Apartment was very clean and easily accessible, however our gym/pool key was not working. Tocarra was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay!

Luiz is a wonderful host and the place was great. He made sure everything was going alright throughout my stay and even asked about snack suggestions to get for the unit which I’ve never had any hosts do and thought was awesome. The place is well kept and stocked with a variety of teas, coffees, and snacks. Overall just a great stay and amazing host. Thank you!!!

The home was just as pictured. Very clean. Plenty of room for all of my family to stay comfortably. The host was very quick to respond. Would recommend and return again.

Sungu's was incredibly accommodating during our remodel due to water damage. We had to extend our stay twice, and their support made the entire experience much less stressful. I frequently have family visiting, and Sungu's will be my preferred place to stay going forward. Thank you, Sungu!

No stay in any location is without hiccups especially when there are 3 guests staying. For this location, any hiccup was overcome by how responsive Nate was to our needs. We felt completely at home. We enjoyed our stay in Dallas all the more because of Nate & Chad’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at the Restful Ranch - it truly was very peaceful. The location was easy to find, garage space for convenient parking and lots of restaurants nearby. The home was clean and well stocked. Carissa was responsive and a great communicator through the process.

It was a great location for us. It was easy to get too. The place was very nice. My only minor complaint was it had a bit of a musty smell. I would be happy to stay there again and to work with Misty.

We had a great stay at Wes home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room in the house, clutter free. The time we spent in the home was relaxing. We also liked being able to park in garage. Wes place is also very close to main shopping, restaurant, and great parks as well.

Although I originally planned to travel with two others, I traveled alone, and the home was more than accommodating. The check-in process was seamless, the house was clean, and the earth-tone decor created a warm, inviting atmosphere. Additionally, its location was perfect for my Denton activities.

My family and I (a team of 15 adults and 3 babies) were in the Dallas area for a graduation. First thing we noticed was how clean everything was. We appreciate that there were more than enough towels. In fact, we didn't have to contact Jollin for anything during our stay. Was going to ask for an iron but ended up finding it. Before we got there, Jollin was very quick to answer all my questions. Our team had people from Houston, Indianapolis and Maryland. Everyone was quite satisfied. Packing was the biggest issue, but not something that could have be changed. We had 4 cars between us so finding a spot was not always possible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and thank you Jollin for making our Dallas/Frisco experience a lovely one.

Leslie was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is well-decorated and comfortable. It was nice having a pool so close and the complex felt secure.

A lovely place to live with everything you need. It's cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The host is very responsive and accommodating, providing everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this place; it's well worth the price!

Great value for the price. Good location, 15 mins to basically anywhere in north Dallas/plano area. Host is super responsive. The only issue was that we were also working while staying there and the wifi wasn’t the most stable, but phone hotspot works just as fine.
