Enjoyed our stay at Richard's place it was clean and comfortable and well situated across from sea front and close to restaurants.

We had a lovely time staying here. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean. We spent most of our time sat in the chairs by the window looking at to sea. Good location as close to hastings old town and st leonards

This place was beautiful. It was extremely convenient , lots of shops and nearby restaurants. It was very noisy at times (especially those seagulls). Wendy was amazing and was great with quick communication. We will definitely be back here one day soon!

Perfect place to stay for a couple of days. Comfortable and clean bedroom, clean kitchen with good cooking facilities and location is perfect for exploring the area. A definite 5 star stay.

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Great location, warm and inviting flat which was perfect for our weekend away. They kindly left out the travel cot for us and the kids room was lovely

Wonderful Xmas getaway in a lovely clean apartment with an amazing large balcony to enjoy the stunning sea views. All the facilities you could require for a break are provided and even a proper hairdryer not a mini excuse of one! Easy access to a number of lovely walks to Broadstairs, Botany Bay and Margate made this a very memorable trip. Wendy is very attentive and recommended a great selection of local restaurants and cafes. Perfect location, property and host.

A great property just a short walk from the sea. The ground floor flat was beautifully taken care of and had everything we needed for a relaxing mini-break. We particularly appreciated the breakfast items, nespresso machine and prosecco, along with the very comfortable bed! Highly recommended.

Our hostess Jo was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The view of the sea was incredible, and the house was clean and very charming with it’s different levels and details. There was also a great selection of movies and books, and the TV was perfect for relaxing. The only thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed Driftwood. A perfect little house in a perfect location to get straight on to the beach. It fitted 4 of us and our dog very comfortably. We really couldn't fault it. The property was clean, had everything you could need, and the Host, Simone was extremely responsive and helpful. If you're wondering which one to book in the area, then wonder no more. This is the one!

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

My friends and I had the best time at Jacqui's place. We had a girls weekend with 6 moms and our 6 daughters all under 3 years old and the place was absolutely perfect. Lots of space so we never felt on top of each other, the en suites in every room were a nice surprise--we knew there were a lot of bathrooms but didn't realise so many of them were en suite! There was a living room already filled with toys when we got there which made the weekend so much easier, plus a second living room for the adults to hang in and not have to look at toys once the kids were asleep! The house was really well equipped for us, the beds were all incredibly comfortable, and it was nice having a dining table big enough for everyone to sit at. Location was great too-- it was great being able to look out the windows and see the sea, and it's very walkable into downtown Margate. We're already discussing when we can visit again!

We had the best time staying at Ben’s place. We’ve visited Margate many times and this place just topped off a great NYE visit. The place was even better than the photos and we felt at home immediately. The art and decor was stunning, beautiful design whilst also feeling cosy. Would love to visit again in the future. Victoria was a fantastic host, responding swiftly and doing her all to help us make the booking. The house was stunning, warm with an incredible view and a truly fantastic place to host a small group of friends. The cooking facilities were excellent for preparing communal meals. The Hot tub and garden were great and the manner in which the garden backs onto the sand dunes and beach is so beautiful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our trip exploring the local Dungeness landscape. I'd certainly be interested in coming back in the summer months.

The home itself is beautifully furnished, striking the perfect balance between cosy and modern. It had a serene, calming vibe—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with all the essentials and even had some ingredients available, which was a thoughtful touch you don’t often find in Airbnbs. The hosts, Donna and David, were incredibly understanding about our situation with two young kids and a late checkout due to work commitments. They were also very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, making everything even smoother. If you’re looking for a tranquil, well-equipped retreat by the sea, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in Herne Bay. The house was gorgeous and in an amazing location. It was well equipped with everything you could need and was super clean. Any questions were answered quickly and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to herne bay.

This was our 2nd stay. The apartment was very comfortable, extremely well equipped, and spotlessly clean. It is spacious and light and airy. Sue is a very considerate host and has thought of everything in terms of equipping the apartment with lots of thoughtful extras. She was also very helpful in terms of access to the apartment. It is in a good location and easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view over the beach and bay. Amazing evening views from the window seat! Had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Kimberley’s flat was a beautiful place to relax on the south coast with sea views. The decor is exceptional and full of character which made the stay even more enjoyable and the kitchen and bathroom are both well equipped. She was extremely responsive and helpful and was a fantastic host!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour de cinq jours chez Simon. La maison est spacieuse, calme, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire à proximité, avec plein de recommandations dans un livret laissé à disposition au sein du logement. Simon est très sympathique et réactif. Il n’y avait pas de parking pour les visiteurs,m à proximité immédiate du logement, mais nous avons pu stationner dans une rue située à 15-20 minutes à pied.
