This is not a house, it’s a home. It has everything you need for the family to be comfortable right from the moment you arrive with something for everyone. Standout for the young children a fab garden with an awesome trampoline. Standout for the adults space and comfort to totally relax. What takes it from great to exceptional are the thoughtful touches …… and there are a lot but it’s most of all the welcome and hospitality of Kay our host who kept in touch to make sure all was well and gave us brilliant tips on where to go suitable for each of our parties needs. Andrea and Steven’s home in Culloden is a fantastic base for anyone exploring Inverness and the surrounding areas of Scotland. The location is both safe and incredibly convenient, with a Tesco Extra just a stone’s throw away. Additionally, the property is ideally situated for easy access to major tourist attractions such as Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness, and the stunning Highlands. The home itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and accessibility to Scotland’s most iconic sites, this is it. Highly recommended!

I booked Cardon house for my friends Hen do! It was in such a lovely location, surrounded by woodland. There was lots of space outdoors and seating areas to sit outside. Indoors was lovely, ample space for larger parties to stay. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. The lounge area was lovely, it was very spacious and had lots of seating. It was great for hosting the hen party games and being able to sit together. There was a lovely wood burner which unfortunately we did not get a chance to use but would be great for in the winter. The kitchen and dining area was open plan and spacious and there was a large table for all of us to sit. It’s about a 15/20 min drive by taxi, which we used to travel into Inverness. Taxi was able to find Cardon house promptly and easily. Caroline was responsive when I asked her questions regarding the stay and we got to meet her when we checked out. She was welcoming and asked about our stay. We did not want to leave. Very happy bride to be!

we were very comfortable. the house is clean and well presented. there are shops and takeaways nearby and Aviemore town centre is 10 to 15 mins walk

Lovely family break with 14 of us and a happy dog coming and going throughout the week. Great accommodation for wee ones and adults alike. The games room went down a treat As did the hot tub with the more adventurous family members and the two sitting areas and dinning room and kitchen were great to meet everyone’s needs. The house was clean well catered for and great grounds. Would highly recommend and one for us for the future again.

Visited from the U.S for our honeymoon and this was the perfect place! Located close to the center of the city, so we were able to walk anywhere we wanted while in Inverness! The Airbnb met every need we had, was cozy, and in a private location which was easy to locate! Parking was easy to find as well. Highly recommend staying there if visiting Inverness!!

We had a wonderful time. The house and grounds were beautiful! The view was AMAZING! Helen and Mike were very quick to respond and very helpful. We were greeted with fresh garden flowers, milk, butter, coffee, tea and biscuits. Lots of little extras to make you feel at home! Would absolutely recommend this place!

The best place we stayed on our 10 day journey through England and Scotland. We broke the door handle to the front door,- and Ania came with a smile on her face and fixed it without a question. She also gave us instructions for places to see when we rented a car. Thank you so much for your hospitality, the beautiful apartment, and for beeing so nice to us.

Location was ideal for exploring the area, lovely hosts who were on hand should we have any queries, flat itself was comfortable & cosy and had everything we needed. I'd go back to this property without hesitation

The apartment is very attractive and was spotlessly clean. The overview of the harbour from the balcony provides lots of interest with the comings and goings of the local fishing boats. Central location is convenient for Arbroath amenities, and other Angus destinations are in easy reach. Very much recommended and hope to get back up soon.

Krystian and Kasia thought of everything!! So many personable touches to make us feel at home - from a stocked fridge with goodies for our travels the next day, to everything youd need for toiletries. The finishings in the apartment are beautiful - stunning, large bathroom and very comfortable beds. Walkable to the downtown centre and close to a large shopping center, but feels removed from the main area so it was peaceful and quiet. Would stay here again and again, really enjoyed ourselves.

Zuzana as a host went above and beyond. We were traveling with our ten month old and when we arrived there was a high chair, toys, and a pack and play set up. We were extremely thankful for her hospitality. If we are ever in Inverness again we will 100% be using her space.

Great midway location between Clava Cairn, Loch Ness, Inverness and Fairy Glen. Cozy, homey and sweet two bedroom. Very clean and appliances easy to use. Free private parking. Great place to stay and would recommend.

This apartment was outstanding and Hazel has given much attention to detail and nothing has been forgotten. We had everything we needed and more. The place was spotless and had beautiful furnishings and we all got that cosy, relaxed vibe the minute we arrived. Lovely views over the river, and you can catch a glimpse of the sea over the rooftops. A few little extras were provided for my son's 30th birthday which made it even more special. We all had a great time here and can definitely recommend, it will not disappoint. Thankyou.

Really nice apartment in a great location. Dunkeld easily walkable - lots of great pubs and restaurants. Spoilt for choice for nice walks in the area too. The apartment was great, Ali has clearly thought about the little details too.

Another perfect stay at Harbour Haven. The large dining kitchen gives us somewhere to sit in the morning if the sofa bed in the living room is still occupied. The master bedroom is incredibly spacious with a generous four-poster. The flat has recently been renovated, though it was already in great condition. As always, the standout is the location. It’s perfectly situated between the high street and the promenade and the living room boasts the most glorious view of the harbour and the sea beyond. This is our third stay at Harbour Haven and we couldn’t recommend it strongly enough. The hosts are always so responsive, approachable and friendly.

This place is so nice that I am tempted to leave bad feedback just to keep it to myself, lol. Only things to be aware of are that it is an upstairs (own entrance) flat and that the on-street parking was occasionally not right beside the flat, though it was always possible to park on the street. Colin's communications were excellent too. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I will definitely book it again .

We had a great stay here! The place was comfortable and well-located, with easy access to local shops and restaurants, which made everything really convenient. Stephen was a great host—very responsive and even offered us an extra hour for late check-out, which we appreciated (though we didn’t end up needing it). Just a heads up for future guests: off-street parking isn’t permitted at the property, but there’s a nearby solution—Library car park is just around the corner and worked out fine for us. All in all, a pleasant and easy stay.

Great flat in a handy location. Slightly cold, but that was fine for us as we were out most of the time. Lots of very thorough instructions both through messages and printed in the flat - very impressed with the electronic entry! Thanks again!
