My stay was enjoyable. I felt the area was safe and no worries about my vehicle with the street parking. The place was as described with no surprises. This is a basement level floor, but due to the elevation of the ground, all the windows are full length with great lighting and view of the area. The location was great as downtown was only minutes away. I would recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

Moises description of the place was spot on,very clean felt like home. he was very polite and quick with responding with any questions I had. worked with me when I need to extend my stay. very fast internet was perfect for gaming. I would definitely book Moises place again.

This place was an excellent location and very easy to find and access! I was pleasantly surprised buy the amount of space and the wonderful lighting throughout. It's very walkable to some of the best places in town and lots of great shopping. There's also a bakery very close by that you can walk to in the morning, and a fully functional kitchen! l would stay here again.

Nice place - very clean and comfortable! It was a good spot to spend a week in KC. It is a bit understocked in certain amenities, but Savannah was responsive, helpful, and proactive to our concerns. For some reason, there was one hanger in the apartment, but she quickly had hangers delivered, which was awesome! One issue we had was that they only had one building access card between the two of us, which was inconvenient since we operate on different schedules. Apparently, this was a building issue, so it was out of Savannah's control. 24/7 security was able to help us get in, though it wasn't always immediate. Minor ding for the inconvenience - mostly the fact that the access card issue wasn't communicated ahead of time - but overall a good stay.

We were just there for a quick bday getaway overnight and didn't want to worry about driving home. Way better than a hotel for the cost. We didn't use any of the amenities but they looked nice. Location was our focus. It is a great location located near downtown KC. The street car stop right outside the building is awesome. It allowed us to get between River Market and the Crossroads with ease. It was nice enough we actually walked to River Market and it was an easy walk. Maybe 10 minutes. The apartment is just as described. Very clean and updated. It looks like they take their coffee making seriously 😆 we didn't get to try it but there were several options. She shower is gorgeous. There is good morning sun if you're into that or real nice black out blinds if you had a long evening like us. Bed was very comfortable and we actually made mention of how quality the linens were. Super soft! I would definitely stay again with hopes of having more time to utilize the included amenities. A+

She was very nice and even left me a bottle of wine!! Oh and the place was good especially the bed it was very comfortable! I would recommend to anyone very affordable, I will definitely be going back

This place was perfect, it was affordable and a great place to stay. Charity is the sweetest and a great host. She responds quickly and was very understanding. I loved the layout of the apartment, it felt homey but was not cluttered. Getting into the apartment is also really convenient. The town itself was cute, but you do have to drive about 20 minutes to get to a restaurant or bigger grocery store. This worked out nicely for me, but don’t expect to wake up and go get breakfast down the road. I loved this place and it allowed for a great trip!

Downtown loft. Location is great in downtown Kansas City. Some confusion with original listing showing Overland Park as the location but was pleasantly surprised that this loft was downtown. Convenient location and within walking distance or streetcar ride to a lot of stuff. Place was clean and spacious.

We were very pleased with our stay at Sara's place. It's in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, was quite easy to find and was close to our family's location. The little apartment suited our needs well as it was ground level, had a step in shower, a very comfortable bed and a lovely kitchen. Sara was wonderful to communicate the information we needed and although she and her family live upstairs and were available if we should have had need of something, we had everything we needed. We hope her place will be available the next time we are in the area as we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Amanda communicated well and provided all necessary amenities for our family of 8, including a pack and play. The house was well-stocked and convenient to get in and out.

We loved our stay here! They had plenty of accommodations in the stay, I loved that everything was easily labeled so we didn’t have to search for what we were looking for! I had a large group and all of us fit in here comfy. We felt a little nervous about the neighborhood, but it was still walking distance from any restaurants or stores in the vicinity, which was nice. The house is definitely old and the stairs could be improved some, the downstairs rooms showed how much the stairs move when you walk on them. But overall, this was a great stay!

Randy went above & beyond with this home! We were provided slippers, to help keep the floors clean & there were even fancy candies left for us to enjoy. Everything was SO clean & comfortable. This was a true home experience vs. a "flipper" with shoddy finishings. We wish every Airbnb was of this caliber & quality. Don't pass this one up! Even if it's a little further of a drive to where you want to be, get it. We've stayed in other homes in the city & had nightmare experiences. This is a FIVE STAR Airbnb! *****

Stayed here for my Advanced Trauma Life Support class and excellent walking distance from Stormont Vail hospital. Host was awesome! Cleaning lady was excellent and very helpful! Absolutely would stay here again!

Beautiful home that is comfortable and in a perfect location to explore KC. Short and easy walk to many restaurants and coffee shops. Had the opportunity to meet the host and he could not have been nicer! Would definitely book here again!

Neil was very kind to work with. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and close to Mass street with plenty of restaurants.

Great stay with lots of nice touches. appreciate the coffee and snacks. definitely rent this place with conference. We will book again next time we're in town.
