Due to unforeseen circumstances with a scheduled rental, Dennis came through at the last minute over the New years holiday and responded promptly late in the evening to answer questions and confirm that the location could be rented on New years eve. Greatly appreciated. Being able to have balconies ocean front from both bedrooms and living room was wonderful.

Allen was a warm, welcoming host. He even loaned us a fishing rod so our grandson could go fishing at Bings Landing, which is nearby. The condo was spacious and 3 bathrooms were a bonus for gang. The amenities at the condo were wonderful. The lovely cinnamon-like sand beach is a short walk from the condo. There are two pools you can enjoy. One is kid/family friendly. The other pool is large and perfect for lap swimming. Both pools are heated! The resturant/bar by the pool is open seasonally from 11 to 4, but closed on Mondays. The Mahi sandwhich and the Redfish sandwhich were delicious! Our kids enjoyed the kids room and played Foosball and air hockey. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation for our family. Thanks Al, we hope to be back asap!

The house is on a secluded road with lots of privacy which we enjoyed. The lot itself is wooded and the property is beautiful. Our families spent every evening sitting at the picnic table in the front yard enjoying several bottles of wine. The house has two bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms have AC window units. There are three bedrooms downstairs, each with a private bathroom. The main AC kept the downstairs very cool. The bedroom to the left as you enter the house is sunken (~10 inches). The bedrooms, bathrooms, and house itself were all very clean. No hand soap was provided. There was one hairdryer and an iron for use. One towel and washcloth per person provided. No hand towels or dish towels, which was unexpected. Due to some rickety steps, you must go around the house from the front to get to the backyard. If we were to go back to Longwood for another large family gathering, we would rent this home again. We do recommend it to others.

Gary cozy apartment is a perfect way to put it! Spacious, clean, stocked, and in a great location. You just can’t beat the price! We’ll definitely stay again!

My family of 7 felt right at home at the Taylor lake house. This place has it all! When I tell you this place is fully stocked. So many little extras they did to go above about beyond ! The hot tub was a hit among the group. The dock is so peaceful and serene. We brought the pontoon boat for fishing. The kids loved every minute on the beach. Plus the kayaks were a blast! I enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a private getaway.

Paula Puma was THE perfect getaway for us. It was exactly as described and Jason was an exceptional, responsive host. The camper was clean and an excellent setup for enjoying the outdoors. Salt Springs Resort, with its paved roads and walkways, two pools, hot tub, dock, and lakefront access made for everything you need. The camper was stocked for all our needs including toilet paper, paper towels, cooking and eating utensils, dishes, glassware, and pots and pans. The outdoor space included a fire pit which we used everyday, even cooking most meals over it. There’s also a smoker and a gas grill. And a smooth running golf cart to get around the campground and for a quick jaunt to the Dollar General, laundry, or one of the two restaurants just outside the gate. Beds were also comfy and the AC was perfect. We like it cold so it was good to know there was sufficient AC if it got any hotter outside. We also had to use the heat the first night and it worked great, too! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, would definitely book again.

Sandra’s place was great! Very clean, the AC worked amazing, and pool yard was beautiful. Unfortunately, it was a little on a chilly side for us to use the pool but we still got to enjoy the area with her hot top. We went down for bike week and it was a quick smooth ride down to all the activities in Daytona and quite compared to staying in right in the middle. Sandra was an amazing host very responsive and friendly when we saw each other the first day. 10/10 recommend staying here. We will be rebooking we loved it so much next time we come down to FL.

We really enjoyed our stay- the kids and teens loved the canoes and kayaks as well as the ping pong table. The dock was a great place to relax! The buildings have some wear as described by the host but we were impressed with the cleanliness and we didn’t see even one bug inside, which was greatly appreciated. We would stay again!

Erin is one of the best hosts we’ve had. VERY responsive to messages. She even messaged to let us know about a riptide warning. There were plenty of towels and linens, well stocked kitchen and items needed for beach. Multiple deck areas to enjoy the outside. Cozy with plenty of space. DEFINITELY recommend! Thank you Erin!

Great house, great location. We'd book again!

This home was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to the beach, it was a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine, and there were 2 parks South on route A1A that we were able to visit. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. We ate lunches at the table on the side deck. I would recommend taking wash clothes if you use them and chairs for the back yard. We really enjoyed watching the birds at low tide in the canal out back. Overall, a great stay!

Awesome peaceful location, nice cozy home with all the bells and whistles. Would definitely come back to stay here!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Dariya is great and her place is perfect, clean, and exactly what I’m looking for.

Had a great stay and James and Mirnas place. Location is great close enough to amenities but very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. We had an issue with the fridge freezer 2 days before we left but James was straight round within 10 minutes after I messaged to plug in a spare on they had on the garage. Unfortunately it transpired that that one was also not working the following day but that was just unlucky and James did all he could to try and rectify the problem so we were grateful for that. Would recommend the property and will likely return but the only thing we would say to others is that the pool isnt heated so was quite cold during our visit in March. Again this is purely for awareness and did not detract from our stay at all.

Omg just BOOK IT! Kim’s place is just as described, tastefully decorated, comfy bed and couch, well stocked with shower supplies and towels. Kitchen is stocked with all spices and such (we ate meals out). Porch was amazing for feeding turtles and just relaxing on with a glass of wine, You won’t want to leave! Kim provides plenty of paper plates , towels and garbage bags for your stay unlike other places we have stayed. Kim makes check in and out so easy and always receptive to any texting questions! As far as movement you really don’t notice it and we had some windy nights, if you don’t focus on it you probably won’t feel it. Thanks Kim for the amazing stay, we will be back :) Verna

Chuck's place was very nice, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located in a lovely area. From the listing I was expecting more privacy. Chuck and his family were respectful of our privacy but the unit is located across the pool deck from the family residence. Additionally, we were expecting the pool to be heated as needed in Florida in January. This is important to know and not in the listing. The pool was therefore not swimable. however Chuck did heat the hot tub for us in the evenings which we appreciated. Overall a lovely place to stay, particularly in a warmer time of year.

We highly recommend Marty‘s place. It had an ocean view, and we enjoyed watching the sunrises and hearing the waves crashing on the beach. Overall, the building was quiet in the pool and pool area were very clean. The only negatives were not enough towels and beach towels we’re not provided or made available at the pool. A trip to Walmart remedied the situation.

The condo was so spacious and open, great lighting, bright and cheery!! Everything was clean and fresh! It had a Grand view of the ocean, The Patio was large and enjoyable, just to sit there and take it all in. Absolutely loved the location, low traffic, great restaurants nearby. Plenty of options in walking distance to shop. We couldn’t have picked a better spot to enjoy our Spring Break!

Had a blast, felt right at home and cozy. Great for families!

This place is perfect to enjoy the beach and discover Saint-Augustine! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
