We had such a great time staying at Audun Terje's beautiful home. Spotless, everything was perfect. It has everything we needed. The pool was so nice. The house and the view are perfections. Always get a response from Audun whenever we have questions. Such a beautiful place. We didn't have a nice weather, we didn't enjoy much of the beach and the island but we will come back probably in summer time. The view is amazing. Gave us a peaceful vibe. We love it.

Terje and Hanne are great hosts. Clear, proactive and responsive while making you feel welcome. The house is very well located and fully aligned with descriptions/photos. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place.

Kjetil’s was an absolutely wonderful host. He really did go above and beyond when it come to ensuring we had all we had for our stay. Local recommendations a plenty, we hiked the kings view, experienced the local Glassworks factory (way more there than you think!) and spend a lovely morning on the island across the bridge where we swam and bathed in a beautiful secluded spot followed by lunch at the golf course. The home itself is spacious and the views are incredible. The pool is heated and the morning and evening calm on the rooftop patio were wonderful. Our kids played for hours and you really do have to pinch yourself at the views. As with the previous review, perhaps a little storage space for unpacking would be nice, but it didn’t bother us too much. The locals are so kind, genuine and just have a calming presence about them and we (4 adults and 6 kids) all had the most wonderful time. Thank you Kjetil!

I really enjoyed my time in Maria Helen's beautiful apartment. It's very nicely furnished and i directly felt like home. There are good parking spaces and the area is very quiet and beautiful. The communication with Maria Helen was friendly all the time and she answered my questions quickly. I can definitely recommend this apartment.

This place is a gem, an oasis where we could relax as a family after long days. The location is great, just 15 minutes train ride from Oslo center to Sandvika station. From there it is 11 minutes to walk. The walk up has a hill so Keven recommended that we took a taxi when we had luggage. To our delight, Keven showed up at the train station and drove our suitcases to the house. He is an amazing host, very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on shops and transportation. We arrived late on a Saturday night and our thoughtful host had bought some refreshing beverages that were waiting for us in the fridge. The house is huge, the beds were very comfortable. We had been traveling for two weeks when we got there so having two washing machines to do laundry was awesome. We loved grilling on the deck and lounging in the yard watching the Oslo fjord and the beach (only 10 minutes walk away). We highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.

Perfect accommodation for family. Nice beach closeby. The children loved the swings on the patio. Great hospitality shown by host. This is a place where family can relax.

Eskils house is beautiful and such a gem to find. We had a lovely stay as a family of 6 and it was the perfect size and very well equipped for us. The sea views from the windows are spectacular and it was really special to go swimming every morning in the sea from the beach at the bottom of the garden. Fantastic outdoor spaces to sit and eat/hang out too. Eskil himself was very helpful and flexible host and made our stay very easy! 100% recommend this place :)

Jag varmt rekommenderar Idas hus. Varmt mysigt och rent hus. Nära många fina aktiviteter. Vi kommer rekommendera detta hus och vi vill gärna fråga Ida om hon kan hyra oss hennes hus igen.

The hosts have created such a warm and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful holiday decorations that made everything feel extra special. The home is perfectly set up for families with children. Our kids were overjoyed to discover the extensive collection of toys available, keeping them happily entertained throughout our stay. The outdoor space was just as delightful, with plenty of snow for the children to play in and create wonderful winter memories. The location is ideal - peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway, yet conveniently close to Oslo for easy day trips into the city. This balance made our stay even more perfect. What really stood out was the hosts' exceptional hospitality. Their communication was always prompt and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Kaja und Torbjørn sind absolut sympathische Gastgeber, die auf Fragen schnell reagieren. Das Haus ist super (modern, viel Platz und mit den zwei Terrassen kann man gefühlt immer an der frischen Luft sein), aber das Highlight ist die Aussicht, egal ob vom Wohnzimmer oder den Terrassen aus. Der Blick auf Wald und Felsen, auf den Fjord und nach Oslo ersetzt den Fernseher.

Perfekt! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Vollen und konnten die Gegend erkunden (mit Bus & Schnellboot). Nach Oslo sind es ca. 45 Min. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und konnten so gut ans Meer oder nach Asker oder Heggedal etc. … und Erdbeeren holen direkt vom Feld. Die Himbeeren wachsen auch wild gleich am Wegrand!

Traumhaft gelegenes Haus, im Anhang mit Blick über den Oslo Fjord und riesiger Terasse zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist neu und modern. Die Einrichtung ist ein persönlicher Mix von Dingen der Familie. Großes modernes, sauberes Bad und gut ausgestattete Küche. Als Bett dienen 2 Ikea Ausziehbetten. In 10min ist man in den kleinen, idyllischen Ort Vollen gelaufen. Hier gibt es alles was es braucht. Bar, Cafe, Restaurant, Supermarkt. wunderschön gepflegt direkt am Wasser mit Hafen. In 40min ist man mit dem Bus ohne umsteigen direkt in Oslozentrum. Truls und seine Familie waren wundervolle Gastgeber. Sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und umsorgend. Wir hatten einem tollen Kontakt und guten Austausch. Wer Ruhe, Idylle und norwegisches Fjordleben mag ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vårt. + Hyggelig vertskap. Reiste med liten baby og Martine sørget for å ha det meste av babyutstyr tilgjengelig. + Hjemmet er en perfekt base for familieferien. Nær strand, uendelige turmuligheter, kjøpesenter, restauranter og lett å komme seg til sentrum. + Hjemmekoselig, uten at man får følelsen av å bo i noen andre sitt hjem. - Lite privat uteområde i 1 etg, føler deg til utstilling med leilighetsbygg som nærmeste nabo. Kompenseres derimot med takterasse og fin utsikt mot sjøen.

wir haben einen ganz tollen Urlaub dort verbringen dürfen. Tolles Haus, toller Gastgeber, der sehr schnell und unkompliziert antwortet und reagiert. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schnelle Erreichbarkeit, um nach Oslo zu gelangen. Für uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder!

Moderne en gezellige woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Slaapkamers,douche beneden en woonkamer op eerste verdieping waardoor je veel privacy hebt. Twee ruime balkons waar het heerlijk is om te zitten. Communicatie met Camilla verliep heel makkelijk en snel. Centrum is op loopafstand maar je moet goed ter been zijn ivm met hoogteverschil. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad!

We loved Kjetil / Christine's place! The home design was beautiful, the view of Oslofjord was fantastic, and it was very well stocked. The bus stop was also just steps away to catch the local bus to get to the train to the airport and other locations. I'd definitely recommend their place for a relaxing visit to Oslo in beautiful surroundings.
