So fun!! Place was exactly as listed and so so beautiful!

Wonderful getaway for a girls trip! Located near Banner Elk and Blowing Rock allowing for plenty of daytime activities. Due to winding roads we felt it best to stay in at night. We had everything we needed to prepare dinner and plenty of games to play. The home is absolutely lovely and we hope to return again!

Wonderful house and location

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .

This is our 3rd time staying at one of Yvonne's rentals and 1st time at Our Nest. They never disappoint. Things we love about Our Nest: *Great location *Plenty of space *Gas Logs Fireplace *Barnwood throughout home *Comfortable beds and furniture *Mountain Views (we saw deer one morning!) *All the amenities (fantastic coffee bar, snacks (the good ones!) provided, eggs, juice, and milk in the fridge when we got here!, stuff to make s'mores, bathroom toiletries...it's like a gift shop in your home, but you don't have to buy it - it's just here! *Yvonne - the owner - always available, always kind! ❤️❤️❤️

Second stay. Wonderful place for larger groups/families. Winds knocked power lines down & small fire started. Brittany not only messaged me to make sure we were okay, she also sent her dad over to check on us! Can’t ask for a better host. This is home away from home.

Beautiful home, very comfortable for groups that seek private bedrooms. Also has very comfortable mattresses (some very firm, which I like). Close to Beech Mountain ski resort & beautiful views. Kitchen, dining & living area all open with a ton of windows. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amy’s place was just what we were hoping it would be for a place to stay during a two day ski trip to Beech Mountain. Listing was just as described. Amy very friendly and helpful.

Very affordable, and not far from "downtown" Banner Elk. Also an easy drive to Beech Mountain. I enjoyed my stay, and hope to be back this summer!

Lynn is a wonderful host who even let our dogs out while we were away. the apartment is small but functional and the backyard is amazing. will stay again!!

A perfect retreat for two! Simple to check in and out - had no issues. Up a gravel mountain road, so make sure your car can handle it especially if it snows!

Kevin was a very friendly host and his wife even made us cookies and offered to make us breakfast. Very sweet people and we will definitely stay again.

A great little get away for the night, it was nice that we could rent it for a single night. Super easy parking and convenient location!

The condo was perfect for skiing at Beech Mountain. Easy drive to and from. The condo offered a cozy feel that made the snowy days just right. Perfect for our winter break!

We loved the cabin! We were a family of 2 with small children and the space is perfect for us! The location is unbeatable just a few walks to the bunny slope. The kids had fun sledding down a small area outside the apartment building. The cabin has everything you need. From cooking, cleaning and laundry. Board games for family entertainment and so much more! Did I mention it has the most stunning view of the Ski resort? Eva was a great host too. Communication is top-notch! She was very nice and answered all my questions. We locked ourselves out the cabin and she was prompt in helping us out. I 100% recommend this cabin if you need a family getaway at Beech Mountain!

Place was great for a weekend getaway with kids, they loved the sledding hill which was right outside the condo few mins walking distance. Cozy and quaint!

This is an amazing house to stay in if you are skiing at Sugar Mountain. First, the location is so convenient. We never got in our car and walked back and forth to resort every day. Second, it has everything you need and appreciated the extra touches like paper towels and other staples that we did not have to purchase. Third, the hosts are very responsive and helpful. The home does need some things fixed like the disposal and the railings for the stairs and little things like (and I understand they are fixing disposal) that but did not detract from visit at all and would stay here again. And that’s why I still give it a 5 star review.

Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.

We stayed for a long weekend to ski at Sugar Mountain and absolutely loved Fabby's place. This is NOT a 5-star place, rather a perfect 10! This was the cleanest airbandb we've ever stayed at, and it was also a perfect setting/decor for the area - rustic condo. King-size bed was so comfortable. Just keep in mind, you do have to be in shape to walk down steps and then a slight hilly incline to get to the ski slopes - it takes about 10 mins. (slow-go in ski boots), but it was no issue for us. Fabby left us a bottle of wine, and the amenities were just about everything we ever need - straws, sugar, tea, coffee, biscotti, ice cubes in the freezer, water in the frig - then the bathroom had hand soap and a bar of Dove, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Pocket size tissues, and 1st aid kit. Just show up, kick your feet up, and relax! The view of the mountains were breathtaking. If we return this summer to hike, this will be our 1st choice!

Everything was perfect, our family was very comfortable and lots of space. The condo was clean and exactly as listed. The location is beautiful and very safe. We will definitely be going back during the spring

Great place and very welcoming. We took our 4yo daughter for a nice little “spring break” trip to the mtns. She (and we) loved this space. Pool was a hit!!
