Sam’s place is awesome and it has all of the amenities you would want in your own home. The 2 types of coffee machines including nespresso and enough pods was a really nice touch. We also enjoyed the sauna very much as that is rare to find in a rental unit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Will was an amazing host, who made the whole process easy for us. He recommended things to do and places to go eat, I 1000% will be staying here again this place was amazing. I messaged him about some questions that I had around 8-9pm and he was there replying to me and willing answer any other question I had for him. Thank you again Will! We will definitely be back!

With the bay on one side and the ocean on the other, it's a perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset! Don't miss paddle boarding around Naples Canal or paddling to visit the moon jellies. Shops and restaurants are nearby but not really within walking distance. Overall, I can't wait to come back to visit David’s paradise. Thanks

10/10 stay! Booked this place for a bachelorette night: somewhere pretty to chill, play games, enjoy the scenery, etc. What we got was a lot better than that. From day one, Ollie was a very friendly and accommodating host. I was hoping that the place would be large but what we arrived to was a very very spacious apartment with a great living space for multiple people - dining table, sofa+tv area, area in front of window in front of the beach is also very roomy. The ceilings were also very high and the architecture made it feel like we were on vacation somewhere not Long Beach. You can tell the furniture, color combinations, and everything down to the trinkets were chosen with care and consideration. The beds were very comfortable and even the sofa bed had a firmness to it. Ollie delivered breakfast in the morning: apples with lemon+honey, pain au chocolate, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Overall, the stay was a dream and can’t wait to have an occasion to come again! :)

Kim was very responsive and accommodating. Although the weather didn’t cooperate the location was great for our spring break beach time and a Disneyland trip.

Wonderful stay at this gem of a place! It’s cute and cozy with everything needed for a week at the beach. The bed was so comfortable and I loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning while I brewed coffee. The location is perfect, a few blocks to the beach, and while the garage was small, it came in handy when street parking was scarce. The hosts were so responsive and kind. I will definitely stay here again!

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

The beach house was located right on the beach. The views were amazing. Great location. Our family would stay there again.

We had a great stay at Ron’s place as a party of 3 adults and 2 kids. The house is super convenient to the beach and many restaurants and other entertainment. The patio is a great place to relax when the sun is out and we made use of the bbq and fire pit. We would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to leave the car parked, and walk/bike around Newport Beach.

The beach bungalow was perfect. It was 4 houses from the beach (but not really much of a "beach", more like a mooring for the local boats) and was beautiful and peaceful. The house got lots of natural light which is a must for me! It was small and I wouldn't recommend for a family of more than 2 kids because of size and the need to be quiet because of very close neighbors. The master had a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom had 2 twins. Kitchen was small but functional and fully equipped. Had a Jack-n-Jill bath. Rooms were small but the house was cozy and exactly what I was looking for. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Patricia gave clear instructions on gaining access to the house. Altho the houses were very close together as is normal on a small island in Newport Beach, it was very private and had a nice private patio in front. Great place to stay and I would definitely return!

Jennifer was super responsive with my questions. The place was clean and very spacious with the added bonus of the game room! All amenities that we needed were available and it felt just as if we were home. On top of that if you forgot something at home, there’s a Walmart less than a mile away. Definitely will recommend and stay again!

Great accommodations. Place was clean and comfortable, roof deck is a huge perk. Beds were comfortable. Clifton met me at the unit to show me everything, that was easy and really helpful.

The location is unbeatable—right on the bayfront and just steps from Marine Avenue’s shops and restaurants. The home itself is pure 5-star luxury, with plush beds, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and thoughtful touches like soft robes and high-end linens. We loved the private bayfront patio for morning coffee and sunset views. Having beach access just outside our door was a game-changer—hours of sandcastles, wading, and boogie boarding made for unforgettable memories! With beach gear provided, a full-size washer/dryer, and an open-concept living space perfect for relaxing, this place has it all. We’ll absolutely be back!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Huntington Beach! The neighborhood was gorgeous and a short distance from the beach. The owner was very accommodating for us and quickly responsive whenever we had any questions. The place was really clean, spacious and had the most amazing, dreamy layout! Especially loved the deck up top, great views! Would definitely stay here again :)

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Michael's place was exactly as described. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood, walking to Whale Watching boats across the street and running on the beach promenade (goes for miles). The location was incredible with access to very good restaurants and shops. I especially appreciated the parking spots which made me feel super safe coming in and out of the building. Michael was also extremely responsive to all our inquiries.

Great place to stay with a family. A short and easy walk to the beach made for an amazing vacation. House was clean and comfortable. It is important to note one of the bedrooms is on the first floor, right across from the door of the unit. The unit next door is also an airbnb and can be loud at times, especially late. The host provided some toys for our girls to enjoy. However, there is a photo of a child's bike yet there was no child's bike in the garage, bummer for our 5 year old. Plenty of restaurants close by. There was only one child's plate upon arrival and host provided more quickly for us. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Huntington Beach and this condo.

The location is a dream, but what made this space really stand out were the charming Christmas decorations both inside and out, Susan’s quick responses when we had questions, willingness to help us with parking, and literally ANYTHING we needed. Also I just have to comment on how wonderfully comfortable the bed was in the master bedroom. A truly special place on Balboa island in a prime location - for a spectacular stay! Highly recommend!
