Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Federica è una host amichevole, piacevole e gentile. ci siamo trovati davvero bene nella sua casa, che è ampia, pulitissima e accogliente. Federica è stata disponibile sia per il check-in sia per le info sulla zona e poi essendo una persona piacevole è uno spasso chiacchierare con lei, peccato che siamo stato poco tempo. posizione per noi centrale visto che abbiamo visitato Perugia, Assisi e Gubbio e nell'appartamento non manca proprio nulla. grazie Federica!!!!

Ce logement en pierres est splendide, l’emplacement est paisible et la vue sur le lac est un vrai plus. La literie est bonne, on s’y sent très bien. :)

Sono stata in questo bellisimo appartamento per natale con la mia famiglia,siamo stati benissimo. L appartamento era caldo e fornito anche di legna per il camino. Era tutto pulito e c era tutto il necessario per u soggiorno confortevole. Il fuori anche se non l abbiamo sfruttato visto il freddo è molto bello. Sicuramente in primavera torneremo.

Andrea and Flavio were excellent hosts. The location is perfectly situated just outside the city gates. The parking on premises was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. The tub was perfect to give our little one a bath and the children’s park just a five-minute walk away was perfect to keep everyone happy as we would come and go in the city. I highly recommend this BNB to everyone, especially families.

Ottima location con tutto il necessario (lenzuola e asciugamani) e con pure vivande per la prima colazione (caffè, biscotti, marmellata, merendine). La casa è ben strutturata e il giardino esterno molto ampio è un plus piacevole. Unica pecca il posto auto ma ci sono posti gratuiti a poche centinaia di metri dalla casa.

Antonello went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free and relaxing. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable beds, the table was laid before we arrived for our convenience and he responded to all messages within minutes. Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. Thank you Antonello for an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

L' appartamento di Simona , oltre ad essere a 2 passi dal centro storico di Foligno, è completamente ristrutturato, dotato di ogni confort, super pulito e davvero accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Super consigliato.

Host molto premuroso e disponibile. L'alloggio è accogliente, sufficientemente luminoso, pratico, silenzioso. Notevole la sua posizione nel centro storico (e pedonale) di Perugia, città veramente bella che merita una visita di almeno tre giorni. Torneremo.

We had a lovely extended stay at Nicoletta’s apartment. It was well equipped, comfortable and in a great central location. She went above and beyond to facilitate our stay and accomodate our needs travelling with our one year old. Thank you for everything! Until next time!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Carla’s apartment is a home away from Carla’s apartment is a home away from home. We absolutely loved it for its large size, convenient location and comfortable furnishings. The amenities provided were generous. Carla kindly lent us her key card for free access to the car park nearby. We’ve used Airbnb in multiple countries for well over a decade. Places mostly meet our expectations while a few are disappointing. However, Carla’s apartment is the rarest of the rare- it exceeded all our expectations. We give it a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Carla. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Sono certo che questo è il miglior appartamento in cui siamo stati tramite Airbnb. Marco + Michele sono padroni di casa fantastici. Consiglio vivamente per chi ha un'auto e vuole un'esperienza confortevole e lussuosa a un ottimo prezzo. Anche a breve distanza in auto dalla mini metropolitana Pian di Massiano con parcheggio gratuito in modo che il centro storico sia di facile accesso.

L' appartamento di Marcus é in posizione perfetta, in pieno centro. Si trova al primo piano, due ampie camere da letto, cucina perfettamente attrezzata completa di forno e di lavastoviglie, bagno cieco, ma funzioale. Perugia si é rivelata una località perfetta, anche per visitare altre mete quali Assisi, Spoleto e dintorni. Marcus é stato sempre gentile e disponibile.

バレーボールの試合を見るための旅行利用しました。パラバートンがほどよく近く、歩いて20分くらいの距離でした。 また、ホストの対応か大変素晴らしく、行き届いたケアに感動しました。 シャワーの水圧が低かったことと、ハンディシャワーへの切り替えがうまくいかないので、説明書きなどがあるといいなと思いました。 それ以外は素晴らしく、早朝にタクシーをお願いすると、とても親切に対応してもらえて感動しました。 ありがとうございました！

Alloggio inserito nel contesto di un villino in stile Liberty degli inizi del '900, con giardino e spazio comfort a fianco dell' appartamento. Bellissima veduta di Assisi e del monte Subasio. Possibilità di parcheggiare l' auto sul retro della casa.

We enjoyed 4 nights here and our stay was very nice. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and have some wine while sitting in the sun. We enjoyed the wine and chips left for us and appreciated the thoughtful gift. We had some wonderful meals in town and even attended a chorale concert in the church nearby. Like most Italian hill towns, this one has many charming but steep little roads and walkways but this is why we love Italy. We quickly grew to really enjoy Spello and staying in Manuela's place gave us easy access to all that we needed.
