We had a wonderful stay at Dana’s Airbnb. We feel so grateful to have found such a lovely space and kind host. The bnb was exactly what we had hoped for — spacious, comfortable, great natural lighting, a supremely well stocked kitchen, a huge shower and tub, great heating which made our wintery stay so cozy and soft king size beds. Dana went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. She stopped by to help us figure out how to use an appliance and replied promptly and compassionately to any questions we had. Her timely communication put us at ease and helped our trip run smoothly. If we’re back in Denver we would happily stay at Dana’s lovely Airbnb again. Many thanks, Evan & June

This place is a special cozy spot in Denver. I stayed here while on a business trip. I felt right at home, and it was super clean. The neighborhood has amazing architecture. If you can, take a moment to walk or run in the park, it’s beautiful! Thank you for being a great host!

Accommodating to my check in and responds quickly and very clean place thanks

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

Awesome stay. I originally booked this place a while ago then had emergency surgery. The host was very responsive, kind, and basically gave me a free stay a different night. Place was very nice, clean, awesome location.

Katie's place is a perfect home in a calm neighborhood, with easy access to public transport. We had an excellent stay in Denver, and the accommodation provided everything we needed to feel at home. Katie was always available to help with our questions and was incredibly accommodating. We highly recommend her place for anyone visiting Denver and looking for a great place to stay.

Everything was clean and ready for us. We didn’t stay long but slept well and had everything we needed.

Sometimes people say walkable and mean hikeable… this place could not be in a better location for those looking for quality accommodations to explore olde town by foot, or Denver by rail. The host was gracious and offered customer service above and beyond the standard of any hotel twice its rate. I was initially surprised by the clean up requests upon check out, but again, considering the rate, it’s well worth a stay and leaving it how you found it.

Great place within walking distance of local restaurants. The owners live above the space so response time was minutes. Very friendly and always asked if we needed anything. They do mention you may hear them above and you will. It isn't footsteps but rather the creaking/squeaking of the wood, just so you know what to expect. It was noticeable but workable. There are 2 beds, one of the rooms is open with no door. Again, just so you know what to expect. My daughter slept in that open room and said it was a very comfortable bed. with plenty of room for suitcases. The main bedroom has a queen bed and it is memory foam- firm when you start but you sink in and it was very comfortable and I got great sleep. There is a little backyard that was perfect for morning beverage and chilling in privacy. I will definitely stay here next time I visit!

Cute place that felt private and secure. As a woman traveling alone I felt comfortable and at ease. Bedding and linens were clean. Their natural soaps, sponges, and detergent were appreciated. Cookware was non teflon and everything was in working order- microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator ect. Highly recommend this place for folks that like a quiet relaxed vibe.

Great spot to stay at while visiting Boulder! Beautiful trails are right in the backyard, and the location is conveniently near CU and Table Mesa shopping areas. The space was perfect for an extended trip because of the small kitchen and fridge.

Meeting Jim and Kaleo was a true joy & gift from life! I so appreciated their kind responsive communications to help with all the details of booking, checking in, settling in, visiting the area & checking out. They're located in a beautiful quiet, safe tree lined neighborhood in easy walking distance from a network of magnificent mountain hiking trails. The unit was sparkling clean, set up with all the fine quality amenities anyone would need in the kitchen, bathroom, living room & bedroom. It felt private, so comfortable, filled with beautiful touches of art & wonderful reading material about the surrounding area throughout the apartment. I highly recommend staying with Jim & Kaleo if you find yourself in the Boulder area. A gem of a find. I look forward to returning again & again staying in their beautiful apartment.

We loved staying in this Airbnb. Travis was a perfect host and quickly responded to any communication we sent. We loved the king sized bed. It was so comfortable. The Airbnb is nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The lighting is perfect and all the windows, except the kitchen, have privacy shades. It’s a lovely, roomy place within walking distance to lots of restaurants. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay here! There was so much space, and we loved cooking in the kitchen. The hosts were so friendly and responsive. It was great for a long stay, and the location was perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed at this lovely abode with a couple friends while we were in town for a convention. Our flight got in late but Becky was accommodating and made it easy to find the place despite the weird arrival time. During our stay we found plenty amenities that made the stay feel cozy. We walked and had spent time during the day only to arrive back to warm and welcoming house. Becky offered many times for help navigating Boulder and even provided extra clarity about navigating via public transport. If I were to visit Boulder again, I would seek to stay here again.

David’s place was a great stay for my Wife and I. We enjoyed our honeymoon there! There was plenty of activities at the building alone such as going to the gym, playing pool, and going for a swim. The location is perfect for checking out restaurants and very convenient to be so close to Whole Foods and CVS. Would 10/10 recommend

We had a great time at Ben’s place! Amazing location, very convenient parking options via mobile app (paid, but reasonably priced around $30/night - and most importantly, safe), and the comfiest couch! The bidet was a nice touch too :) Ben was responsive and very helpful over chat as we got ourselves settled in. Although this is his home, Ben was never there while we stayed, so it felt like a private space. He kept his personal belongings out of sight, so we didn’t have to think about them. Thanks Ben for making our stay comfortable!

We enjoyed the luxurious touches added to this beautiful penthouse apartment. The area felt safe and we felt extremely comfortable. The coffee station was super cute and I enjoyed some great coffee! The pool area was lovely and we took an invigorating swim and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The restaurants and coffee shops were walkable and we also took a shuttle bus from Thirsty Lion to go to a concert at Red Rocks. It was very convenient. The Denver Art Museum was fun too. We never had a problem getting a Lyft when our destination wasn’t walkable. We were in perfect proximity to get to the train station to board the Amtrak California Zephyr. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

We had such a wonderful time at John And Kyla's place! First off, they are among the kindest people we've ever met. They are super accommodating and kept good contact with us the whole time. The heater to the hot tub wasn't working, and although we told them it was no bother, they promptly found a back up one the next day! they try really hard to make each stay perfect and it shows. Also, we had a decent amount of snow on our final day (we're from Florida and haven't experienced driving in snow) and John plowed the driveway for us and helped us get our car onto the road. He was so eager to help whenever we needed it. The space was also cozy and private, and was the perfect home base for our adventures. It was very peaceful waking up to the sound of birds every morning. We hope to be back again in the summer!

Damon was a fantastic host! We drove up from Texas for New years and this is the perfect spot in Aurora close to a bunch of neighborhood grocers, food options & parks/ hiking. Even though on the listing you are informed that you might hear them upstairs (& their dog) we didn’t really hear anything the duration of our trip (5 days). We were also happy with the beds super super comfy and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The furniture was really comfy as well & the appliances were all as listed. Damon responded super quickly anytime I messaged. Highly recommend for a group of friends or family.

This was my first stay in the city as I usually stay in the countryside but this was a great first experience. Chris had everything truly thought out. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and felt safe at all times. Not too far from all the places we went to go eat or shop at. Pros: -wireless phone chargers on each nightstand of the bed! Super convenient & nice surprise. - bed was extremely comfortable, clean and the cleanest bed I’ve seen yet. Oh and you can adjust the head and feet to be inclined. (Cool!) - hot tub & patio area was really nice still felt private enough to enjoy. -Could still smoke outside :) - store bags are in cupboards and as out of state folks we totally forgot to take them because we totally forgot grocery bags are not free. - fully decked kitchen with all the basics- - Chris did a great job of having simple and not over the top instructions for check out. I appreciated that very much as some are overkill. -super modern & beautiful decor loved it!!!

Erik was a FANTASTIC host for my work getaway. The place is EXACTLY as you're hoping. Pristine condition, great views, incredibly convenient and walkable, and fantastic amenities. Erik was SUPER responsive, easygoing, and very proactive in communication and his digital guest book. Don't hesitate to book here--it was truly wonderful! Louisa was very responsive to any and all questions I had. Her penthouse apartment was fabulous. Beautifully appointed, incredible amenities within the building (including exercise room and don’t miss the rooftop pool, sauna, and fire pit), and is a perfect location in Cherry Creek. There is a mall right across the street where we enjoyed a wonderful Farmers Market on Saturday morning, but if you like shopping, one block from the building begins several streets of lovely name brand as well as local artisan shops. I shared the AirBnB with three other cousins for a reunion. The king-sized beds in the two bedrooms along with two baths was just right for our accommodations, and we four gals were able to catchup, drink wine, and laugh into the night. So much better than being in a hotel. Also, the building is very secure. It was truly a luxurious way to gather with family. Would definitely recommend and will use again if ever returning to the Denver area.
