. I would definitely recommend.

A beauitful annex that was spacious, clean, cosy and warm. I loved the decor and the extra's that were added ready for breakfast. The place was nicely situated near the town and the local leisure centre, which we used for a swim (check their timetable first, though, for timings for the open swim every day). The town has places to eat and supermarkets, if you wish to bring something back to mircowave. There is an airfryer onsite, but we never used it on this occasion. Sarah, the host was very welcoming and friendly.

Where do i begin with this lovely stay! Julie was an amazing host, and ever so friendly and had ensured for every minute detail to be arranged so that we felt just at home. There were so many thoughtful gestures she had organised throughout the entire space, and this was honestly the most welcoming spaces we have visited, julie really thought of every need and requirement. Ease of directions and great communication, the area was magical with gorgeous sunset views and amazing patio/garden and sunroom. the perfect spot for a few days away to just relax. The entire stay was amazing and we would love to visit again. Thank you julie for creating such a cosy and beautiful environment!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s house. Communication with Sarah was excellent from the start — even the directions to the property were clear and helpful. After a long drive, we were warmly welcomed with a friendly smile and freshly made brownies, which was such a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The children especially loved spending time in the garden. The breakfast on our final day was wonderful and definitely set us up for the long journey home. We really enjoyed our short stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Would definitely stay again, cosy, clean and perfect for a weekend. Great location & near a very lovely park. Walkable to Margate & Cliftonville, the latter has a fantastic range of eateries. We parked the car when we arrived and didnt use it until we were leaving to head back home. Thanks Roger & it was really nice to meet you!

Was an amazing place with great sea views, located really close to the Seaford town and beaches, closely situated to Seven Sisters Cliffs which was the main attraction for us, great place overall with a lovely hot-tub!

We had a lovely stay at Annette’s place. It is a fantastic old barn. We felt very at home and Annette was really great at responding to questions and giving us recommendations for things to do with the children. Would recommend 👍

We had the best weekend! It’s within easy walking distance from the main high street and beach. Nick was really accommodating , letting us leave our bags the day of check out and super proactive like heating the cabin prior to our arrival. Would highly recommend!

This was a great find - on a peaceful residential road but within easy walking distance of two stations, the seafront and some great restaurants. The studio had everything we needed and more - although we only stayed two nights the kitchen was so well equipped it would definitely be suitable for longer term stays. The bed was very comfortable.

alex is the perfect host this is my 3rd or 4th visit and i will definately be staying again alexs place is clean tidy peaceful and private alex is always helpful and this 1 of my favourite places to stay at you could not ask for any where better to stay thank you again alex

Great place with all home comforts and the comfiest bed EVER.. Great location in tiny hamlet outside of Maidstone, so feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but close to all the amenities of Maidstone, plus stones throw away from an amazing pub The Black Horse Inn - highly recommended!!

Such a lovely little place and Natalie had thought of everything. We needed somewhere close to Great Dixter and it was an easy 10 minute walk. It was great to have the outdoor space for a morning coffee while listening to the birds. It felt very cosy and comfortable and we will be back.

An exceptionally well designed and very tastefully and stylistically decorated annex. The fixtures and fittings are of a high spec. A superb place to stay that is both peaceful and near to many great places to visit. Very kind hosts who have thought of everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

I felt right at home again in Shelley and Mike's lovely flat. Just like last year, it was so clean and tidy! There was everything you could possibly need for a 2.5-week holiday. Shelley and Mike are two of the loveliest people you could hope to meet. They're so friendly and accommodating! I really hope I get to spend my next holiday here again!
