Great place, quite safe neighborhood, very trendy, the host communication was very fast and helpful. The apartment is perfect for a getaway, the jetted tub was definitely a bonus when you wanna unwind and relax after a busy day of sight seeing. Great restaurants are right around the corner with Little Italy being about a 1/2 mile away. Another huge bonus was the off street parking. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rhode Island.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is much larger than it appears in the photos. Very clean. And free of clutter or items to worry about. Fully stocked. Nice location with some walkable restaurants and attractions / riverside park. Very responsive host. No surprises and we enjoyed our time.

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

Staying at Pat's may be the best AirBnB experience we have ever had. The place is great- nicely furnished, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could need. Some AirBnB kitchen's barely have the basics- Pats has everything you would want to cook a meal- all the pots, pans, utensils, spices, oils and other items you might want. Pat is a wonderful host. She communicated well about arrival details and met us upon arrival and showed us around the house. She was warm and personable- she even dropped off some delicious baked goods as a treat! College Hill is a great neighborhood in Providence- quiet, lovely, and not far from the colleges and local business districts. Next time we visit PRVD, we'll be happy to return to Pats.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could possibly need. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions, making the entire stay stress-free. The garage was huge, which was a fantastic bonus, and the kitchen came fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. The location was perfect - close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet for relaxing evenings. I can't recommend this place enough! Whether you're traveling for work or leisure, this airbnb is a gem. We are planning our next trip and looking forward to our next visit!

The house was comfortable, with plush towels and bedding. It was very well stocked with extra bedding, towels (so many!), fully functional kitchen and even coffee! I’d highly recommended this location as it’s quiet yet minutes away from many dining & shopping options. Mark was also a great host.

Excellent location, spotless, responsive hosts, and best of all NO CHECKOUT RESPONSIBILITIES! Finally a place with a reasonable check-out time of NOON and we didn’t have to spend hours in the run-up to our departure doing anything more than chores that we would choose to do as considerate guests who value other people’s space, the hosts requested nothing more than we make sure the stove was off. Homapart was very responsive and even went the extra mile to return my mis-placed airpods. TEN STARS.

Great location, worked perfectly for our trip. Lockbox was located elsewhere, even so the instructions were very clear on where to find it so don’t let that deter you. Great stay overall!

Ryan’s listing is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to spend time in Providence. The apartment is super clean and is in a great location within the city. We were very comfortable our entire stay with all the amenities and would definitely use this listing again for any future trips !

This is our second stay at this location. The highlights of our stay: the place is super clean. They have a washer and dryer in the lower level which was a huge help for us as a family. This place is walkable to a bunch of things in newton (where I grew up) and also an easy location to get onto public transit to go into Boston. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Timothy was a fantastic host and his apartment was fantastic. It is well located, spacious, super clean and Timothy was great to communicate with. We would absolutely stay there again on our next visit to Boston while visiting our student at Boston College.

It's a great apartment in and excellent location, with a friendly and responsive host. Very comfortable bed, very tidy and clean rooms, and walkable to almost everything around. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had a previous Airbnb booked that canceled our stay 48 hrs before our trip, but Lisa so graciously accommodated us last minute. She was very friendly and communicative regarding the place. The place is the basement condo of the building, but was so homey and perfect for our needs. The three bedrooms provided the four of us on the trip plenty of room and the beds and couches were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, along with a few little snacks waiting for us when we got there. This place was our perfect hub for sightseeing all of Rhode Island. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area
