Kim’s airbnb was great for a weekend in Austin. The unit was clean and matched the listing. I was a little worried about the unit being attached to the main house, but this was a non-issue. I didn’t hear or see anyone. Would re-book!

Great stay! Super close to airport and Rachel was communicative and flexible. The place was big, first floor in the back of a residential house on a quiet street. Lots of trinkets and art from their family, which made it feel lived in and homey. Parking was a tiny bit of a pain, as you have to pull into a pretty long, tight driveway and can only back up, but the bed was comfortable and place was clean. Thanks!

Valentina is a wonderful host and the space was perfect for me. Walkable but private. Spotless but cozy. Updated but affordable. 10/10 would recommend!

There are not enough words to express how incredible our stay was in Ronda's Rose Suite. From beginning to end this visit will remain as one of our all-time favorites and we will be back again! 1. The scenery was relaxing and gorgeous. 2. All of the different animals were so sweet and special. 3. The experiences offered were priceless... having the mini donkey pull us around on the carriage dressed up, etc. 4. Horses roaming, the lake, and so much more! 5. The ability to step right outside of the suite and and eat breakfast at a charming table with farm-to-table fresh eggs, straight from Ronda's chickens. The list goes on, but wow! Just wow!

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay this is for you! Loved watching the deer and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot!

Our stay was great! All the small things really made the stay comfortable and were greatly appreciated, such as the Kuerig with coffee pods and creamers, filtered water in the fridge, ice, cups and mugs, extra towels, cotton balls, etc. The bed was very comfortable, too! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience. I stayed here for over two weeks visiting family. This was a wonderful home away from home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I loved all of the windows! The location was great, in a lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood. The host went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and communication was excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

although I didn't get to meet Tommy and Roxanne, they made sure I didn't have any problems with check in. And during the stay they made sure I had everything I needed 😊

What a wonderful place to stay in Austin! So bright and clean and comfortable. Easy access from the airport and everything Austin has to offer. The host Shaney is very hospitable and kind…I felt like family staying here. Highly recommended

We loved our time at Mary’s place! The space is exactly as pictured…however a not pictured extra perk was the double vanity in the bathroom! We particularly enjoyed the patio. We sat outside each day we were there and just listened to all of the birds singing - even got to see a cardinal!

Our stay at Elena’s place was amazing! Super private, quiet, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and easily navigable. This spot was absolutely perfect for our little weekend in Austin!

I am very grateful for having this very comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Austin. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable and very close to UT and good restaurants in East Austin. Martin is very friendly and the cottage is well maintained and well cared for. The outdoor space is beautiful, peaceful, and private.

The host was excellent at communication! It was a very peaceful spot. I slept comfortably even though we encountered extreme weather conditions. I did not get to take advantage of some of the amenities due to those issues. However, I was comfortable and enjoyed the hanging tv over the bed! I appreciated the hosts and the comforts of home. Nice private spot. We stayed with our two small dogs and the place was just big enough for us to feel comfortable. We arrived earlier than expected but the place was already ready for us so Frank let us check in an hour early. We enjoyed the hot tub and really liked the accessibility of the location. The dogs next door are friendly but they did bark a lot, perhaps because they could sense our dogs. We didn’t mind it too much since we were mostly gone during the day and I think the owner takes them indoor in the evenings. Overall, we had a comfortable stay!

Place was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. The primary bed was great. Slept like a baby! My wife enjoyed the fresh flowers. Nice coffee shop close by. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay! This Airbnb is the perfect location. A little ways out of the craziness of downtown, but still lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hosts were super responsive and kind. We will totally stay here again next time we’re in town!

Great basement apartment with good natural light. VERY well equipped with lots of Keurig choices supplied plus espresso machine (and beans). Host had chips and salsa waiting for us upon arrival. There is no stove, but there is a microwave, large toaster oven and refrigerator, plus a washer and dryer. We walked almost everywhere including South Congress restaurants and bars, plus downtown (at least the southern end). We are avid walkers so everyone may not want to walk as far (.8 mile to Joann's on S Congress). Very dog friendly as well; there is an excellent dog park at the end of the street, plus easy access to the walking trail along Lady Bird lake. Great host and great location. Highly recommend.

5 Stars – Perfect Stay! We had a wonderful stay at Billy’s place! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed yet quiet and peaceful. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had such a cute and cozy vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. Billy was an amazing host—so kind and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Billy, for a fantastic experience!

This treetop loft was the PERFECT getaway for a few days! I can’t begin to express how grateful I am for an amazing location and an even greater host! All of my early last minute check in accommodations were met with ease! No problem finding the property and an ideal cozy space for work and relaxing! It was about a 15 minute walk to the UT campus and Bass Concert Hall! Again I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Cristiano enough! Very generous with check in and check out timing! I plan on staying anytime I’m in Austin from here on out! You don’t want to miss out on this private, quiet and hidden comfort zone! Really a great find!!! Thanks again!!

We were blown away with this BNB! The hosts were SUPER communicative and friendly. The place is very vintage and there was ALOT to keep our attention in there. Loved the eats and the vibe of the local neighborhood. Totally walkable to U of T and the surrounding areas. 6th street was a little far but we did walk to it 1 day and it wasn't horrible (with a few beverage stops of course!). Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Daniel was very helpful and responsive, the location of the unit is in a center area, not a lot of businesses nearby, so good for a peaceful place to stay.
