We had an incredible week there, we found it a wonderful place to relax. I would recommend a scooter to easily whip around to the beaches. The team were so responsive and proactive, we greatly appreciated all their help. The room was very cosy and full of life. Thanks for a great stay.

This was a perfect place for relaxing. Away from all the commotion and extremely close to the Talpona beach. The apartment was super clean and the bathrooms were spotless. Definitely recommended if you want a peaceful stay in Goa. This will be our go to place going forward.

We spent a wonderful month in this lovely Riverside property in Talpona . Dharman was a great host, he gave us clear instructions on how to find the property and was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. He lives close by and organised a Scooter rental for us and was available if needed. We had a wonderful meal with Dharman and his family. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Great bathroom and kitchen, lovely bedroom and very comfortable bed. There is Smart TV with Netflix etc. The Verandah is the real plus, looking out onto the river with comfortable sofas, table and chairs and great lighting. We loved our evenings looking out over a few drinks and a meal. Talpona is a great location, lovely peaceful village with a few local shops for necessities, a handful of bars/restaurants and a great beach. We must mention Ravi who's boat is moored by the house. We did a great river boat trip with him. We love this house and location and will return, highly recommend.

It felt like home as we booked this place for a workation. Fast internet and power backup available. No issues faced during the stay. Shivram was friendly and responsive. Place is quite and peaceful, had all the kitchen essentials and utensils.

A very convenient stay, not too far from Palolem Beach. A plush, cozy, well maintained apartment. The AirBnB came with free complimentary beer and snacks, board games, and all basic amenities. The host was friendly and accommodating (of our exceptional check-out timing extension request), and was always handy with some local to-do recommendations.

The property was clean and as per expectations. If you want peaceful location in south goa, this is the perfect place. And yet close to the beaches like palolem beach, butterfly beach, etc.

We were on a boys trip for 3 days. The place was exactly like it is shown in the picture, it was clean and in pristine condition. Anurag, layed out the instructions very clearly and he is super helpful. The property is 10 min. Walk from palelom beach and on the way you will be able to find good restaurant. Place is super chill and spacious, perfect for a getaway.

Zen Den was exactly how it was described - So much room in the apartment with comfortable seating area, well equipped kitchen and a huge bed . The A/C and WiFi worked well the whole time we were there .The apartment is tastefully designed with great lighting and so many plug sockets! It’s about a ten minute walk from the beach, the surroundings are quiet countryside and the main road is very quiet in the evenings. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony,watching the monkeys and birds of prey in the evening. Having a washing machine was handy too, for a nine day stay. Hardeep was spot on in recommending restaurants and places to visit. There’s a couple of good local restaurants if you didn’t want to go to the beach area in the evening. Always excellent communication and very responsive via text providing any extras we needed such as mugs and towels. We would definitely visit again….highly recommended!

Rajat was quick to respond to my questions. We had a long journey from Kerala and we able to check in 1 hours early which was great considering he had guests the previous night. Also reccomended a local bike rental which has the best ratings in the area and got a good price
