Everything was great!! This was my second time and I definitely will be back again!!!

We are extremely pleased with our stay… the place was well-staffed, everyone was very courteous, and the entire place was clean as can be! It was a short walk to the hard rock casino where we were seeing some concerts. On-site parking was $20 a day and there’s a free game room / arcade on the first floor that’s cool. I recommend staying here.

My kids and I enjoyed our week stay here. Vince was fantastic to work with , his place was immaculate and the location couldn’t have been any better.

Everything about my stay was great

It was wonderful, so relaxing, plenty of room to move around and the outside entertaining space was incredible. If we ever decide to go back to LBI we will definitely stay here! Also, I mistakenly took the beach passes home, Ed was wonderful and let me overnight them back to him, very understanding and patient, thank you again Ed!

Très belle location dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. A quelques minutes à pied d’une très belle plage de sable blanc. Justin a été très réactif à chacune de nos questions et demandes. Merci à lui. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Brigantine !

We had a wonderful stay here! Diane was very accommodating and let us check in a couple hours early so we could enjoy the beach day. Great location!

We are so thankful of Debbie and Jared for opening up their home and allowing us to stay these past few days. The home is so much more beautiful in person. My family and I were traveling from Indiana. We are born and raised in Atlantic City and the home was a perfect stay, right near AC and their amenities. The home though, was close to the beach, some stores and restaurants. They did an amazing job leaving a welcome treat basket, and a binder with specific instructions & recommendations of nearby things. We hope to be able to stay in this home soon. We loved it!

Had a great family vacation at this property, it had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Very clean and location to the beach was great. Property was exactly how it was described on Airbnb. Huge plus not only was there a standard gas grill there was also a Blackstone which was a huge hit. Thank you Pat

Daisy's place is super spacious and great for big family and friend vacations. Daisy is super accommodating and responsive. I asked if I could bring my dog and she said 'Of course!' She responded fairly and quickly. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. Walk across the street and you are at a bay. Walk opposite direction 3 blocks and you'll be at the beach. Also, CVS is close by. It is a friendly town, and everyone greets each other. About 15 minutes to Atlantic City, super close, and easy to access. Definitely would recommend it!

Had a great stay at Peter's place. It is so nice to sit on the porch and watch the activity in the bay. The apt was clean and perfect for our weekend visit.

We are so grateful to have found Laurence's home as a vacation rental. This charming, clean and beautifully decorated beach get-away exceeded our expectations from the moment we pulled up and entered the front door. His home was close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood and was perfect for our family, including our beloved fur baby. The beautiful landscaping all around the home created the most serene environment. My wife especially loved the two ceiling fans on the back porch and twinkle lights draped along the fence - it was her happy place each day we were there. Inside, the kitchen had updated appliances, clean pots and pans, Tupperware, etc. that allowed us to make a few meals at home. The propone grill, beach cart and chairs were also very much appreciated. Laurence's attention to detail is felt throughout the home and made for a very special vacation for our family. We hope to be able to stay at this home again in the future. Thank you, Laurence!

We were excited to spend a weekend celebrating my MIL'S 90th bday with an assortment of siblings, , spouses, adult grandchildren and guests. The home had everything we needed, including great photo-op spots! The kitchen was fully stocked, each bedroom had plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows, mattresses were comfy, and bathrooms were spotless. Brian kept in touch for days prior to our arrival to make sure we were set, made sure to get us the house policies and see if we had any questions. Extremely responsive! The house checked all of our boxes, plus!

Place was exactly what we needed. Place was a little dated. Sliding door for balcony was a little wonky. Great location for in and out of Atlantic City. Definitely would stay here again.

Alena’s place was great. Even with the photos I thought we had a slight ocean view but the bedroom is nothing but ocean view. We loved it and Alena was a great host.

Excellent vacation ! We enjoyed our family time in this beautiful home. We have been long time visitors of brigantine beach so knew what to expect with the location and day to day. Access to the pool was a great break from the beach. This home has TONS of space which is so wonderful, Especially if you travel with children. My kids found the board games to be wonderful added touch. Another was a stellar host, was incredibly responsive, and made us feel right at home in his place.

Hope was very responsive and it was nice to have a stay where you didn’t need to worry about linens. Thanks!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Brian's lovely property, and I can honestly say that the pictures don't do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and charm of the place. Brian was an exceptional host from beginning to end. His communication was prompt and effective, ensuring that all our questions were answered and that we felt welcome. Throughout our stay, he checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which added a personal touch that made our experience even better. The convenience of the washer and dryer was a fantastic bonus, making it easy for us to keep our things fresh during our stay. One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach—just 20 steps away! It was so amazing to walk out and immediately have the sand beneath our toes. Plus, the location is perfect; you're close to numerous stores and attractions, yet still enjoy a sense of seclusion. Our family had an amazing week at this property. The home is beautiful and in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and town. Jeff was a great host who communicated well with us every step of the way. It made our vacation stress free and more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and hope to plan a future trip back.

What a sanctuary! The view is worth a million bucks! To wake up to the sunrise over the dunes and sea is spectacular! The condo is stylish and spotless . Walking distance to ice cream is a bonus . Laura was responsive and kind. I can’t wait to go back !!!
