Such a great place to stay at! Was very quiet when we visited and had a lot of things for us to do in the home. Would love to come back again!

Very nice beach house with views from deck overlooking the intercostal water way. Only a couple blocks from beach and very close to all the restaurants. Hot tub was a big plus since it was during cold months. Very clean and nice decor and furniture. Definitely recommend this rental!!

We loved the place. Very cozy. The massage chair, the hot tob and the fire pit were very relaxing and enjoyable. I particularly loved the coffee bar, as a coffee connoisseur when I seen the esspresso maker, my eyes lit up. Andy was very responsive and answered any questions we had promptly. I highly recommend staying with him and if our travels ever take us back to NC, We will definitely rebook this cozy little place

We enjoyed the stay at Jonathan’s place! The host is very responsive and will make sure your trip is good! The surroundings were beautiful and there was a-lot to do nearby. The place felt like home and was very clean! I would definitely recommend!!

This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at. The view was AMAZING and Beautiful with your own private access to the beach! They had everything you would need in the kitchen and the cabinets and drawers were labeled. The beds slept great and with each bedroom having its own bathroom, made it a very convenient The hot tub and deck chairs were great to use and feel the crisp ocean breeze. We really liked the hammock swings on the lower deck and that two of the downstairs bedrooms had their own access to that deck and view of the ocean from the bed! Host were very responsive and very nice to talk to. We can’t wait to come back!! Definitely 5 stars!!!

I stayed at this home last summer with my family and they could not have loved it more. It was such a great spot that my in laws begged me to book it again for this year's travel. We loved our stay and found wonderful restaurants to enjoy together while in Topsail. Can't wait to book again :)

We absolutely loved this home! It was just my husband and myself, but we can’t wait to bring our kids back! They had everything you could possibly need. We loved being on the water and having a boat landing so we could bring our boat! We saw so many dolphins while out on the water. They also have the hot tub & golf cart you can rent, which I highly recommend! Super responsive and kind hosts. We left a piece of clothing there and he immediately shipped it to us. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We can’t wait to come back!

Carolyn’s place is in one of the best locations on the Island. The area is very walkable and you are steps from the beach. The house was even better than advertised and the backyard area was one of my favorite parts of the property. Already planning a trip back in the summertime!

My wife and I booked for a weekend getaway and we couldn’t be more delighted. PRIVATE is what we were looking for and privacy is what we got. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and I even TRIED to catch a fish, with the provided fishing equipment. No luck there, but otherwise the weekend was perfect. Very close by was the Float Spa where we booked a float session. It was great. Highly recommend. So the property seems to be a work in progress. Even with all of the great amenities they are adding upgrades. The fire pit area is new and we brought a bundle of wood and enjoyed the area Saturday night. We only encountered neighbors when driving in and out (friendly wavers). Very quiet…and did I mention PRIVATE. We will be back and will book another float spa visit too. Thanks for a great Pre-Valentine weekend.
