Bill’s place was better than described. I went with a group of guys for a golf weekend and couldn’t have found a better place. The host is very communicative and proactive in giving you all the details for your stay. There are quite a few rules to follow, but any respectful guest will find all of them to be more than reasonable. The area also felt very safe and far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlantic City. I definitely would recommend this place to other large groups 👍

Nous étions un groupe de parents qui venaient encourager leur enfants qui participaient à un tournois de Futsal au convention center. La maison de Tiago répondait à nos besoins pour le groupe. Elle était à 10 minutes du centre ville. Située dans un quartier tranquille et à 5 minutes de marches du boardwalk et de la plage. Lors de notre passage en plein milieu du mois février, la température était froide et lors de notre arrivée, il faisait assez froid dans la maison. Nous avons dû appeler Tiago pour trouver les instruction du foyer au propane et du système de chauffage. Celui s’est montré disponible et attentionné, nous parlant en même temps des endroits et resto qui valaient la peine d’aller. Aussi, petit pépin avec la serrure pendant la fin de semaine. Le code a décidé qu’il ne fonctionnait plus. Tuango était facile à rejoindre et a pu arranger le tout à distance. Nous n’avons pas eu l’impression de le déranger, au contraire encore une fois il était très dévoué. Nous avons adoré!!

Kerry's house was awesome for our family of adult children and one toddler - spacious rooms for all and was extremely clean. Everything was so convenient: well stocked kitchen - beach chairs , umbrellas, toys, and two hot water outdoor showers. The jack and jill bathroom is great for kids! Location is great - easy, short walk to beach. We enjoyed the decks when not at beach. Adults played pickleball at the community center, went biking while toddler had fun at the Shark Park. Communication with Kerry was very prompt in responding - would highly recommend this place- kid and adult friendly!

Stunning AC home with fantastic amenities! The location was ideal, right on the boardwalk - not far at all from all the best spots. The house has a kegerator (just make sure to bring extra CO2 if you're bringing kegs), great kitchen, dining room, hot-tub, grill, awesome backyard and seating/sleeping arrangements. It's perfect for staying in AND going out! Thank you Carina & Bogdan for your AC hospitality!

This is the 4th year we’ve stayed here. The house is just perfect for us. It is comfortable, clean, close to the beach. We love the porch; it is where we eat our meals. Both Ben and Ken are so responsive to any questions we may have. We are already looking forward to booking this house again for next year.

Beautiful home, convenient to grocery and most eating spots. Located in a family neighborhood. Super clean and had all we needed to have a great week!

We were in town for some concerts at the Hard Rock and decided to get a shared place instead of cramming into a hotel room. The space was perfect for the three of us and we had plenty of room to lounge around during the day. The space is walking to distance to several places like the liquor store, The Seed, several restaurants, and even the boardwalk. We had one really nice day, and even though it was the middle of February, we took the beach cruisers down to the boardwalk. So much fun and such an added bonus!

Every peaceful stay. Definitely felt like home ! Just wished all the bedrooms had tvs. Other than that I would stay here again

We loved our three nights at Pat's place. it was very clean and welcoming. The outdoor deck is very large with a lovely view of the marina And there was even a beautiful American flag waving in the Summer breeze. The large deck acts almost as another room for the space. I also loved how many windows there were which allowed for natural light to be plentiful inside. The air conditioning worked beautifully which was wonderful to escape to after hot days in the sun. Every room has a fan so there's just great circulation. There is even an air conditioning vent in the bathroom which helped it clear the steam quickly and not become muggy. The only reason I gave a four for the location is that if you want to get to the beach it's a bit of a hike but we had someone drop off the beachcombers and then go look for parking so it worked out. Overall a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it!

This was my girlfriend's and I second time at this airbnb. We wanted to return because we were treated so well! Once again we received a warm welcome and we will be back in the future!

What an amazing little place. Perfect for a night out in AC without having to stay in the casino. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the little extras like snacks, waters, and coffee were so nice to have. We would love to go back and stay in the summer!

Jean and Beth are great hosts. Super responsive and flexible. We had a great time in Ventnor City. Very easy going, walkable, huge beach, good cafes and restaurants. We weren't familiar with the area, so didn't expect to be so close to Atlantic City. Ended up being really fun. The backyard is beautiful. Small and cozy apartment. Pups had a great time.

Had an amazing experience for my first time in Atlantic City. First and foremost, Tina is an amazing host, super helpful and responsive. Location is prime with everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well kept at the moment of check-in. All the amenities explained by Tina on the listing were there. Would definitely book again when I come back to visit!

The pictures look like the place , everything was clean.. cute place to stay and be close to the beach . Plenty of places to eat near by. I would highly recommend this home and host.

Awesome little place to get away! Close To so many different things to do, all in walking distance! Hayden was super helpful and responsive when I needed anything!!! Will deff be staying again!

The room was very clean and exactly what we expected. The view was outstanding!! If you're coming to Atlantic City I definitely recommend his Airbnb. We were just not a fan of Atlantic City itself. But I have nothing bad at all to say about Nicholas's room or his responsiveness to us. He was very welcoming and very quick to respond to every question I had. He even allowed us to check in about an hour and a half early since I had gotten there sooner than I thought I would.

We had a great visit. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Front door of resort opens right onto Boardwalk.

Natalie and Rich were very proactive. The place was nice and quiet. Couldn’t hear anyone else - neighbor wise. The ocean view was beyond amazing even on a cloudy rainy day, just seeing the vast ocean was awesome. This is a hidden gem.

Another great vacation at Bills place. Can’t beat the amazing location on the beach block. Nice and quiet area for you and your family to relax.

Beautifully kept beach condo. Room to spread out for a family. Very clean and organized, made it feel like home. Easy access to AC, especially off-season. Would visit again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent stay in a peaceful location. We brought our golden retriever and he was so happy in the fully fenced in yard (it is a shared yard with the upper unit so watch that the gate is always latched) the master bedroom has a door to the back yard so you barely have to get out of bed to let your pet outside. We arrived right after a snow storm and the driveway, porch and back yard were neatly shoveled and the house was toasty warm for us. It’s the perfect family gathering place! Lots of room, entertainment, and just fully stocked with everyday items… even extra toilet paper, coffee, detergent, batteries, spices and toiletries … and a tool box… just perfect! Soooo close to the beach, you can hear seagulls all day long. Would definitely stay again
