The bed was soo comfortable and fresh..host took great care and invested genoursly to present a very clean and modern apartment..all brand new and of high quality..The view was amazing and the apartment got a nice refreshing breeze ..considering such an amazing panoramic sea view expect some noise at its directly on the courniche road..love the place..will definitely book again..

Özlem Hanım mesajlara hızlı dönüyordu, bizimle çok iyi ilgilendi. Evin içi de gayet temiz ve olanakları süperdi. Hassas kulaklara sahipseniz evin içerisinin fazla ses alması belki rahatsız edebilir ama bizim için sorun olmadı. Genel olarak güzel bir deneyimdi, Özlem hanıma teşekkürler.

Emrah beyin dairesinde ilk defa kaldım fakat kesinlikle son kez olmayacağını söyleyebilirim. Eşsiz deniz manzarası gerçekten görülmeye değerdir. Sabah uyandığınızda güneşin doğuşu ile beraber denizi izlemek mükemmel dairenin içi çok lüks bir şekilde dizayn edilmiş ve her şey düşünülmüş, kullanılan TV’den beyaz eşyaya kadar en lüks markalarla döşenmiştir. konuta yakın mesafede dünya restorantlarının ve kafelerin olması gerçekten çok güzel bir olanak sağlıyor tekrar görüşmek üzere Emrah bey her şey için teşekkür ederim

It was a great apartment in the perfect location, everything I needed was within 10 minutes. I definitely recommend.

الشقة رائعة جداً المنظر المطل على البحر مذهل وخلاّب واجمل من الصور النظافة كفندق ٥ نجوم كل شيء مثالي اقامة فاخرة ويوجد بقالة قريبة وايضا جسر للمشاه يوصل إلى الشاطيء

Sinan и его отец Махмуд аби очень хорошие отзивчивые люди .Они нам помогли с ранним заселением так как наш самолет прилетел рано утром .Махмуд аби нас лично встретил все обяснил .Квартира светлая чистая просторная точно как на фотографии даже лучше.Все продумано до мелочей нам было очень камфортно с 2 мя детми .Махмуд аби быстро отвечал на все вопросы .Расположение квартиры отличное близко ко всем достопремечательностям .Мы отлично провели время .Спасибо хозяевам Мы очень доволны .

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

A magical escape in the heart of historic Istanbul! Our stay at this Balat apartment was absolutely incredible. The flat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a modern kitchen and smart TVs to air conditioning and central heating. The real highlight, though, was the 100 sqm terrace — the views of the sea, Golden Horn, and city skyline were breathtaking. Whether dining under the stars or relaxing in the cozy winter dome with a PS5, the space was perfect year-round. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sea, tram, ferry, and steeped in rich history and charm. We loved exploring nearby sacred springs, churches, and local cafes. Communication with the host was smooth and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

شكراً على كل شي قدمته لنا من مساعدة واحترام شكرا على المكان الحلو الهادي المكان امن ١٠٠% الأشخاص الموجودين حيل محترمين ويحاولون يساعدونك كثير حتى بشرح الأماكن صاحب المكان متواصل معنا ٢٤ ساعة ويسال باستمرار لو ناقص شي وخدوم صور الشقة مطابقة الموقع ١٠٠٪؜ عند وصولي لهم عرضو علي جميع الشقق الموجودة واخترت من دون اي زيادة مبلغ الشقة موجود فيها كل شي من أدوات طبخ واستحمام لي عودة عندكم إن شاء الله ❤️🌹

قابلت الأخ بندر فقد كان دقيقا في مواعيده وخدوم بشكل كبير وكان متعاونا جدا وقد ساعدنا في اختيار المواقع المناسبة للسياحة وكذلك أرشدنا إلى موقع استئجار السيارة
