leonor is a super-accommodating superhost! had to extend my stay for a few days, and at first she suspected i would have to shift rooms, she somehow shifted things elsewhere to allow me to stay in what had become the cosiest home away from home. the room is beautiful, and the natural light during the day is something truly special. the kitchen is well-equipped, as i love to cook, and the foldout desk became my workspace, as i spent more than a month and never tired of the location or my flat. i miss it ~ and leonor and teresa's hospitality ~ already. speaking of teresa, she is the absolute best cleaning lady, replacing your linens and towels weekly and offering condolances when presented with a chipped mug (my fault): while she speaks little english, she more than makes up for it in her wonderful smile and attitude. i did my best to keep my room tidy, if only to thank her! i am looking forward to my return to praia do furadouro and future stays at the surf camp ... obrigado! <3, d

Hemos estado 9 noches y el alojamiento nos ha parecido ideal. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, la cama cómoda y amplia. Buena temperatura y fuerza del agua en la ducha. Se aparca con facilidad en las inmediaciones (y eso que hemos estado en Agosto). Esta cerca de la playa pero a la vez en una zona un poco más tranquila donde se puede descansar. Sin duda repetiría.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben die Wohnung für einen vollen Monat gemietet um remote zu arbeiten und können es nur empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Apartment Zentrale! Das Apartment war perfekt ausgestattet und strahlte eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre aus, in der wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft – es ist selten, dass man mitten in der Stadt so eine schöne Aussicht genießen kann. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter, die uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Der Support war außergewöhnlich und es wurde an alles gedacht, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Dank dieser großartigen Betreuung und der perfekten Lage konnten wir die Zeit vollends genießen und die Stadt von ihrer besten Seite erleben.

Logement propre et fonctionnel. L’hôte est sympathique et réactive. Le ménage a été fait en milieu de séjour, ce qui est très plaisant. Petit point négatif sur le bruit dans la cage d’escalier et des autres vacanciers qui étaient particulièrement bruyants.

Espaço espetacular para para grandes grupos. Tudo bem equipado, cozinha, sala casas de banho. De certeza que iremos caso voltemos a Aveiro, a ficar nesta casa.

Uma experiência 5 estrelas desde o primeiro momento até ao check out. As instruções não podiam ser mais claras e fáceis de seguir. A garagem conveniente e o apartamento muito limpo a 10 minutos do centro e com vários super mercados a minutos de distância a pé. O apartamento está muito bem aproveitado, com várias mantas de reforço, cozinha muito bem equipada e até máquina de lavar roupa com estendal. A cama era super confortável tambem. A repetir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Confortable, propre, bien équipé et spacieux avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée avec une vue mer ce qui était très appréciable. Plage et supermarché à quelques minutes à pieds, le top ! Jorge et Beatriz ont été très réactifs lors de nos échanges, ce fut très agréable.

Lovely apartment themed “Lego”, good building and close to the bus station. It is within walkable distance to Aveiro center and very clean, modern, so it was really worth it!

Große und komfortable Wohnung, mit Pkw-Stellplatz und Supermarkt in der Nähe (Continente).

The AveiroStar property was very efficiently organized. The space is a bit tight, but sufficient for two people, with many amenities that are integrated into the design. We didn't use the kitchen due to so many restaurants nearby. We did take advantage of the excellent washer. Make sure to watch the ig videos that the owner provides to see where everything is. We wouldn't have found the clothes drying rack or the garage door without the videos! We would definitely stay in this property again if we visit Aveiro!

Die Wohnung von Jorge fanden wir genau entsprechend der Beschreibungen. Die Begrüßung fand lustigerweise auf Ukrainisch statt, aber mit Gesten, gemeinsamen Lachen und Übersetzungsprogramm war das kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung von Jorge gerne weiter.
