Хорошая локация. Удобный жёсткий матрас. Мы были очень благодарны за воду в холодильнике, вкусный кофе. Вся техника на кухне работает. Хороший wi-fi. До центра можно дойти пешком. Имейте ввиду, что есть эскалаторы! Лестницы на карте, на самом деле сами поднимут вас наверх!

Mi è piaciuto molto la posizione, la pulizia dell’alloggio , ma soprattutto la disponibilità dei proprietari , la gentilezza e le indicazioni che mi hanno fornito per muoversi nei dintorni, anche al di fuori degli itinerari classi. Esperienza molto positiva. Grazie di tutto!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa era come da descrizione, pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo cambiato l’orario del check in e i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili.

Casa super accogliente, ordinata e pulita, ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Ci sono tutti i comfort per poter stare come a casa propria. Io ho soggiornato da sola con un cane di taglia grande e non ho avuto nessun problema.

Appartamento curato e dotato di tutte le necessità, l'impianto di riscaldamento è molto efficiente: abbiamo soggiornato qui in giornate molto fredde e la casa si riscalda davvero in poco tempo. La struttura è in collina, in un'area tranquilla e silenziosa. Il giardino completamente recintato è suddiviso un uno spiazzo erboso in cui si può parcheggiare da un lato, ma anche comodamente mangiare all'aperto e un pezzetto di bosco in cui i nostri cagnolini hanno amato correre e giocare. La location è anche comodissima, a 5 minuti dal minimetrò, da parchi e diverse attività commerciali. Raggiungere il centro di Perugia è stato semplicissimo. Contentissime anche della co-host Anna che è stata sempre reattiva, gentile e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

The apartment was extremely well cleaned, well situated and provided for a spectacular view of sunrise. The terrace is incredible. The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos. We loved it. The best part is Roberto-the best SUPER host ever. When we missed the train stop at Spello, he drove to the next station to pick us up. When he dropped us off at the station for our departure I realized the lunch I packed for the train ride back to Florence was forgotten in the fridge. He went back to the apartment and got it for us even when we said not to bother- he insisted and refused compensation for his trouble. He is probably the kindest host we have ever had and we have had many. Thank you Roberto for everything. Spello is incredible. Your apartment is wonderful and you are the best!

È stato un gran bel soggiorno alla casetta Sant’ Angelica! Roberto è un ottimo host, gentile, disponibile e molto simpatico. Abbiamo trovato la casa comoda per noi 4 adulti con 3 pelosi, materassi comodi, cucina attrezzata, doccia perfetta e piscina molto utile. Nonostante il terreno sia in pendenza non ci ha creato difficoltà per le nostre serate all’aperto e i pelosi erano in totale libertà essendo la proprietà completamente recintata. Torneremo sicuramente.

La casa era accogliente, pulita e ben arredata, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è perfetta, tranquilla ma ben collegata ai principali punti di interesse. L’host è stato molto disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per chi cerca un posto comodo e curato!

C'était un séjour parfait ! Le logement est situé dans un village calme, avec une très belle vue, vraiment paisible, tout en étant proche des commodités ainsi que des principales villes à visiter dans les environs. Le logement est rustique mais ne manque pas de toutes les commodités. Même équipements pour bébé, au top ! Raffaele est super sympa, accueillant et disponible à donner toutes les indications et suggestions. Bref ce fut un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique région. Merci beaucoup Raffaele !

I just returned from the most incredible stay at a villa in Umbria, Italy, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The villa itself was like something out of a storybook—stunning stone walls, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of rolling hills that seemed to stretch on forever. The interiors were beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace while soaking in the sun and the magnificent scenery. The kitchen was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like me; we even picked up fresh ingredients from a nearby market and whipped up our own Italian The locals were incredibly friendly, making our experience even more special. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but nothing compares to the magic of Umbria. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and immerse yourself in Italian culture this villa is it!

This is a great place to stay! The location is amazing. It’s right in old town. The views out of the windows are amazing! The space is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Laura, the host, is wonderful! She takes great care in the details of her beautiful home. She is friendly and really wants you to enjoy yourself. It rained when we were there and Laura reached out with lots of things to do to keep you out of the rain. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent. We would recommend to anyone and Laura is what makes this place so special.

Stefania’s condo was beautiful, and as a host she was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The condo looks just like the photos, with all the character, representing the wonderful city of Perugia. Stefania even goes the extra mile with special touches like local sweets, coffee and pastries, and extra shampoo etc. making one feel right at home. The condo is located great for walking around the city as well. We just had a one night stop over in Perugia, but we are hoping to return for a longer visit soon, and will be hoping to stay with Stefania once again!

L' appartamento di Marcus é in posizione perfetta, in pieno centro. Si trova al primo piano, due ampie camere da letto, cucina perfettamente attrezzata completa di forno e di lavastoviglie, bagno cieco, ma funzioale. Perugia si é rivelata una località perfetta, anche per visitare altre mete quali Assisi, Spoleto e dintorni. Marcus é stato sempre gentile e disponibile.

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.
