The place was perfect! We were two couples traveling together. The views were spectacular with snow capped mountains. Barbara made our dinner reservations for us at amazing restaurants in the town of Sulmona, Italy. The place had two en-suite bathrooms, very comfortable and clean.

La casa pulitissima ed in ordine, tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è messo a disposizione dall’host, accogliente e disponibile alle esigenze delle persone. Non c’è nulla da dire, tutto perfetto e adatto a chiunque.

i nostri host sono stati davvero fantastici, sempre presenti e attenti alle nostre esigenze, molto disponibili e simpatici. l'alloggio è esattamente come un foto, caldo ed accogliente, l'ampio giardino antistante era ricoperto di neve, che ha reso il nostro arrivo ancora più suggestivo, letti comodi e cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, silenzioso e caldo, un vero chalet di montagna con panorama favoloso e dintorni splendidi. il centro di Pescasseroli è raggiungibile con molta facilità con una breve passeggiata, consiglio vivamente questa bellissima casa per una vacanza indimenticabile!

Such a lovely welcome to Sylvia’s home with a delicious apple cake baked by her mother! We wanted to stay somewhere near Tivoli to see the fabulous gardens at Villa d’este and it didn’t disappoint. Neither did they! Up high with lovely peaceful grounds, view of Rome and lovely attention from Sylvia’s parents who were so friendly, introduced us to their two donkeys and gave us eggs from their hens and olive oil from their trees! I loved sitting outside in the December morning sunshine with my coffee overlooking the beautiful gardens, chatting to her parents and listening to the braying donkeys! Sylvia was most attentive to all our needs. It was a lovely experience.

The apartment was fantastic—clean, comfortable, with an adorable garden—just as it was described. Walter was a lovely host too, and provided a lot of useful information about things to do and places to eat in the area. Highly recommend!

We had agreed great stay despite the intense heat! The place is well kitted out and has a ridiculously beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great too being only a few minutes drive to places to eat and drink.

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte, proprio dopo Capodanno, ma è bastata per innamorarci di questo posto. La casa è calda e accogliente, con tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi subito a proprio agio. Stefano ci ha fatti sentire i benvenuti. Dopo aver letto in una recensione degli arrosticini, non abbiamo resistito e li abbiamo ordinati e sono stati davvero una sorpresa, erano buonissimi.

Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio per la sua posizione strategica, ma mai avremmo pensato che sarebbe diventato un posto del cuore, dove voler ritornare certamente. È stato come stare a casa, era perfetto, curato con amore in ogni dettaglio, è stato super confortevole dopo i lunghi trekking, tutto questo potrebbe bastare invece c'è altro... Dora ci ha aiutato dandoci supporto per dei trekking che volevamo fare, informazioni precise ed efficaci, l'abbiamo incontrata e conosciuta assieme ai suoi amici e parenti ed è stato bellissimo trascorrere del tempo con loro, qualcosa di speciale, mai accaduto prima.. Questo è solo un arrivederci, perché tornerò certamente a trovarvi per rivivere il vostro/nostro magico Abruzzo, grazieeee ❤️

soggiorno impeccabile posizione centralissima host reattivo, alloggio corrispondente a descrizioni e foto. è la seconda volta che alloggia in questa struttura che resta alla mia preferita a Pescasseroli 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Wir waren dort um Skitouren im Gran Sasso Gebiet zu gehen und auch zum Radfahren. Die Unterkunft war mit Gastherme und einer schönen Feuerstelle gut zu heizen. Das ist Mitte März wichtig. Es gibt einen wirklich schönen Wohnzimmerbereich mit dem offenen Kamin. Die schöne Terrasse mit Morgensonne hat einen guten Blick auf das Dorf. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, 3 sehr große Schlafzimmer und Diele bieten ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen wieder kommen.

Casa molto accogliente provvista di tutto ció che serve e anche più! Posto auto riservato davanti all'ingresso. Un bel affaccio dai terrazzini della sala e camera matrimoniale. A piedi si arriva in due minuti alla via principale dove si trova il supermercato, bar, ristoranti etc. Il centro storico é bellissimo di giorno, suggestivo in notturna. Si arriva in poco negli altri bei borghi limitrofi (Calscio, Ofena etc) ma anche in montagna (Campo imperatore). Siamo stati molto bene, la signora molto disponibile risponde subito ai messaggi

Pierluigi gave very good directions and was very helpful in every way. The place is good if you want to have some peace and quiet and cook for yourself. A car is needed when visiting the town of Sulmona.

Gustaf and his local co-host Bice were great hosts. Very communicative and helpful. Bice was especially flexible and friendly and made the check in and out process a breeze. A great location for a peaceful rural get away. The house is rustic but with all the modern comforts you need. Very cozy with a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. A true home! Our family had a great time.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

La maison de Severino est grande et confortable. Elle bénéficie d une vue magnifique sur la campagne de la Ciociara. De nombreux très beaux sites se trouvent à proximité et il est possible de se rendre à Rome en train depuis la station de Frosinone à 15 min de voiture du logement. Severino et toute sa famille sont des hôtes particulièrement accueillants et ouverts. Le séjour était parfait.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Nous connaissons Tocco et la région depuis longtemps. L’appartement de Marco est parfait, tout y est, très beau mobilier, spacieux, très propre et une terrasse magnifique. De plus très calme. Ce fut vraiment une belle découverte. Merci Marco pour ses réponses rapides. Si nous y retournons l’année prochaine, nous reprendrons cet appartement. Agnès Ferriani

La casa di Maria era così accogliente e familiare, sembrava essere casa nostra, comoda e con tutti i comfort. Situata a Casape che è un borgo del 900 d.C. da visitare assolutamente. Maria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, sempre pronta a rispondere alle ns richieste tempestivamente. Grazie di tutto e a presto

Casa Radiosa è stata una bellissima scoperta, per noi che eravamo in 6 è stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Come host abbiamo trovato due persone di una disponibilità davvero rara! Consigliatissimo se siete di passaggio a Sora e dintorni 🥰

The Residenza is very close to Avezzano's main piazza, and an easy walk to a range of restaurants, cafe/bars, bancomats, and shops. While parking isn't available at the property, we never had a problem finding free parking a block away (next to the park located at the top of via Garibaldi).

l'appartement est un des meilleurs de notre road trip! il as une vue a couper le souffle. les attentiens de chiara sont juste merveilleux après un long trajet. le petit déjeuner livré devant la porte est tellement agréable! c'est un + indéniable. la propreté de l'appartement, les communications avec chiara et son mari qui restent disponibles pour toutes nos questions. la literie est confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. bref allez y vous ne regretterai pas! rien que le village en vaut la peine! en plus nous avons oublié un objet et elle va essayer de nous l'envoyer! de belles personnes!

Residence perfetto per una vacanza con i bambini. Tutto a portata di mano (piscina, campi da calcio, tennis, parco giochi, bar, Ovindoli centro...). Appartamento curato e comodo. Sicuramente tornerò.
