We had an amazing stay after a rough start to our trip. Host was very helpful and responsive when we had to find different accommodations than originally planned. We booked and got check in instructions immediately. Host made sure everything was smooth and was very understanding of our situation. Property was amazingly cleaned and well maintained. The pictures did not do this place justice. It is even nicer! We didn’t hear any noise from neighbors or the outside. Pool area was nice and clean and heated which is a rare find in California. Pool area was quiet and we pretty much had the place to ourselves each time. Many restaurants in the area as well as a Starbucks nearby. Property was a quick jump to the highway. We would highly recommend this property and Host to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to stay and a Host who is friendly and responsive.

We love Newport Beach and this location was perfect for a beach day, exploring the hinterland, enjoying Crystal Cove, visiting Balboa Island and enjoying the Southern California Vibe! We had everything we needed, really enjoyed our stay, and definitely recommend Eric's place.

I stayed at Michael’s place for two weeks, and he was a fantastic host—helpful and very responsive. The apartment matched the photos, offering a comfortable space for two people, a convenient parking spot, and a practical workspace and living area. The pool and gym were great added perks. The location is just a short drive from Tustin Legacy Center and other shopping areas. While cleanliness could be slightly improved, I was very satisfied with my stay overall.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Huntington Beach! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The outdoor space was a wonderful bonus, offering a relaxing spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. The amenities were top-notch, including a stocked kitchen, cozy beds, pool, Jacuzzi and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Huntington Beach. I can’t wait to return!

The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our family of 5 with the second bedroom having 3 separate beds. The outdoor spqce was quaint garden feel with a picnic table and lounge chairs as the only indoor dining is at the bar stools. The only limitation of this unit is the very small size of the bathroom and specifically the sink as there is essentially no counter space. I would certainly be willing to stay here again if we travel to this area in the future.

The best experience with Airbnb! host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish Impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials. This was the perfect family-friendly spot.

The location of Rich's place is fantastic!.It is near the beach, great access to local shopping and downtown Huntington is minutes away. We loved the decor with the retro refrigerator and microwave! it was quiet at night and in the morning! Due to weather we could not use the patio, but it would have been a great dinner spot.

I had a great stay. The spot was super clean and private and Farah gave clear instructions to check in. Will definitely book this one again!

Lovely apartment that is exactly as pictured in the listing. Mia was responsive to the very few issues I raised. Felt like home away from home. Garage parking spot was a 30-second walk from the apartment. Will definitely stay there again if it is available for my next trip.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The location was ideal and close to everything. The view was awesome and the amenities within the building is great. We will definitely be back next time!

We enjoyed the space and layout. Bathroom was spotless and fully stocked. Kitchen was large and spacious. Couch, sitting area and TV made a comfortable stay. We would stay again.

It is one of the best locations in Irvine if you want a both convenient and safe neighborhood. Joe’s place is well equipped, enough storage space with everything and very cozy inside. Parking, gym and pool are very close to our room and easy to access. Joe and Erika are great hosts - responsive and professional in solving our requests. Only thing to note is that this apartment is on first floor and we need to keep the blind shut during the day for privacy.

The place is absolutely beautiful, the view is amazing, everything was really nice but the first night we were staying the power went off. Since we didn’t have power we couldn’t use the WiFi to contact Ami (there’s no signal in the area) so we spent the whole night without power but the next day once we were in town we called Ami and the power problem was solved when we went back! Also thank you for letting us check out a little bit late ☺️☺️

We enjoyed our stay at this location considering we were celebrating a milestone. The host was very friendly considering the actual apartment complex had complications of its own, separate from the host. The place was tidy and minimalistic while still having the things we needed. When there weren’t certain necessities needed for the apartment, the host was quick to have it delivered.
