The place is gorgeous and has lots of character. Charles's provided clear communication and even helped us in unforeseen circumstances. I would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay the Fischer house. It is evident is a well loved home and we were very comfortable. Laura was kind and hospitable, letting us borrow boogie boards for the kids and the house is very convenient for our walks to the beach and to the main street for dining. Don’t miss the blue corn waffles at Hidden Kitchen.

Great location, easy check in, everything you could need for a long weekend. Enclosed yard was great for our pup! Highly recommend and would book again. Loved the file full of recommendations of where to eat, which vineyards to visit. Not related to the great Airbnb but a general note on Paso is to book a tasting for the most popular vine yards as we were turned away from several on a Sunday in January.

The place was great for my family and my furry friends. Beautiful outdoor spaces and the house had everything we needed.

Thank you, Erik and Kate, for allowing my family to enjoy your home. As former long time residents of the central coast, bringing my mom back to visit her “home town” and two sons was amazing. She’s not getting any younger so getting this chance to bring her home for the weekend was perfect. Especially a last minute booking. Your home was perfectly situated in the middle of the town, with quick access to the beach and Old Arroyo. Plenty grocery and restaurants to choose from with in close proximity. My daughters and I fell in love as soon as they opened the front door stating, “we could live here.” It had all the amenities we could have asked for, a charming back patio area and plenty of parking. I will definitely come back. Thanks again!

Marilynn's home was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything our group of 8 needed for the weekend! The inside was big enough for us all to hang out together comfortably, and the outside area is beautiful and private: great for enjoying the sunshine and some bird watching! One night we even decided that instead of going out we could just stay home and enjoy the game room! Marilynn was also very helpful and responsive! Our whole group was flying in from out of town for a bachelorette weekend, and I appreciated being able to arrange for some balloon and flower decorations to already be waiting for us upon arrival. Last note is that all the beds were very comfortable- which is never a given at a vacation rental, and was appreciated by all :)

This property is an absolute gem! Out in the country with very little traffic. Greatc360 degree views of the local wine country. Bill and Julie's dining recommendations were spot on. The only recommendation we would make, is to have a key pad on the inside of the gate as well. We had to drive a car down to the gate so my wife could get out to go for a run. We would highly recommend this property for a couple or family! Cheers, Andy

We stayed for three nights at this beautiful property which is so close to everything! This gem is equipped with so many amazing amenities, including a pool with a hot tub! We definitely will return again! This property is one you will be looking forward to seeing and enjoying!

I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

As always, a fun visit for our fur babies 🐶🐶 with well needed rest and relaxation for us! An absolute “win-win” every time that we’re grateful for!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place or setting to bring in the new year. Place was beautiful, serene and private. We woke up every morning to chirping birds and wild deer, and ended every night with gorgeous sunsets. The bed was super comfy and our dog enjoyed exploring the property (and tennis!). We can’t wait to come back again!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, with everything from plenty of serving trays and wine glasses to measuring cups, pots, and pans—perfect for cooking and entertaining. The home was spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for large groups who want to spend quality time together. The backyard was stunning and a great space for pets. The location was also fantastic—nothing was more than 10 minutes away, yet the house itself was quiet and felt private. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. One of our favorite moments was gathering around the kitchen bar, cooking together, and enjoying great company. We had an amazing stay!

Diane and Mike’s place is like a private little paradise. It’s quiet and peaceful. The view of the sunrise from the bedroom window is nothing short of breathtaking. Nights are clearly visible and gorgeous. You can even occasionally see the rockets from Vandenberg SFB. 10 min from the beach and hundreds of trails. Diane & Mike are incredibly kind and generous, with homemade scones to greet arriving guests and sweet bowls of fresh fruits & veggies from the garden on my doorstep, like a secret garden fairy. Oh, and Bear!! What an absolute love he is! Being here is like winning the lottery. You’ll never want to leave. It’s an incredible thing to find the right match between a peaceful long-term stay and budding new friendships.

We were very impressed with the beautiful house, from the way they decorated it to the comfy beds, the house if laid out perfectly, with lots to do, from playing pool and board games to swimming, it was perfect for what we needed it for. We will definitely consider staying again, the only downfall was we needed to stay longer.

Our stay was absolutely great, so much to do and WOW what a great back yard setup with so much to see and do. The house is also very nicely built with plenty of space for large families to just relax and enjoy the county views. My communication with Terry was so easy with very quick response, so I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to definitely look into staying here you will have a great time. Thank you for letting us stay at your home it felt like home to us.

We stayed at Brent and Jo's place over NYE, and it was a great choice. The house was clean when we got there, and we know how difficult that can be as pet owners. We loved how close to the ocean this house is - and it really does feel like a house, there's a ton of character! Our local friends came over for dinner one night, and their 3yo daughter had endless fun trying to find all the octopi hidden around the house. 10/10 would stay here again!

My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

We thoroughly enjoyed Eva’s home. It had parking and a beautiful outdoor patio. Everything was neat and clean. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Paso Robles area.

Jesse’s place was a relaxing delight. A short walk to the ocean and the sand dunes of Oceano and Pismo, this is a lovely spot to also sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the coastal wetland - birds in the morning and starry skies and frogs at night. Jesse was beyond accommodating. Her house is set up to make for an easy stay. Seems silly, but I extra appreciated the covers on the outdoor furniture, which meant that some rain here and there didn’t soak everything and make the deck unusable for the whole stay. Thought we would miss out on the ocean view but the wetland sunsets on the deck, and easy walks to the beach made the spot perfect.

Susan was a great host. The cottage is bigger than what it seemed in the pics. Loved everything about it, especially the secluded, quiet location out in the country. We'll definitely be back.

Nice place! Located in a beautiful area, lots of cows and horses grazing the surrounding lands. Close drive to both downtown SLO and Pismo Beach. Breanna was always very quick to respond and friendly. We enjoyed our weekend stay very much!

What an amazing location! Less than 15 min to the beach and great restaurants. So private and cozy. The apartment has everything you could need. Would definitely stay again!
