Such a great place to stay for a weekend girls getaway! The scenery was beautiful! Everything was as pictured!

Everything about this place was amazing. Hot tub was clean and functioning perfectly. Plenty of towels for everyone. Kitchen was supplied with cookware and utensils. Everytime i had a question, the host was prompt to reply. Back off the road. Besides some random cars out on thw main road, we never saw another human. The kids went to the pond and quickly were able to catch bass. Would definitely recommend!

20/10 that was an amazing stay the place was even better than what Barb. Described, we had everything we needed and more. It was so cozy and clean, and she was very patient dealing with my endless questions. Lol, I would be honored to come back here again. Best Airbnb experience I have ever had.

This was one of the most peaceful relaxing stays we have had. The hot tub was clean, amazing and we enjoyed watching the sun go down while we were soaking! We ate at a couple of the recommended restaurants in the area which we also enjoyed. We took a little trip down the road to the outlet mall. We rocked in the rocking chairs on the porch with our coffee. Friendly, accommodating hosts. We were celebrating a birthday weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. Cabin is quiet and peaceful.

We had the BEST stay at Tim & Kristin’s cabin! Our family has started the tradition of traveling from Michigan to Ohio the day after Christmas and staying in a cabin for a few days. We always look for places that give a cozy vibe and have a hot tub. Their cabin fulfilled that and we felt right at home during our stay! The beds were SO comfortable, the fireplace was warm and the hot tub was perfect. Tim and Kristin were super friendly, sending us messages with recommendations for local dining and exploring. They communicated once the cabin was ready to let us know we could check-in earlier than the listed time and also gave us the opportunity to check-out later the day we left, due to no guests arriving that day. We hope to visit again during the warmer months! Thank you again! ❤️

Larry was great to deal with, he was very nice and his property is beautiful! It is great for a weekend get away the hot tub was awesome. There was plenty of beds for my guests. I would highly recommend booking his property’s.

We had an absolutely unforgettable weekend at the cabin! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cabin itself was cozy and inviting, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. If you bring groceries, some board games, and books or DVDs you could stay at the cabin and just relax the whole time as peaceful as it is. We explored the nearby town of Mt Vernon with its shops, Ariel Foundation Park, and history. After that ventured over to check out the Bridge of Dreams and Honey-run waterfalls. Finished with great food at the Corn Crib. Back at the cabin for the evening, we enjoyed a game of Scrabble that we brought from home and relaxing in the hot tub. If you’re looking for a cozy retreat with nature, relaxation, and a quaint little town to visit this cabin is the perfect choice!

We enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun with our extended family. It was the perfect place for our family of 11 to gather for a long weekend.

The house was clean and in a very nice private location. The hot tub was clean and all functions worked perfectly. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Loved the coffee/tea/hot chocolate the owners provided. Owners provided a wonderful email with all the things we would need to know about the area and they were always a quick message away when we had a question. The house is spacious and in a beautiful private area. Lots of board games and puzzles as well as lots of comfortable furniture. Everything was perfect. We would highly recommend. Our family including our fur babies had an amazing time.

We go every year to the Cabin for my Brothers birthday. This past year my brother passed, but I felt closer to him just being at our favorite place. Will keep this tradition going in his name. ❤️

Our stay was great! The house was BEAUTIFUL and had such a cozy rustic feel. My favorite was the pond that we took our little dogs on walks around. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had all that we needed during our stay. Also, the deer walking around the yard early in the morning was such an awesome sight! We had an emergency pop up and asked for an extended stay, Chip was great and was quick to respond and allowed us to stay that extra day and even gave us a late check out! What a joy it was to stay here.. we will definately be going back! FIVE STARS!!

This was our second time staying here and the cabin had been remodeled on the inside. It was great before, but the updates are beautiful! There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked every night and never were lacking in what we needed. And the property is beautiful. We will definitely be coming back again!

My friends and I go on trips every year to hangout and just have a nice getaway. We pick a new location every year but this is the first place that we have came back to because of how nice it is. It's very peaceful and relaxing here, and Alan and Laura have an amazing location to stay at, that feels almost like a second home the first moment you step in. If I could give this place more that 5 stars for every option I absolutely would.

Lovely cabin in a peaceful setting! Would recommend for a cozy getaway. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of space for everyone, the hot tub was fabulous, and the living room was very comfortable!

It was a beautiful home, would definitely go back again in the future. Instructions for everything was very clear. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean and comfortable. Would love to go during the summer!

Great place for a girl’s weekend away. Bedrooms, shared space, and kitchen were just what we needed. Loved the hot tub and fire pit space. We lost power for a couple hours one evening due to weather and the owners were immediately responsive, kept us updated with information from the power company, and came by with bottled water, extra battery powered lights, and a battery charger for our phones. The area is beautiful and we found a perfect trail nearby for a hike (also a trail connected to property). Would definitely return and recommend.

A very unique location, complete privacy, except for all the Whitetail Deer and other terrific wildlife that we witnessed. Loved it!

What a hidden gem. The location was private with pretty wooded surroundings (including a fire pit, hot tub, and covered outdoor dining area.). The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The attention to detail was impeccable. Jodi provided proactive communication, a binder with helpful information, and offered local recommendations. If you are looking for a relaxing get away, we highly recommend Whispering Pines.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! The place was just as described and literally THE cleanest airbnb I've ever been to! The host was very friendly and flexible with us. We loved all the details in the cabin from the detailed light switch plates to the light shades. The hot tub felt amazing on those nights that were in the teens, and we had fun laughing at each other's "icicle hairs"! lol The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking like seasonings, oil, aluminum foil, pans (that weren't scratched to death like at most rentals), baking sheets, they even had ziplock bags that would certainly come in handy in the summer when you want to take a trip down the river to keep your valuables dry. All in all, we loved the place and would certainly be back in the summer! Thanks for offering your gorgeous cabin to others!

Andrea’s place was wonderful. The inside of the home was very clean and felt very welcoming. The added small touches of snacks, coffee and water was pleasantly welcomed and appreciated. This place was a wonderful escape for the kids and I to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. I highly recommend staying here.

Our family gets together for Thanksgiving each year, we come in from Florida, PA and certainly Ohio. This year we chose this cabin / home and it was perfect. It really is a beautiful home and is large enough to accommodate our overnighters. I would absolutely recommend this home. A couple notes, the main fireplace is restricted from use, it was disclosed but it’s a focal point of the home and was disappointing not to be able to use it… Be aware the drive to the cabin once off the main road was challenging for an average car, I’m not sure if we had gotten snow, it would have been that easy to get back out… Also do not arrive after dark, that was a challenge, no lights were left on at all, we were 20’ from the cabin and could not see it… Now with that said, the atmosphere in and out was amazing. The fire pit outside was so much fun, the views are outstanding and the bottom line is we would absolutely recommend this property…
