My family and I had a truly wonderful stay in Praveen's villa in Candolim. The villa is in a perfect location, so close to all the shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The villa is within a small villa complex which is so peaceful and serene. Everyone is very friendly. The villa is very spacious, and is spotless. Praveen is a brilliant host, very responsive if needed and hospitable. This was our second stay here and my family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay.

This is a wonderful, well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. Having a clean and private swimming pool is an absolute luxury. Prashant and Ragni are wonderful hosts and can't do enough to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable giving advice on things to do and sharing knowledge of the local area and India as a whole. The only negative is the amount of litter and rubbish which seems to be a problem throughout Goa. This is not a reflection on the standard of accommodation we had and not something Prashant and Ragini can do much about. Overall we had a wonderful two months and would recommend this place to anyone wishing for a peaceful stay in Goa. Thankyou Prashant and Ragni.

Indrajit’s airbnb felt like home. Every corner of the house was beautiful. The kitchen had all the amenities. The rooms were spacious. Every bedroom has a balcony which has amazing views. The terrace was just another vibe. Overall, the stay was very comfortable. The property was neat and clean. Would definitely recommend it, if you are planning to stay in North Goa!

Great location and a helpful, responsive host!! We had a wonderful stay. The place had all the necessary amenities and was close to all the important landmarks. It looked exactly as shown in the images. The internet speed was good too. The host (Sanjeev) made sure all the requirements were met as and when asked for. Overall- Good place to stay and enjoy.

It's a beautiful place surrounded by nature. Everything was perfect.

Super cosy home, well-maintained and in a nice peaceful neighbourhood. Both bedrooms were clean, and came with attached bathrooms and balconies. Assagao is a good location as there's so much greenery, it's close to the beach and a lot of good restaurants. Lot of options for food delivery as well. The caretaker was prompt and very helpful. We were traveling with our pet golden retriever and she loved the house too. The verandah was a nice space for her to lounge in. Plus so much open space for her to roam around!

Our stay was amazing, the host was very helpful with anything we needed. Was a good location, closer to the bigger parties if that is what you were looking as well. Cleaning available daily as well!

I believe we were the first European visitors to this villa and therefore the in house staff didn’t quite understand that we didn’t need waiting on hand and foot as I think they had been used to with other guests. They were however very friendly and obliging, and once they realised we were very low maintenance they were quite unobtrusive, although always available. The villa, the gardens and pool were kept very clean and our host Rohit was very proactive and always available on social media. We could honestly find nothing to fault with this property, and will more than likely book it again next winter.

5/5 Stars! We had an amazing stay at Humble Rock! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional care taken by the caretaker Arupnath. They were always available to help, kept the house spotless, and made sure we felt right at home. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a group of friends. We loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend Humble Rock to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway! Thanks again to the entire team at Humble Rock!

Nirmal's place is beautifuly tucked away right next to porvorim. WHile it has access to major shopping centres and outlets it reamins a quiet and peaceful locality. The pool was clean. The house itself is exactly as described and everything was in order. We made our christmas meal in the house as well. All appliances are functional. We had absolutely no issues with regard to the house. The host was gracious enough to send us a bottle of wine to celebrate Christmas and also did not artificially inflate his pricing just because it was the season. A true gentleman. Parking was dedicated outdoor space. Waste disposal was easily managed. Wifi connectivity was good as airtel had no signal in the location. AC, waching machine and all other applicances are in working condition and the rooms are spacious. The house also had a gas stove. Overall it was a comforting and relaxing experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Umravi Villa! Naman and the team were incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The villa itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and a rooftop featuring a bar counter, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Special thanks to the caretaker, Sonu, who took care of everything seamlessly. His cooking was amazing, and he made us feel right at home with his humble and attentive nature.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Had an absolute ball in this place with my friends. This is the best place If you want to stay somewhere through which you can access all of North Goa in 15-20 minute drive. The place has all the amenities and is kept clean for a comfortable stay. Mani is a superb host. She helped us not only during our stay but also with the Taxis and rental scooter services. Zubins' food is amazing. If you're someone who likes parsi food, Zubin is famous for that.

Siddhartha and Pavika are incredibly good hosts. They went out of their way to ensure a perfect guest experience. The place is so thoughtfully planned and furnished, we felt like it was our own place. The view from the bedroom was fantastic. If you're considering the Siolim area, this is the place you're looking for.

Nice place to stay with big rooms in Panjim city

The home was absolutely wonderful! In a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the greenery of Goa, away from the hustle and bustle of most of North Goa is this villa - peaceful yet not far from the beaches & nightlife -Morjim, Anjuna, and Vagator beaches - 20-25 minutes away. The 8 of us stayed for 30 days with elderly parents that required daily home meals. The fully functional kitchen with all amenities (water purifier, stove, fridge, microware, etc) made it a great home away from home. A close-by, walkable, daily needs store, as well as supermarkets a short drive away allowed us to get whatever needed for daily cooking, etc. Swiggy for other daily needs & food order worked well. And of course all the great restaurants in North Goa are within 10-25 minutes reach w/ great cafes just 5 mins away. The hosts Susanna and Adrian were great in providing whatever was needed and were responsive. The housekeeper, Sheela was just great and took care of whatever we needed. Must visit!

I had a wonderful stay at Mr. Anthony’s place in Goa! The location is perfect-- close to all major beaches and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the area. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and homely vibe. Mr. Anthony was an exceptional host--friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with local recommendations and any requests. His hospitality truly made the experience even better. We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

The place is awesome for a peaceful stay away from the loud music, crowd and traffic. The host Shikhar Gupta took care of each and every small thing and is always available to respond to any of your queries and requirements. Overall it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to come back again.

Words can't describe our wonderful experience in Kirti's place. It's a lovely 4 BHK Villa on a hill with sweeping views of the beautiful Mandovi river from the living room cum kitchen (on level 2) and 3 bedrooms (on level 1 & 3). An elevator is available to take you up & down all levels). The bedrooms & washrooms are spacious, the balconies are large and the furniture in all spaces is lovely. We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. Panaji is just about 5 kms from this place. Swiggy & Zomato delivers, hence we didn't feel the need to drive out for food. The best part was the proactive attitude of the host! I have stayed in a good number of Airbnb places in Goa - I can definitely rate Kirti as one of the best hosts. Though we didn't meet, she helped us with a late night issue for which we are grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all guests looking for a nice, peaceful and relaxing stay.

Karan has been the most gracious and hospitable host. We checked in very late at night and he was there to receive us which was greatly appreciated. The property is beautiful, neat and clean with amenities very thoughtfully provided for. We had the most wonderful visit and will definitely go back again.
