A true gem! Fantastic location with ocean view, parking, everything you need for a small family or two couples!! Great raised patio deck too!!

This little studio was such a nice and quiet little space with prime parking and a stunning beach view! I've stayed at quite a few Airbnb, and this one is by far the cleanest I've stood in; I'm quite the germaphobe, and I tend to be overly observant and analyze the space that I'm in to ensure that I feel comfortable and this studio exceeded my expectations to the point where I felt at ease with how clean and maintained it was that I genuinely felt at home, so if you're like me and value cleanliness then this is the place for you! One thing I will note is that if you tend to run on the hotter side, it does get pretty hot at night despite the windows being open, but overall, it's a great stay, and it truly is a hidden gem!

David’s place was great. Everything we needed while staying in Paso. Really nicely decorated and functional space. Excellent location. Walkable to downtown area and easy drive to wineries. Incredibly comfortable bed.

The cottage apartment exceeded our expectations. The host's personal touch is impossible to describe. This place is cozy, exceptionally clean, and truly magical. The only issue that came up for us was that the main cottage was occupied during our stay by extremely noisy and inconsiderate guests. The walls are thin, so their noise kept us awake late at night and again early in the morning. Due to this, I'd say the value for this lodging on the nights when there are guests in the main house is just not compatible to its high price. That said, the host was beyond responsive and did take care of the issue as soon as we reported it, telling the noisy guests to quiet down, which helped. This earns this place 5 stars in my book. But since the noise did resume at sunrise, I do feel we greatly overpaid and didn't enjoy the place, unfortunately, as much as we should have. Putting this aside, it's a wonderful place, and you will love how beautiful and welcoming it is.

Lori’s home was the perfect getaway place for my wife and I. A newer home situated on private and quiet winery. The home had everything we needed and more from basic toiletries to coffee and snacks. We look forward to coming back and staying here later this summer.

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat, this is definitely the place for you and your family.

We had a wonderful stay! My 15 year old daughter and I stayed here for a beach vacation. The hosts were very responsive during our late night check in and when we had to resolve one issue. The beach and restaurants are so close and there is a surf shop within easy walking distance to rent wet suits and other fun beach things. I highly recommend this town and these accommodations. We will be back!

My second visit. I felt right at home, everything was as the last time I stayed, Eryka addressed some improvements I suggested after last stay, shows she is on top of things. As I noted before, she is highly motivated to care for her guests. There is a great fireplace outside at covered area, very comfortable, something very desirable in this mild climate.

Great place, great view,and great host. we loved every minute of our stay. The view of the bay and seals talking all night was amazing. Host were great, answered all questions promptly. home was roomie and spotless. only thing I was not prepared for is one room is down the hall no door and the other you need to walk through the other room to get to bathroom or living room. it was our anniversary and my brother was staying with us and we were hoping for some private time. It was fine though we had a good time. Thank you Matt and Toni we will be back one day I hope.

Location is key! Debbie gave clear instructions on how to find the unit. Once settled, walkable distance to downtown including restaurants,coffee shop, park, farmer's market, wine bars, etc. Everything in the unit is exactly pictured and described without surprise. Be mindful, if you are getting in the first night after sunset, it may be dark once past the gate and up the stairs-so I'd recommend going earlier in the day or go in the unit first before hauling the rest of your belongings.

Great last-minute stay! We never interacted with Caren, but had great communication. Would recommend!

A beautiful Gem of a home walking distance to the beach and downtown Pismo. It was perfect for the two of us and had all we needed. We will stay here again for sure!

The photos accurately show the split off studio, sleeping area is split off. Two twin beds are comfortable. Ample closet space, with extra linens and towels. Shower has a high nozzle great for tall people, plenty of hot water, again much space to stow sundries and cosmetics. Kitchen is extremely well equipped! Coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, full size refrigerator, pots and pans, silverware, etc. Counter area for two as well as a table which seats four. Very comfortable couch and several well placed chairs complete the space. The deck provides wonderful spot to have coffee with glimpses of the blue Pacific Ocean or a cocktail in the evening. No tv, but excellent wifi! Hope they have availability for my next visit.

This was my second time staying at Bill’s place and it was just as great as the first time! The yard was perfect for my pups, and the goats are always a huge hit. The bedrooms are cozy and the full kitchen and large bathroom area are nice spaces. The place itself is so cute and no detail is left unturned! Highly recommend booking this place and I’m sure I’ll be booking it again in the future!

Excellent apartment style place. Separated from the main house nicely and afforded plenty of quiet and privacy. Well equipped and great location for San Luis Obispo or Paso Robles.

This place is a gem! So close to the beach, small but just enough at a terrific rate! We will definitely be back.
