We had a lovely stay. Comfortable, pleasant backyard, cool kitchen, and very nice bathroom and bathtub! I appreciated the electric candles and the bath tray. Made a stressful time a little more relaxing. Thank you!

The stay was amazing and I will definitely be coming back soon. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and around a lot of great stores and food spots as well!

We booked with Julia & Craig very last-minute and later in the day when weather conditions prevented us from reaching our initial rental in Truckee. They were highly-accommodating, very responsive, and in less than an hour of booking we were getting settled in at their rental. The house itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and much nicer than what we were expecting to get for a day-of booking. Check-in was seamless and their instructions were clear and comprehensive. We will definitely be booking with Jule Vacation Rentals again if we're ever in the area. Thanks Julia & Craig!

Hands down the best Airbnb experience I have EVER had. The hosts are AMAZING & genuinely kind. Being a host myself, I know what it looks like when heart is put into it, and the host really cares. Their care for their home is evident in how well taken care of this home is…..even down to the smallest detail. It actually smells CLEAN… not just like air freshener that’s trying really hard to cover lack of proper cleaning. I was absolutely blown away and so happy! We were so comfortable and could fully relax, and enjoy our time. The yard is gorgeous and so well taken care of! I only wish we could have stayed longer! I will only stay here when coming through Sacramento. Thank you Ginger and Joe… from the bottom of my heart!

From the minute we walked in felt at home. Beautifully decorated without any clutter. All you could ask for was there and a bottle of wine to boot. We never turned on the TV and played scrabble and put together a puzzle with our friends. A great getaway.

A great place to stay if you're looking for some peaceful surroundings but also want to be close to downtown. Samuel and his partner were communicative and helpful, and check-in / check-out was a breeze.

Wendy's place was a great retreat and comfortable place to stay for the weekend. With practically two living rooms, there was plenty of space to spear out and relax. Good lighting, hot showers, HVAC, outlets, and a fully functional kitchen. Lots of off-street parking right at the house. Enjoy!

We really appreciated the quick responses we got from Art and Brenda. Their home was nice, but comfortable. We got permission to have our kids visit for the evening, from Sacramento, which was great! Along with a little extra surprise 💞 Thank You Art!! Everything we needed for our short stay was available as well. And very clean! What a cool little spot right in the heart of downtown Grass Valley! This was the perfect place for home base on my visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

This apartment was so cute, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It made my family and I feel right at home. The hosts was very friendly, informative, and communicative with us. The only con was that the place is located on a main heavy traffic road, but there is a sound machine in the bedroom which is helpful to drown out the sound of traffic while you sleep. With all that being said and knowing that, I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came available. (:

Peggy's place was a charming getaway. The garden area was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing under the stars in the hot tub at night. The town itself is beautiful and looks like a fairytale suspended in time. Peggy was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

Elsies little basement apartment was just what we needed for a quick work trip in the area.

My friends and I were here on a vacation from work, and it was such a lovely stay! There’s a cute river walk right by the house that we enjoyed very much and very friendly and adorable goats in the front of the house! (They’re secure behind a fence) I would absolutely stay in this airbnb again!

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

AMAZING! We could not have asked for a better host/owners and jumping off point to visit all that Sacramento has to offer. The property exceeded all our expectations. If you love the country life, look no further. The property has is all. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The Hart House was a perfect place to celebrate our two friend's getting married. The house was beautiful, inside and out! The meadow and the pond were such a nice place to unwind and relax from our busy city jobs. We picked some herbs from the garden for our meals and enjoyed the fire pit at night. The beds were cozy and kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend this amazing stay to anyone looking to house a group of nature lovers!

Our stay at Hollie's was awesome! The property is beautiful and so peaceful. We had fun fishing in the pond with our grandkids. The house is very nice. The view from the master bedroom is amazing actually the view from all the windows is beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. We loved gathering on the deck in the evening and the hot tub was very relaxing. Rob and Hollie are great hosts, they went out of there way to be very accommodating. The only downside was we couldn't stay longer. I would highly recommend Hollie's place.

Worth what I paid for, very comfortable, and it’s just felt like home, a quiet neighborhood not far from the stores, would rent it again if travel again with my family

If you’re looking for an incredible “experience stay” this is the place! Built to entertain family and friends, all who walked through the door felt immediately at home and in awe of this property. We didn’t want to leave!!! Some family genuinely wished it was for sale! While the photos are stunning it still doesn’t do the incredible scale and comfort of this property and home justice. No detail was missed! I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again in the summer but it did make an ideal luxury rental for Thanksgiving. Thank you Kolesar family!
