I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Прекрасная комфортабельная, просторная и красивая квартира. Очень чисто и аккуратно. Большая спальня с удобной кроватью, дополнительное белье и полотенца. Есть горячая вода и отопление, хорошо работающий интернет. Окна выходят на две стороны, на красивый парк, и во двор. Вся инфраструктура и большие магазины рядом, в пешей доступности на проспекте. Очень гостеприимные хозяева, встретили рано утром из аэропорта и помогли освоиться на месте. Отличное место, очень понравилось.

Отличная квартира в которой можно почувствовать себя как дома. Удобные коммуникации, неплохая кухня, отличная ванная. Главный плюс - пешая доступность до куда угодно.

We stayed in Ruben’s place for almost a week and our entire stay was really homey and comfortable. Main advantage is the location as there are lots of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. We just walked towards Republic Square. Also, Ruben and his wife were really helpful. Highly recommend this apartment

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

Very cozy place, great location and a very friendly host.

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

It was a very nice stay, very pleasant and cozy. Lusine was always ready to help. I will have the nicest memories of this place. it's walking distance to most attractions. Very quite at night.

Large apartment, good furniture, good WiFi, large balcony. A small supermarket at 300 m. Easy parking in the street. Perfect for a business trip.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, in dem ich zwei Wochen lang gelebt habe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder ein Haus mieten möchte, würde ich definitiv wieder hierher kommen.

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Прекрасная однокомнатная квартира с просторной прихожей, кухней, разделенной на 2 части: зону приготовления и обеденную зону. Стоит газовая плитка. За окном есть веревка для сушки белья. Стол на кухне на 5 персон. Также удобен для работы: рядом есть розетка. Wifi к слову очень хороший. Все мои видеоконференции проходили на ура. В спальне также есть 2 зоны для времяпрепровождения: кровать и диван с журнальным столиком. Совмещенный санузел. Рядом есть магазин 24 часа Kaiser, аптеки, автобусные остановки и кафе. До центра на такси минут 15.

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Отличная квартира в центре города, близка ко всему. Квартира оборудована всеми принадлежностями что является большим плюсом. Хозяин квартиры Геворг очень дружелюбный, рекомендую!)
