Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Anush. Il est calme, spacieux, propre et offre une très belle vue sur le jardin et la ville. Anush a été très réactive et a répondu à toutes nos questions rapidement, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. À noter que le logement est situé à 15 minutes du centre avec une montée, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

I had 17 nights stay in Meri’s place which was really great and unforgettable for me. The house is suitable for families or friends with maximum capacity of 7/8 people , the Beds were not really comfortable and they can be changed but I’d rather to deny it because the house and host had lots of positive points so that was not a big deal. You can find several small shops near by the house and the nearest hypermarket is just 15 minutes by walk. There is no pavement but honestly We waked a lot around the house you just need to be concentrated and with the taxi you can reach the centre of Yerevan in 15 minutes. At the end I would like to appreciate Meri because of her responsibilities and accommodation which made my trip amazing.

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

Спасибо за отличные каникулы. Комфортный дом для большой семьи. Удобное расположение спален, на два крыла. Зал просторный, кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Грачик всегда был на связи и решал все вопросы немедленно. В 15 минутах ходьбы отличный торговый центр с супермаркетом, который работает круглосуточно. До центра города на такси 15 минут. Вообще мы чувствовали себя как дома! Спасибо за ваше гостеприимство!

Nice cozy place, more like a “dacha” but everything you need is there. 😃 Love the pool, the bbq stand, yard is amazing and patio is something magic. Just you feel the mountain vibe under clear sky and Ararat in the shadows. Green grass, spotless house. We did enjoy stay with family in Karen’s pretty place. A little far from Yerevan, especially bad when traffic is heavy. You would enjoy place in a hot summer / autumn day. Cheers!

Очень хорошая, чистая, теплая и светлая квартира. Рекомендую. Есть все вещи первой необходимости. Удобное заселение. Квартира расположена не в самом центре города, но до каскада фонтанов минут 15 пешком, а в любую другую точку центра Еревана можно добраться на такси по очень комфортным ценам. Спасибо большое, что предоставили ваш дом для первого знакомства с Ереваном.

Огромное спасибо за эту квартиру! Квартира полностью стоит своих денег, и я могу смело порекомендовать её другим. Мы снимали её на 10 дней вместе с девушкой. Для двоих это отличный вариант. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Всё сделано на высоком уровне. Хозяйка Арпи — замечательный человек: отзывчивая и всегда готова помочь. Нам пришлось остаться ещё на одну ночь из-за переноса рейса, но для Арпи это не стало проблемой. Огромное спасибо!

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

Очень уютная квартира, есть все необходимое для жизни, просторный балкон, невероятно мягкая и удобная кровать, теплое одеяло, много посуды и маленьких светильничков для уюта. Большой телевизор и удобные диваны. Классно, что была стиральная, утюг, фен и доска, это редко встретишь и это ценно. В ванной много полочек, чтобы разложиться и повесить все необходимо. Рядом с домом много уютных кафе и рукой падать до центра и «каскада». Просторно и тепло. Нам понравилось.

Large apartment, good furniture, good WiFi, large balcony. A small supermarket at 300 m. Easy parking in the street. Perfect for a business trip.

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.
