The view was amazing! So peaceful and we saw a lot of wildlife from the windows (turtles and rabbits). The unit was very spacious and well-furnished. The beach was very private and had a lot of big conch shells.

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

We recently stayed at Lisa’s condo for spring break, and it was super comfortable, cute and well stocked. The bed was comfortable, there were power reclining seats, a small desk, flat screen TV, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and she even provided beach towels and chairs. It is not oceanfront, but is in a gated beachfront community and the beach was a short walk away. We were delighted by the personal touches: a welcome note with goodies, charging station for our devices, nice supply of towels and even K-cups. Lisa was a gracious and responsive host. We would definitely recommend her place and stay there again!

My husband had a kidney transplant and we had some follow up appointments at Mayo. Mandy’s place was perfect for us. 😊 It had an amazing view with a short walk to the beach that was so peaceful. We loved the beach, home, scenery, and location tremendously. I wholeheartedly recommend Mandy for a wonderful host and the place was excellent!

This home was wonderful, clean and had those extras that made you feel at home. Beds were very comfortable, soft towels. Our stay was so peaceful,comfortable and enjoyable. The chairs on the private patio were so comfortable and we spent many hours gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves. The best part was waking up and making a fresh cup of coffee and heading out to the porch to see the stars and watch Venus rise up over the ocean followed by a gorgeous sunrise. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!!

We stayed four days with our two teen age grandkids. It was perfect for us! Very well furnished. Had everything we needed. Walk right out to the beach. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Nicole is a very responsive host. Price was competitive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, very clean and spacious. I loved the balcony. The neighborhood was very quiet and really close to the beach and park. I loved that they had items for the beach such as chairs, beach mats, and balls. I will definitely stay here again, the next time I am in the area. Host were very responsive

Where do I begin! We stayed in Jacksonville Beach for our daughter’s senior spring break. Our Condo was more like a tranquil, peace of home. There were so many extras we only had to bring food and ourselves. Hillary was so responsive, always there if we needed a recommendation for good restaurant or shopping. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds, so much space, quiet, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We felt safe, easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Hillary was one of the BEST hosts we have rented from. Thank you for sharing your place with us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We chose this condo as we wanted to have a view and quick access to the beach. We were not disappointed. The view was beautiful we enjoyed walking to the shops and dining and we slept very comfortably. We will be back!

Overall, good location and nice indoor environment. This place is at a great location basically right on the beach, easy to walk straight there. Not too much city traffic noise to pollute the ocean ambiance but still close enough to restaurants, stores, hospital, etc. The inside of the place is homey and big enough for several guests if they’re willing to share beds. Lots of kitchen appliances are provided for staying in your make meals. Great for a quick beach vacation!

It is an older, and a little outdated, condo unit but who cares. The unit was clean. There were plenty of nice towels left, both for showers and beach use. The location was fantastic. The area was quiet. We were there Sunday- Thursday. The view from the balcony was worth every penny. Being able to park in a garage was a super bonus. This unit is perfect for 2 couples or a couple with kids. They had everything you needed to enjoy your beach stay. Great coffee shop (Round bird) walking distance. Great restaurant (Salt Life) walking distance. Honestly if we came back to the area I would certainly book this location again. My only small complaint is that the window in the en suite shower should somehow be covered. I’m a 6’ tall woman and while I’m not naked shy by any means, I still felt… a little uncomfortable. But that alone does not stop me from giving this location, location, location a 5 star review.

Overall a good stay. 3 master bedrooms would be great for multiple couples or a family. Beautiful views of the ocean. Very clean. No info provided other than check in instructions, so do some research ahead of time to make the most of the area. One bathroom faucet didn't work (part of a double vanity, so it was easy to just use the other). A little expensive for what you get.

We had a great time with our 2 kids here. Plenty of space, with a beautiful ocean view. We loved walking to the pool, beach, trails, and village stores. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful Place with a stunning view! Perfect for our family spring break vacation. I was amazed at how uncrowded the area was during spring break. A quiet getaway! The management company was very responsive to any issues. Loved our week at Shipwatch!

Second stay here and will definitely return

Can’t say enough about this location and the host. We liked the area, but people should know it’s a bit of a drive to downtown Fernadina. The hosts were awesome - any question or concern was immediately addressed. The unit was clean, and it worked well for our group.

Brooke is an amazing host. Very responsove. Thout about all detailed needed for traveling. The house had beach chairs, umbrella and beach towls. So nice to not have to bring or buy them. It was quiet and peaceful. We ate next door at the bar a couple times. We walked to then pier every day and walked around downtown Jax Beach. Its a great location. We will be back!!

We stayed here for a work trip and it was the perfect space! The three bedrooms/three full bathrooms was a game changer and the views were stunning. Very highly recommend staying here!
