Wonderful stay with Brent and Samantha. Their place is a wonderful retreat -- beautifully decorated, close to hikes and the Grand Caverns, and peaceful at night. Highly recommend for a getaway and would stay again!

This was the perfect weekend getaway. The place is perfect and super homey, it has everything needed to cook as well as a great hot tub with a spacious deck to hang out at. It snowed while we were there and the hosts made sure the driveway was plowed as well as the front porch and back deck. I will most definitely stay there next time!

The first place had few issues but the service was on top! Provided us with another house and it was wonderful!

Very nice stay if you want a remote, quaint cabin. We loved it and had a wonderful weekend. We did not realize there wasn't a shower, but we made use of the claw foot tub just fine. There also is no bathroom in the loft with the bed, if that is a consideration. It all worked well for us.

What a beautiful little cabin. Very nicely appointed and wonderful deck area with market style lights and a very nice hot tub! Very new and fresh feeling inside. Wonderful design! Internet worked wonderfully, and access to your favorite channels as well.

This was my 3rd time back at this absolutely charming cabin. I’ve been with friends, and also with my family, and each time has been special. It is a place to reconnect with ourselves and each other, and having 195 acres of beautiful forest to explore, brings about a sense of freedom and peace. I always feel clearer in my head when I’m there. I especially enjoy the hike to the fire tower. The view is breathtaking. We were lucky to have clear skies when we ended our days around the campfire, and were treated to a sky full of stars, all around us. I look forward to many more weekends here. Also, the hosts are so very kind and helpful. They really go above and beyond to make sure our stay is memorable.

The cabin was a wonderful stay, we greatly enjoyed the time that we spent there for a bachelor weekend. The Blackstone was an incredible touch, and between the fireplace and firepit up the hill it was really awesome.

Beautiful house that is even larger and specious in person than on the photos. We had two separate families with 6 kids between us with tons of room. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could need. The TV had access to Netflix, Peacock, Hulu and Disney, which was a special treat for the kids. The house is only a 5 minute drive from the Mountain Inn at Wintergreen. The house has huge windows with beautiful sunrises and a view of the slopes. The driveway has lots of parking, but it is very steep. It snowed just before we arrived and it requires 4 wheel drive just FYI for anyone traveling! Overall it was an amazing stay and we can’t wait until we can come again.

Alex and Elise are such awesome hosts! This was our 3rd time staying in their beautiful home and we have never had any issues. The house is beautiful and always in such pristine condition. The views are amazing. We always feel so welcome, even before we make the trip! Highly recommend!

“I can’t say enough great things about Tyler and Meredith’s mountain cabin in Wintergreen. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials you need for a perfect stay. The space is filled with natural light and incredibly comfortable, making it ideal for a multi-night getaway. While it was cold outside during my visit, the cabin itself was warm, cozy, and perfectly equipped to keep me comfortable. I could easily imagine how wonderful this cabin would be in the summer, nestled among the trees and giving the feel of a cozy treehouse in the woods. Tyler and Meredith were quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout my stay, making the experience seamless. I can’t wait to return!”

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. and was easy to find. & no stairs to enter. We stayed 7 nights in one day and most mornings; We brought some DVD/Blu-ray kid’s movies to help entertain our almost three year old; he was fascinated by the spiral staircase and we went up a few times but spent most of our time on the main level. A cozy retreat, two bathrooms and two bedrooms with king size beds on the main level. Convenient supplies, spices, coffee & a pantry supply that could of helped in a pinch. I made pancakes and used the blender to mix it up, I also used the blender to make a cake & baked it in a bread pan, pot holders are on the side of refrigerator. Everything we used worked well, we didn’t use the fireplace; The A/C & ceiling fans were great. There’s some board games and movies too. We hope to come back again sometime Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the tiny house! The place was so cute and well put together. Everything we needed for our long weekend and super peaceful. The host was super responsive and extremely kind! We would absolutely stay here again.

This cabin is great and the area is beautiful , plenty of beds and bathrooms. We were 7 but easily the house can host 12+ comfortably. We were a 5 minutes drive to the slopes and tubing area. The pool is also a short drive as are the ‘inside the resort area’ restaurant. Indoor and outdoor spaces were great and very comfortable. Linens and towels are of very good quality and Tuul was very responsive and helpful.

Girls weekend to escape, relax, play games and just have a great time!! Absolutely beautiful, cabin far exceeds the pictures. Pictures don’t do it justice, we had everything we needed for comfort & to self entertain with all amenities to prepare meals! Thank you Cindy, we’ll be back!!

This spot is a treasure and not to be missed. I instantly felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. Suzanne is the consummate host and has thought of everything. If you like to cook, this is the spot for you. The sound of the stream was a soothing and relaxing soundtrack to my stay. Suzanne provided great tips and maps of local hiking, which was perfect for me to guide my adventures. Her home is spotlessly clean, warm and inviting. It is just like the pictures if not better. Wonderfully refreshing mattress (firm, though not hard – just right!), plentiful soft plush towels,, great water pressure in the shower, fantastic wi-fi, the list goes on… it was very hard to leave. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit here if you get the chance; you will not regret it.

We absolutely loved our stay! I honestly cannot wait to go back. It was quiet and secluded, beautifully curated and everything we were hoping for. Like going camping, but with some major upgrades. Breakfast was delicious, Ray and Rosemary are delightful, and overall we felt like it was our own private little place. It’s no frills, but all charm

First of all, this place was spotless. Second, beautifully furnished - everything so tasteful and well set-up. Third, the natural beauty of the property, and well-lit firepit area were so great. Finally, the host was very communicative and easy to deal with. We look forward to renting again!

My friends and I stayed for three nights (5 adults & 6 kids). The area received 2 or so inches of snow and Dave ensured we were appropriately taken care of. He reached out via Airbnb and direct text message with very open communication. The house was very spacious, clean, and had all of the amenities. The area was great with restaurants and activities for both children and adults. We highly recommend this house!

Cozy cabin located a short drive from downtown Harrisonburg and JMU. Very clean and had everything we needed.
