Everything was absolutely beautiful. The surrounding and the house was very peaceful. It was a very well maintained property. It had all the essential amenities that one could need for a short stay. I had a great time and look forward to staying there again.

We had booked this place as we were expecting a baby and my wife was admitted in Akanksha Hospital. We were looking for an accomodation where my extended family members could stay and cook food for ourselves. The place served our purpose perfectly. It is at a walking distance from the hospital. There was also a market nearby where we could do our grocery shopping. This place really felt like home. The host Samudra have also been very helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable stay and friendly staff. The place was kept well and was centrally located. We stumbled upon Ikora by chance, while browsing through the app & we took a chance and were lucky. The only request is that the management should impose strict penalties on the guests who have damaged the property in a few spots. Overall highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Lapyn's apartment. The apartment at the 2nd floor was extremely cozy, peaceful, clean and well maintained. There were a few shops/local restaurants nearby, which made it convenient for food and essentials. The host was communicative and ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. It's my second visit to the place. The host is very kind and supportive. You get your private place with no one to disturb and and peaceful calm environment with lots of bird sounds.

Really fantastic location. It is right next to center of the city and has all the shopping centers and good restaurants 5 min walk away. The apartment itself was spacious and had a balcony with chairs and stuff. They put instant noodles, snacks, and stuff as an add-on when I checked in which I appreciated a lot. The care taker lives nearby so there was no issue with communication or finding the place.

the appartment is completely private and feels like home.. very beautiful and luxurious living room and a cozy bedroom for two..

Mr. Akshay, Mr. Ankur, and the caretaker, Mr. Kanak, were incredibly helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I along with my family stayed at this wonderful property. There are a lot of such properties in Guwahati but the thing that stands out with this property is the responsive and accomodating hosts. The caretaker of the property was also very responsive and attentive. We really enjoyed this amazing property tucked pristinely within the heart of the city. Highly recommended.👌.
