El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado a 5 minutos caminando del centro, de los puntos de encuentro para las excursiones y de la estación de trenes. Es pequeño pero tiene absolutamente todo lo que podríamos necesitar. Douglas se esmera en recibir a los huéspedes con toda cortesía, deja mil detalles para que nos sintieramos en el hogar. Ha sido un placer hospedarnos en su apartamento, es un anfitrión dedicado y maravilloso. Gracias

This was our favorite stay of our trip to London and Scotland. The apartment is on the top two floors with a wrap-around deck on three sides, offering views of Loch Ness and the surrounding hillside. The kitchen has a large Aga stove, which is perfect in the winter for heating and drying out clothing from rainy adventures. The whole Abbey looks like a Harry Potter movie set, which tied into our other stops on the trip. We used the game rooms at night, and it was a quick walk down a path to town. A real person checks you in and gets you all settled, which is great because we were a little concerned about how to find our unit. This stay was everything we love about an AirBNB over a hotel.

Lovely accommodation in a central location for what we were doing. Highland Wildlife park and Landmark both within easy striking distance of the flat. Lots of nice cafes and shop just over the road. Standard of decor great, beds really comfy, even the sofa bed was a good sturdy quality. Communication with the host was great, lots of info at the correct point in time and very friendly/helpful too. We would definitely use the flat again. 😊

Zuzana as a host went above and beyond. We were traveling with our ten month old and when we arrived there was a high chair, toys, and a pack and play set up. We were extremely thankful for her hospitality. If we are ever in Inverness again we will 100% be using her space.

House was well maintained. Easily to access in a nice quiet surrounding. we enjoyed our stay. highly recommend

Die Unterkunft von Stefan war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung ist freundlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt klare Anweisungen zur Bedienung der Küche. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne. Stefan ist gut zu erreichen und die Kommunikation war perfekt. Danke an Familie Stefan, so wünschen wir uns das. Hier wird mit großer Sorgfalt und Liebe vermietet.

Perfect stay with friends and their dogs. Close to restaurants and a great Chinese takeaway. We had afternoon tea at the Dowans Hotel celebrating birthdays , the location was perfect for that. The house itself was fabulous, very clean and had everything we needed. Comfiest of beds too! Would definitely recommend.

Ruth was a great host. The space was perfect and well equipped and an easy walk into the city to access shops, cafes,restaurants. The apartment was very quiet and had great views out to the surrounding mountains.

I was so grateful that Filipe was able to host us last minute. The apartment was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

The flat was comfortable, clean and roomy. It is in a great location for walking downtown. We had a nice two day stay.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. The whole place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Very nicely furnished. Bathrooms are great with powerful showers. Lovely outside space to sit out when the sun shines. We’ve stayed in lots of properties in Ballater and this is our favourite.

Great location with easy access to lovely canal walks. Comfy clean apartment, and Julienne was an incredibly helpful host.

We had a great couple of nights at the apartment - very comfortable, exactly as described, and very clean. Jenny and David communicated very well in the lead up to the stay to ensure everything went smoothly. Finding the apartment door at the rear of the building was a little tricky however David had tried to call earlier in the day and left a message to explain the process. We had a small issue with the door lock on the inside, but David came straight away to resolve it. The only “nice to have” would have been a dishwasher (especially with having two young kids), but we knew that this wasn’t included in the description of amenities. Having a washing machine definitely came in handy however! All in all, a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed every second we spent at Scott’s place. I can’t say enough about how comfortable and well thought out everything is. The property had all the facilities you could possibly need and then some. Scott was very friendly and helpful and the welcome pack he left was a wonderful touch. The beauty and serenity of the region is unmatched. Can’t recommend Scott and his properties enough! Can’t wait to be back.

We had a lovely stay at Ray and Catriona’s cozy home! It is a great location right across the river and close to the popular restaurants. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the highlands!

We’ve stayed in some very impressive Air B&Bs across the world but this was far and away the most impressive. It was an extraordinary experience staying in the apartment in the old school building. The view from the great windows was breathtaking and everything inside the apartment was so well done - would highly recommend, in fact it’s a Must if coming to Loch Ness & the western Highlands.

This Airbnb was amazing! It was a perfect way to end our time in Scotland. The location is perfect, the walk to town is beautiful as you’re right along the river and close to the bridge. It’s such a cozy apartment and in a quiet neighborhood. Rebecca is a great host, very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Superb, very spacious, thoughtfully and immaculately presented basement flat of family home. Felt private. Super location for walking to local amenities /beach. Mike and Helen have thought through what helps a holiday maker and provided it in the apartment . Communication was v. prompt and helpful. All good!

We've had a great stay at Yvonne's place. It was a very welcoming and comfortable space for the 2 of us. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with basic necessities. Shopping for groceries and other commodities was made easy with a local Tesco nearby. Many thanks to Yvonne for her recommendations. My daughter and I had a wonderful few days.

We had a great stay in the Crows Nest. the apartment was very clean, well equipped and a good space. Great location for walking into Avimore and a short drive to nearby lochs and mountains. Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone!

Spacious and comfortable flat near the town centre. Great location and homely feel - felt very comfortable staying in this accommodation.
