Mama-San and Papa-San are some of the best people I’ve met. They are very kind and very personable. I felt like I was at home or at my grandparents house. They gave me great recommendations on things to do in the area. They treated us like family. I would go back in a heartbeat. They also have great food

Lovely hostel in a great spot less than a minutes walk away from a stunning view of Mount Fuji, breakfast was recommended at a cafe at check in for a great price and was lovely food in the morning. Very clean shared spaces and a lovely place to spend a night near the mountain! Would highly recommend

A nice accommodation, with a lot of equipment in the kitchen like fresh coffee, snacks etc. The check-in was very flexible and smooth. We were able to reserve a free parking space before checking in. Also the receptionist was very friendly and had a lot of good tips for restaurants and activities in the area. All in all a great and good value stay if you don’t want to spend too much!

We loved our stay at Jun and Kimi’s place!! They were both lovely and made us feel right at home. The Airbnb is located in the middle of nature and it snowed when we were there and everything looked so beautiful. There is an onsen you can use every night which was so relaxing and peaceful. The house itself was very traditional Japanese which was exactly what we were looking for too. Jun was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at the station too! We also had the chicken hot pot two nights and it was delicious! There is a mountain trek you can do nearby which took us 4 hours, but gives the best views of Mount Fuji. We loved this stay so much, one of our favourites in Japan so far! Thank you sooo much! :)

The most wonderful stay at Mount Fuji, Tohru was so friendly from the beginning. He picked us up from the station, gave us a clear map of the best things to do in the area and all his recommendations. The house is big, clean and welcoming. It's lovely and quiet but within easy distance of all the best things to do at Mount Fuji. The bikes free to use at the property were great for getting around! To top it all off, Tohru dropped us back at the station and gave us his own beautiful printed out photographs of Mount Fuji through the seasons. Absolutely best place to stay at Mount Fuji with the most welcoming host. Highly recommend!

We had an absolute amazing stay in Hakone. The traditional ryokan looked even better than the photos and the view of Mt Fuji in the morning was breathtaking! The room was squeaky clean and had all the essential amenities. Communication and check-in process was super easy from the beginning and staff on site were helpful with local recommendations. The best part of everything was the private Onsen we booked on arrival with an indoor and outdoor bath. I can't recommend the place enough!

We booked Yuan Yuan house at the last minute and she came to our rescue. She helped us get a ride to the location, fed us, helped us get to the waterfall the next day. She made us feel right at home. Have stayed at many Airbnb, but never have. I felt this much at home until I found this location. Perfect for the traveler, who is looking for a beautiful location I need help finding a way around. Her food was great, and I would recommend her location 10 out of 10 times. Thanks again Yuan Yuan, see you soon hopefully.

伊豆的公共交通确实不便，但店主通过接送站和详实的交通攻略努力帮我们解决了这些问题。附近步行距离内还有公交站和便利店，非常方便！店主服务非常热情！值得推荐！

总的来说，还可以，我们带着两个孩子入住，当天下午4点从东京机场开车过来，到的时候已经10点多了，入住非常简单，清晨拉开窗帘第一次看到属于伊豆的晨光，衬托着厚厚的云层，显得格外神秘。景点离得很近，但是您必须要有车。

Eine tolle, sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie. Makis Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Onsen eine tolle Entspannung am Abend. Makis Mann hat uns sogar am letzten Tag zum Bahnhof gefahren, sehr nett! Ein schönes Ryokan!

We were greeted at the door on arrival which we appreciated and we were shown thoroughly through the facilities and helped to our room. we had hoped there would be more places to eat around our location however the restaurant we were directed to was very very good. we used the red line bus to access Kawaguchiko which was very convenient.
