Host was very responsive. The house is so new as well as the furniture and appliances. Everything is complete specially on the kitchen. Place is safe and secured as the friendly neighbors are just friends and family of the host.

The place is very clean. Everything is working and provided for. Very responsive and friendly to communicate with. Near wet market and mini groceries. Very easy to find and the parking is huge enough to fit a large vehicle. Just a few kilometers away from fast food and restaurants. If you need a budget firendly and a good place to stay, this is place is highly recommended. Just walking distance from the beach.

John and Ligaya are responsive and easily to talk with. I had lots of fun speaking with John and it is really worth it staying at their home. If ever I return to Pangasinwan, I will surely rent out their place again!

Super bait nila..sayang lang walang battery yung videoke..naligaw din kami so better call them for directions kasi yung sa google maps is sa bangin ang way..but the place is worth it..super ganda ng bahay and super peaceful ng place.🙂

It’s our first time taking a family staycation and all of us had a great experience in balay elyang. The place is peaceful, we enjoyed the karaoke (especially my parents lol) and the swimming pool. Also, the place is very clean and spacious! If you love taking pictures, this place is perfect! I loved taking a mirror selfie and filming in the veranda, it gives you a good lighting. The house is unique as well with the container style exterior, loved itt!! One more thing, sir Ding is very welcoming and accomodating! Will definitely go back in balay elyang! ☺️

The place was perfect for a get-away for the family but what sealed the deal was they are pet friendly. The place has a rustic charm and it felt good to be away from the noise of the city and enjoy the quiet farm life. The kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed exploring the surroundings. However they are far from supermarkets so it is advisable that you bring anything you might need. Kuya Jong the caretaker is also very helpful and is always around to assist. Phoebe is always very responsive to queries as well and even tried to help us by reviewing CCTV footage when we thought we lost our dog. All-in-all if you want a charming place to stay for solitude this is highly recommended.
