Loved how well the communication was between the host and I. Easy to get to with detailed instructions along the way. Super cute place. Parking can be tricky because if others don’t abide by the one car rule you will be blocked in(we were). Luckily, the cleaning service used to clean the place offered her spot if needed if we continued to be blocked so everything worked out. There is a thin wall between the adjoining apartment and can get loud at times but usually people are on vacay so you wouldn’t expect there to be complete silence. Ear plugs are provided if you are noise sensitive. Speaking of sensitivity I am very sensitive to light and there are outdoor lights for safety reasons that shine right through the bedroom window. If you’re like me bring a sleep mask. Other than that the place is adorable and not one amenity left out. Enjoyed my birthday weekend. Close to Old Sac, lots of art and places to eat. Enjoy!

I loved my stay at David’s place! Great location and it’s a very walkable area. The flat was perfect for my work trip, and I’ll definitely stay here again. David was very helpful, accommodating and generous, and parking was easy with the permit. And I loved working a bit outside on the balcony in the sun!

Everything here is perfect. The bed is so comfortable you won’t want to journey out. 😉 East Sacramento is perfect for us; love the Canadian geese at McKinley park. We walked everywhere for days. Another great stay at Stew's place. I highly recommend. It is off a busy highway, but you wouldn't know it because it is secluded down below the businesses and is very private and quiet. Everything was very clean and lots to do with movies and games for the kids. The hot tub was so nice. It was very cool in the morning so that is a great way to warm up under the canopy of pine trees that surround the back deck. Definitely will be back for another stay.

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

We had such a wonderful stay at Clare's home. The hosue is comfortable and the pool was perfect for beating the summer heat! The door to the pool is off the family rooom area but it is easily closable for keeping young kids away from teh pool if needed. The house is tastefully decorated with some homey additions like books and toys. We found it difficult to choose where to sit-- outside on the front porch or our by the pool lounge area. Although the house is not close enough to town to walk the location is very central and wooded. The view out the back is really wonderful. This is a great place for a family or anyone looking for an authentic Nevada City stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful night at the house. It was a close walk to the ballpark to watch the A’s. The next morning it was a close walk to the Tower Bridge and River walk. Sergey was very responsive. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. I’d definitely stay there again next time we come to an A’s game.

The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. I liked that there were plenty of towels, and we didn't run out of hot water even with 5 adults taking showers. Also, the house was perfect for a toddler; it had everything we needed like a highchair, crib and toddler activity table for our grandson to use.

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

We had a great stay at Cameron’s place! Very comfortable and Cameron was very responsive to our requests.

Marilyn's rental was perfect for our visit to see our daughter at UC Davis. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, a full sized well stocked kitchen and a nice hang out space in the living/dining area. The house is super cute and cozy, and the location is unbeatable right near the farmer's market, downtown Davis and the university. We would 100% stay again.

Booked for a festival and enjoyed coming back to a quiet space rather than a noisy hotel. The complex was very nice with a grocery store close by. There are upstairs neighbors but they were not exceedingly loud. It does have a small garage but was able to fit my vehicle in it no problem although street parking is not an issue as there were many spots available. It was very easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and communication and instructions were very clear.

Great condo for our family of 4. Very clean and cozy. Owner put lots of thoughts in the house appliances and decoration. 5 min walk to library, grocery store, pizza, movie and restaurants.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.

We did an extended stay due to renovations happening at our home. When you pull on to the street, it can look a little sketchy, but you will be pleasantly surprised when you go through the gates of the complex. It is very quiet and peaceful. Garrett had wonderful communication and could not have been more accommodating for my elderly parents. Would stay here again if a need in Sacramento arose. Thank you!
