Our group of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location made it easy to get around. Although it was off a somewhat busy street, we did not hear any traffic from inside. The kitchen was fantastic. There were plenty of bedrooms for us to spread out. The furniture was comfortable. I loved the inclusion of fans in each bedroom to help with sleeping.

We had such an amazing Thanksgiving stay in the snow. The house and snow-covered outdoors was amazing and was such a magical place for our family to gather. Laurel and Blake were amazing, responsive hosts, especially during a holiday week. Blake quickly fixed a propane heater problem caused by the extreme weather and completely saved our Thanksgiving meal. We were so appreciative of their responsiveness and care, and would love to come back sometime in the future.

We are return renters and already signed up for next year. Our daughter lives in Ashland and this location is perfect and close to all restaurants and shops. Valisatie works nearby and always says hello when we visit. He is super.

Clean, cozy and well equipped kitchen and amenities. Furniture and beds are quite comfortable and there is plenty of room inside and out with a beautiful tree in front of the house. Quiet and serene neighborhood, close to town center and shopping. Beds are quite comfortable and even though we did not use the loft, it is quite nice and well organized for entertainment and watching a movie or hanging out.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful snowy forest home! The setting was absolutely magical, with snow gently falling outside and a peaceful, serene atmosphere. The home itself was cozy, warm, and inviting, with thoughtful and eclectic touches that made it feel like a true retreat. We loved the spacious living areas, the stunning views of the forest, and the well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to enjoy our time indoors. The location was perfect for exploring nearby trails, and we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing escape. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Our host, Mich, and her pup Kellen were an extra treat to help everything feel like home away from home.

Our stay at The River House was peaceful and relaxing. The home is literally surrounded by beautiful views of mountains, trees and the Rogue River. The tasteful quality updates include luxury appliances, fixtures and an amazing soaking tub. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals and we also utilized the covered fire pit to roast brats and marshmallows. The beds were beyond comfortable! Krystina was a great communicator and upon arrival, we found oatmeal cookies, complimentary coffee and tea, and even mints on our pillows! We (and our Puggle) highly recommend this people-and-dog friendly home!

Our second visit to Shawna's house did not disappoint. Beautiful house with the most peaceful pool ever. We will be back. We rent many houses for vacation and have never gone to the same one twice - until now :).

The setting was lovely with deer at play and a private feel. The decorations were design quality, with each piece obviously selected with care. Also, the kitchen was well stocked and would have served well for cooking (which we did not do). And, Tara and John were great hosts, friendly and proactive with support. Do be aware you will be required to drive up and down from their place to town, a short drive (with beautiful houses galore), but it requires a comfort level driving at night. We stayed at Kirk’s place for Christmas and it was just perfect! The studio was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Fireplace was on for us and we were able to enjoy the amazing hot tub that night. We had a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two beds were beautiful and so comfy! Not your typical hotel style beds but instead soft and luxurious with thick comfy comforter. Shower had a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location is also very quiet and the river access was just lovely. Very kind hosts and super accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The overall stay was comfortable and private. While a few issues arose, it was still a pleasant experience.

What a wonderful stay! Cowslips Belle did not disappoint. We stayed for 10 days, and can honestly say that this was one of our best AirBnB stays ever! It’s walking distance from the hub of Ashland - Main Street, lots of restaurants, & Lithia Park. It’s a beautifully maintained peaceful retreat — all 6 units face a private, lovely grassy area (that our dog thoroughly enjoyed), with a Koi pond too. Our unit —the Lower Unit—was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The hosts are friendly, personable and communicative. Even when there was a temporary water shut-off issue, they let us know every step of the way what was happening, and it was fixed within an hour. If you’re looking for a restful nights sleep, on a comfortable bed, with a jacuzzi bathtub & separate stand-up shower, with a full kitchen, then look no further! We are definitely planning on staying here again.

We had a great stay in Grants Pass. We were there for work & had long exhausting days. Having Denise’s space was a necessary reprieve from the summer heat. Beautiful deck to sit out in the evenings for dinner & sunset.

The place was amazing. We absolutely enjoyed our short stay. We would definitely come back and stay here, highly recommend. Better than the pictures!

The photos really don’t do the house and surrounding grounds justice. It’s well appointed, with very comfortable beds and furniture and nice linens. The back deck and view of the river is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The property was country clean, a little dust, a couple bugs, much as you’d expect in the country, but the bathrooms and kitchen, furniture, bed and linens were spotless. I also really liked that they had environmentally friendly supplies in the kitchen and laundry. Host was gracious and welcoming. Also quick to respond if messaged.

Fun spot. We were only there for a night, but I suspect this place is best when you are there for 2-3 days.

This is my third stay at Joel's home in Medford. The word "massive" describes all of the living spaces, the two TVs, the dining room, the kitchen, the master suite, and the family suite downstairs which would be great for a family with up to 3 kids. This makes the home ideal for a large gathering of family or friends. The neighborhood is very nice, the house is well-equipped, and Joel is the best communicator I've encountered on AirBnB. The only downside was that the front door's smart lock wasn't working during our stay, though Joel provided a lockbox with key instead, and I'm sure he'll have the smart lock fixed soon. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time at Joyce’s gorgeous home. There were 5 adults and 2 children, and the space was perfect for our family gathering. We spent multiple mornings and evenings cooking in the nice, big kitchen. And of course spent evenings outside at the nicely arranged outdoor dinner table. The kids enjoyed walking around the property and swinging on the tire swing below the house. The property is about 20mins from the town but worth the drive for the privacy and quiet. (Bring your bug repellent for the mosquitoes)

We had an absolutely idyllic 4 day stay at Erin's home. The setting is absolutely stunning. Erin was accommodating and flexible. We were a full 13 adults with another family coming for dinners to celebrate my mother's 100th birthday. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had all we needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast. We would definitely book again in the future.

Brian’s home was a great home for our family to use while visiting relatives. The view is beautiful. The AC works great. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving with extended family. Great kitchen and multiple living spaces gave us room to spread out. Gorgeous winter views of Grizzly Peak and fun to watch the ducks in the pond. Pac Man machine and pool table were a huge hit. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We hope to return!

We had an awesome time at “The Gem”. The views are amazing, the hot tub was incredible. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The layout of the dining room, kitchen, and living room is perfect for a family get together.
