Great place to stay while visiting our granddaughter at UGA. The little house was nice and we had everything we needed right down to a great selection of snacks. Plenty of room to park. We also love to ride our electric bikes and Randy had some information for us about local paved bike trails. Everything was great!

We stayed at Mary's home during Thanksgiving holiday because we have family in the area. The home was perfect - very cute, super convenient to get to Hoschton and in close proximity to shops and restaurants in downtown Brazelton and the highway (I-85). We always appreciate hosts that allow us to bring our dogs. We took some walks around the neighborhood and stopped by the local brewery one afternoon, who welcomed them as well. Mary was very responsive with communications, was flexible with an early check-in request and provided us with a helpful app to lock and unlock the door when the front keypad was temporarily out of service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be able to return the next time we are in the area and need a place to stay. Thank you, Mary!

Perfect area to stay for a Georgia game. House was extremely clean and it made for a perfect girls weekend. Will plan to stay again at this location. Highly recommend.

A few hooks added to the bathrooms for towels would be great!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and cozy place. It had everything we needed, and the host (Rachel) made a lot of nice touches before our arrival that made us feel welcomed and right at home. In addition, our dog loved being able to run and stretch his legs in the back yard!

Very clean and so many small, thoughtful touches. Atticus was very accommodating and everything was as described. Would stay again!

A friend group of 8 stayed for 3 nights in this Airbnb for a veterinary school reunion, and it was the perfect accommodation for friends who wanted to have more time with each other while also not bunking up together. The inside and outside spaces were perfect and comfortable., and a bathroom for each bedroom was a perk. Priscilla was very communicative and answered the few questions we had very quickly. She also proactively checked in to see how things were after our first night there and had sent restaurant recommendations to us ahead of check-in. Walkable to Mama’s Boy, which has been a long time favorite of ours, to downtown Athens, and to the Greenway. Uber was cheap and easy, too. We would definitely stay again if available next time we are back in Athens.

This was our second stay at Michael's place. Once again, it was comfortable and convenient for our group. Michael is a great host and was always quick to respond. We appreciated the flexible check in and thoughtful touches like cereal, milk, and earplugs!

We spent 5 nights, place met our needs. Host was always easy to get in contact with, very attentive always a txt away.

We loved staying in Tom and Ashlie’s home. It was beautiful, charming, great outdoor spaces and very comfortable. Also great location near UGA and downtown Athens. Would definitely stay again.

Athens is a nice getaway town with lots to do and this place is a perfect HQ for that. Quiet, cozy, and clean.

We have only stayed in a couple of Airbnbs, and this one was the best. It is very roomy and clean. The kitchen is big and very user-friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to booking it again the next time we are in town.

Melissa was a wonderful hostess. Very responsive to all of our questions. She had a gift basket of goodies waiting for us and sent us on our way with half a dozen of fresh eggs! Very pet friendly too! We hope to stay with her and her husband again.

Ms. Carla was a great host she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her apartment is exactly as described it was so beautiful. The kids loved the movie theatre. We had to stay here as our home was under construction and it was our home away from home. She was an amazing host and I would come back. I can not express enough how thankful I am for Ms. Carla.

The condo was very nice and clean. The decor is nice and tasteful! We had a wonderful stay and Nanda was very responsive when I messaged. We would definitely stay here again! I really appreciated that there was coffee and everything needed for it and also supplies for everything. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc.

Really fit what we needed. Hosts introduced themselves on arrival and even graciously offered to mail a couple articles of clothing back to me I'd forgotten in a closet. For future guests, since it is in the back of the main house, can take a second to confirm you're at the right address. The place is simple (for example, no oven or stove but does have a hot plate/griddle) as listed. It is only 20-30 minutes to walk to lots of various shops and restaurants so while the house itself is in a neighborhood, close enough to walk to things and don't have to get in a car. As long as you're not heading south, which hits the main road pretty quickly, they are all pretty nice walks to places.

Marion and Wally were incredibly kind and generous in helping us out when we had made a mistake and booked their suite a day later than we needed (whoops!!!!). We showed up a day ahead of our reservation and they went out of their way to accommodate us rather than having us look for a hotel. The situation was 100% our fault and we were very appreciative of their flexibility and warm, welcoming spirit. The unit itself is in a fantastic location in 5 points. It's a 5 minute walk to Jittery Joes, Marker 7 and other popular spots in the neighborhood. It's very comfortable, clean and quiet, and has everything you need for a great parents' weekend visit. I'd highly recommend picking this spot for your stay.

This was our second stay in this cottage and it was just as great as the first time! Very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home was SO cozy and clean and so well stocked with EVERYTHING we needed (and more!) beds were super comfy and our dog loved the fenced in area. And it was so nice not to have to walk her on chilly mornings and evenings! We were in town to visit family in Athens and it was a short and scenic drive. The couch was HUGE and our daughter slept comfortably on it. The kitchen is AMAZING and we loved cooking breakfast in it (with included eggs and milk!) The place was stocked with dog toys and a blanket for the pup to use on the couch. We would absolutely stay again! We watched deer in the AM and PM and it was so peaceful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! The most dog friendly Airbnb EVER!!

Our stay here was nothing less than wonderful. Any questions sent to Sutawee were answered right away, the place was very cozy and comfortable, and she was very easy to work with during our entire stay (before, during, & after). I can't recommend this place enough!

Space was perfect for what we needed. Thomas was very responsive and left clear instructions. The home had a lot of little touches that you often don’t think about like plastic cutlery, a coffee maker as well as an electric water kettle. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the games and guitar it was great to see he had already thought of it for his guest.

Was a very nice and cozy place to stay. Was definitely worth the price and was an enjoyable stay overall.

The house and the property were great! It was peaceful and spacious. Jamaica was attentive and communicative throughout the rental. Would recommend.
