We had our family of 4 adults and 2 small children, 4 1/2 and 1yr old ,, I chose this house primarily because of the location and the pool to keep the kiddos entertained.. we have family that lives in Sumter Square, so it was close to go back-and-forth for our visits . !! Prior to our visit there were certain Things we needed for the toddlers. Specifically a crib for the one year-old. ROBERT was most accommodating in giving us a local connection that could actually deliver a full size portable crib . It was a very easy process.!! This house was particularly close to Spanish Springs shopping centers, with lots of food and grocery stores and any accommodations that you might need!! We are not yet Disney people so we chose to go to Legoland with our toddlers and to Swamp Fever Alligator adventure!! Both were more than entertaining for all of us. I would highly recommend this area and ROBERT as your host !!!

Our family was in town for a memorial for my mother in law. The home gave us a spot to be together and enjoy each other’s company and to reflect on the memories of her and the many years she spent in Palm Coast. The amenities such as the pool table and ping pong table were used by all and helped to keep us all occupied and entertained. The home is in a centralized location to food and shopping and just a 15 minute ride to Flagler Beach.

Overall had a wonderful time at Ken’s home. He was responsive and the place itself was very clean and well kept.

We really loved the Hidden Oasis, and was very comfortable for our family including two young kids. They/we all enjoyed the pool and water toys. We spent hours in it daily. We cooked at home most days and there was plenty of different sized pots and pans. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs with us and we could tell they felt right at home. My husband enjoyed the multiple miles of biking in the area and we also appreciated the neighborhood for safe dog-walking. We also appreciated the proximity of the beach and boogie boarding. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

This property was immaculate. Pool was warm and clean. Neighborhood so quiet, we really enjoyed walking around in the evenings. Traffic was light and very respectful when we walked. There was nothing at Gary's we did not find that we needed, including beach towels for the pool, what a plus! Prior to check in I had to correspond with Gary about some timing changes, and he promptly replied to my request. Yes we would stay again if we are in the area.

Heidy and her husband Michael were absolutely wonderful hosts while we were visiting Lake Mary. We loved the Sanford area and all the recommendations Heidy gave us. Their home is beautiful, clean, cozy and the backyard is an absolute dream. Our girls loved the pool. It is “cannon ball approved” by my 10 yo. My husband accidentally left the garage door open when we left for Universal for the day, but Michael was notified and kindly went and closed it and checked on the house for us. We loved having them close by. They were so sweet and helpful. We had the best time on our vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

It was my 2nd stay and will not be my last! The house was extremely clean! Ronald was quick to respond and had snacks and drinks available.

I brought my teenage son and three of his friends. Perfect place for them to relax and a private bedroom for me to escape. They had a great time even made their own burgers on the grill. :). The place was clean and easy to get to the beach and New Smyrna Beach which is where my son went during the days.

Responsive host and the home was absolutely perfect for our spring break girls trip!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving here with very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again .

Ryan was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. His home was spotless and extremely well equipped. Our favorite room for relaxing was the lanai. It was well furnished and air conditioned which is unusual based on our past Air BnB rentals. The location is in close proximity to 3 pools,multiple golf courses and Sumter Landing square. Overall this was a great experience.

Fabulous host! Perfect for our trip. Easily accessible to so much in the area. Do not hesitate to rent if available.

This home is one the most wonderful place we’ve stayed in. Lovely kitchen complete with so many items to cook a family dinner. Beautiful lanai with comfortable seating and lovely plants. And the back garden is beautiful as well with many flowering plants this time of year. Ronald was very accommodating by solving all the minor problems. Loved our stay here.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jim's. It is a very nice house and well worth the money! Yoburt the cat is awesome company and a great host! Will go back again if we need a place to stay.

We always have a great time at the lake house! We have made beautiful memories and will continue to do so. Thank you Jennifer for allowing us to make all these great memories at your lake house these last several years! We always feel right at home. The lake is amazing, my husband loves that he is able to put the boat in the water right from the yard. He and the kids love the bass they catch out there! We love kayaking around the lake too! The water is always so clear. Wonderful and friendly neighbors. The house is also perfect for us. No matter the weather we always have an amazing time!

This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Camilles Haus sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet - von 2 gut ausgestatteten Badezimmern, über Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Gasgrill, Strandhandtüchern und Gesellschaftsspielen war alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet und die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Da wir sehr schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir viel Zeit auf der Terrasse und im Pool verbracht. Dieser ist relativ kalt, das ist von unserer Seite das einzige Manko.

Went on vacation in a group of six and this place was an absolute dream stay!! If you are thinking of booking here do it! Dawn was very kind and helpful during our stay. The house has all features pictured and so much more! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it felt just like a home away from home. The whole atmosphere of the house was amazing and has such beautiful surroundings. This has by far been one of my favorite places to stay in all my travels :) It is in a secluded area but not far from the nearest town. Plenty to do at the house itself with so much provided for you there! If you are looking to go into the bigger cities it’s in the perfect middle spot to check them all out.

Glenn's place was great! It was extremely clean and all the essentials were available. We loved the swing on the porch and the quality linens. The kiddo said "5 stars!"

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.
