Excellent host and the backyard is very nice for outdoor meals. The walk to the beach is no more than 10 minutes, a nice bakery on the way to the beach. The river that is right next to the property is very quiet. The train tracks are right next to the house(train runs every 10 minutes) but the host has double windows in all rooms to lower the sound tremendously. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as the other 3 guest parties were a joy to converse with in the backyard. Two things to consider for your stay: 1.) Can you handle the train noise? every 10 minutes. 2.) Ask about bathroom size picture of the room you're renting. That backyard was worth it for me. like a mini arboretum.

Had a wonderful stay, the hosts were nice and responsive. Clean, cozy place. Neighborhood is great too, can have a nice walk to Lielupe that is nearby and public transport is nearby as well. Had everything you need and a snack bar in case you want a snack with good prices. Will be coming back to stay here again for sure! :)

Wir hatten samt zwei Kids (jeweils eigenes Zimmer) eine wunderbare, entspannte Woche, waren viel am schönen Strand, kleines Strandcafe ganz in der Nähe, sehr ruhige Ungebung, zwei, drei gute Restaurants in Gehweite, kommen sicher wieder!

Labs, mazs namiņš, kurā vienlaikus ir iespēja nakšņot pat 4 cilvēkiem. Mums 2 pieaugušajiem ar 2 bērniem bija ideāli! Viss nepieciešamais ir peejams! Klusa, skaista vieta, kurā klusums ir manāms gan pa dienu, gan pa nakti! Izbaudījām blakus esošo dīķi! Viegla un ātra komunikācija ar īpašniekiem!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The surroundings are stunning: forest full of blueberries, mushrooms and a lake with clean water perfect for swimming. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, bikes, table tennis, basketball hoop, scooters for the kids. Viktorija & Martins are great hosts: always available to help if needed. We have experienced Cyclone Kirsti during our stay. The storm left a few trees broken and blocking the roads to/from the house. Martins was working ready hard to clear the broken trees to make sure that our stay was not affected. There are lots of interesting places to visit that are within 15-25 mins drive. We went to Jurmala and Riga a few times. I really enjoyed the Kemeri bog walk and Ragakāpa Nature Park which has a picturesque and quiet beach. But the kids enjoyed the most Marupe Wake Veikborda park (water obstacle course).

My partner and I can only speak highly of this stay. We received a warm welcome at a cozy property in the woods where several people live. The cottage is very small, but it’s perfect for a (romantic) stay of a few nights. The contact with the host was excellent: my partner and I got stuck in the mud in the forest with our car. Late in the evening when this happened, they came to pick us up, brought us back safely, and arranged for a local farmer to pull the car out of the mud. Once we got home, we even received a sweet message asking if we had arrived safely. The sauna and jacuzzi can be used for an additional fee. We didn’t use them ourselves, but it’s definitely a nice extra!

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, the host greeted us warmly and made us feel at home. The friendly and personal approach continued throughout our stay, which made it even more enjoyable. We stayed with our family, and the apartment was spacious — it was even big enough to host a small birthday party for our son! The setup is perfect for families, which was a big plus for us. The apartment has a large, cozy living room with an open kitchen and two separate bedrooms, providing plenty of room for everyone. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was relaxed and accommodating, which added to the stress-free experience. We truly felt like we were at home away from home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and are already looking forward to coming back in the future!
