Our family of 3 (plus our dog) stayed at The Treasure Chest for 4 nights over our spring break. It was such a relaxing and pleasant trip, thanks in large part to this beautiful beach house. We loved the private and easy access to the beach. Taking in the sunrise each morning was amazing! The home itself is safe, well-stocked, clean and contained all the comforts of home (fans in the rooms, kitchen and laundry supplies etc). The porch and backyard are also clean and well-maintained. We are already dreaming of our next trip to this amazing home!

The Surfside House is a sweet and cozy private cottage in a spectacular Vilano Beach location just north of St. Augustine. Our Host Lori was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Her space was tidy, very clean, easy to find and well furnished. We were thrilled with the quiet neighborhood, access to a wonderful beach just across the highway, and the location--far enough outside of town to avoid the crush of people that happens in downtown St. A, but super close to Publix and a couple of all-star restaurants. We were traveling with our little old dog who was welcomed into the cottage by Lori, and she gave very clear, fair and specific instructions regarding pet visits and how to do our part to continue for these to be possible. This was a really big deal to us as we go everywhere with our little buddy. Suffice to say that our first getaway to the Surfside House was a total success--and we actually HAVE booked time there again this summer. Can't wait!

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Christian's place is a wonderful spot to enjoy all Jax Beach has to offer. It is just a quick walk to the beach, which we loved and is close to a lot of restaurants. The townhouse was very clean. We only stayed one night, so we could not enjoy all this townhouse has to offer, but the kitchen was great and the townhouse overall felt quite spacious. Christian was quick to respond and gave great instructions so we didn't need to ask any questions. Thank you!

The condo is perfect. The view is amazing and it’s quiet even when a full building. Laura was a great communicator and answered any questions quickly.

When can I come back?! Such an amazing view and the amount of windows is so nice to let in all the light. For a 3 unit house it was super private. The patio was great as it had a gate so my 2 year old could walk around outside. The inside is very spacious and the kitchen is great to cook with multiple people in. If you are deciding between places you should stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful house that is highly recommended as we had a great stay with family, grandchildren, and pet. The location was perfect for our visit as it was a block to Vilano Beach, a short walk to Publix, a short drive to downtown Saint Augustine and many great restaurants. The house was outstanding for cleanliness, well stocked with top of the line amenities, games, outdoor pool activities, and basketball court. The host was awesome and communicative. Thank you Coco for our stay making wonderful memories!

This was a PERFECT house for our staff weekend get away! Great location, lots of beach toys, & comfortable house. Fully stocked with beach towels, kitchen accessories & everything you need. Christopher was such an amazing host! The home is even more beautiful than the pictures and truly GORGEOUS! A very short walk to the beach and the pool area was private and serene. We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the daily walks to the beach, which was just a short distance away. The location was fantastic, and the home was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Our stay at Dani’s in Vilano beach was absolutely wonderful. We loved the house location, within walking distance of the beach and the adorable shops and restaurants (as well as Publix) at “downtown” Vilano Beach. The house itself is well maintained and lovely. It is nicely decorated and was absolutely spotless. The pool was fun and perfect for my kids. Vilano beach is a very short drive from downtown St. Augustine and we went there multiple times, too. We can’t recommend this house highly enough - it is wonderful and we hope to go back sometime soon!

Had a great spring break in this very comfortable and spotless condo. Incredible views and amazing sunrises each morning! David and Corey were very responsive to any questions and requests we had. We absolutely loved Fernandina Beach and the rest of Amelia Island - lots to do and lots of excellent restaurants to choose from. We're looking forward to returning soon!

This was the perfect location for our family getaway. There was plenty of space for eight adults. The house has a lot of character. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the peaceful surroundings. Watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning was a treat! Dani was very responsive to our questions. We hope to return for another trip in the future.

We loved staying at this home! The size was perfect for our family of 7. We all slept comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals when we wanted to stay in. The location was amazing. It was a quick walk to the beach and it was a quick drive into town to explore St Augustine. We loved everything about this home.

One of our favorite Airbnbs of all time! The front porch is a great spot for coffee, afternoon chats, and just enjoying the breeze. we loved opening the blinds for all the natural light. it's walkable to coffee shops & restaurants (try Brunch Haus!!) plus the beach is literally across the street. it was the perfect size for our family, pet-friendly, and has comfortable beds. When we had questions, responses came quickly. Our kids said they never want to stay anywhere else when we visit family in Jacksonville!

Beautiful house with lots of space and very open. We spent a ton of time on the balcony watching the ocean. Great location with plenty of privacy at the beach. Very convenient - 5 minutes from Vilano Beach (grocery and a couple restaurants) and about 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Wander were great hosts and very responsive. The AC had an issue and they were quick respond to get someone out to take care of it. Their app had easy to follow instructions and good local recommendations.
