Alojamientos vacacionales en Avlonari

Wir waren über Weihnachten in der Unterkunft. Zoe hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und die Wohnung weihnachtlich geschmückt. Auch sonst hat er auf alle Anfragen reagiert und geholfen. Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit genügend Platz, kurzem Weg zum Meer und dem kleinen Ort mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Zum Flughafen sind es entspannte 20 Minuten und bis zu einer günstig gelegenen Metro Station (Nomismatokopio) nach Athen sind es ca 40 Minuten. Ich könnte es mir auch gut für den Sommer vorstellen.

Really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It is centrally located in Athens and a really nice place to do your walks from.

Το κατάλυμα είναι υπέροχο! Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή και η εύρεση πάρκιγκ εύκολη στο γύρω τετράγωνο (αν όχι δίπλα στο σπίτι), η γειτονιά είναι αρκετά ήσυχη. Η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Πετρούπολης εύκολη ακόμα και μετα πόδια. Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, άνετο, ευρύχωρο. Οι οδηγίες της οικοδεσπότριας ήταν κατατοπιστικότατες χωρίς να χρειαστεί περαιτέρω διευκρίνηση για ο,τιδήποτε. Σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!

Η βίλα ήταν απλά υπέροχη!!Η πισίνα τεράστια κ πολύ καθαρή.Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ όμορφο μέρος κ ήσυχο το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός κ πολυ πρόθυμος ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!😍

Nous avons passé 13 jours dans la maison de Khaled. Tout d'abord, Khaled est extrêmement sympathique et fera le maximum pour rendre votre séjour parfait. Disponible, avenant et à l'écoute. L'endroit est tout simplement idyllique avec une vue incroyable, une piscine privée et uniquement pour votre usage avec de très belles dimensions. La maison est également très calme dans un écrin de verdure et vue sur l'ile d'Eubée. A quelques minutes vous trouverez les nombreux restaurants, supermarchés et plages de Nea Palatia, L'intérêt de cette maison est aussi sa proximité d'Athènes (45 km ) ce qui en fait un point de départ intéressant pour se rendre régulièrement à Athènes pour visiter les nombreux sites archéologiques (Acropole, Gora, Plaka...). La maison se prête bien aussi à la visite du site de Delphes. Je recommande pour les familles !

Η κα Πολίνα ήταν εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα και πάντα πολύ φιλική. Μας έστειλε αναλυτικές οδηγίες για να βρούμε το σπίτι και ήταν πολύ εύκολη η επικοινωνία. Το σπίτι ήταν παραμυθένιο και πολύ πιο όμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες, πεντακάθαρο και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και ακριβώς δίπλα στην παραλία. Η παραλία είναι απάνεμη και η θάλασσα καθαρή. Αν θέλετε ένα ήσυχο μέρος να περάσετε τις διακοπές το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Panagiotis is an excellent host! Very proactive and responsive. He gave us very clear instructions, was very polite and made us feel like he was right there for us, even from a distance. The apartment with its special design will offer you a unique experience, is situated in a convenient area, easy to find, and feels quite private, even though it is located centrally. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing short stay in this amazing villa with friends and family. The place is ideal for holidays. The pictures are very accurate. What I want to highlight that probably other reviews don't mention thoroughly is the attention to detail the hosts have. All places are well thought out and have spot-on amenities - for example, a bar next to the swimming pool, fridges in all the different places you might stay, two types of grills (gas/charcoal) - and even a telescope! I could see that Nikiforos and his wife, not only have good taste, but really think things through. I cannot recommend enough his place, and this couple - super friendly thoughtful, and helpful for everything. 5 stars hands down, and an amazing overall experience. The only downside was that we had to abruptly leave the place, due to wildfires in the area - as instructed by the authorities. :-(
