Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità, in un ambiente che trasmette charme e tranquillità. La nostra esperienza è stata resa ancora più speciale dalla meravigliosa area benessere: il massaggio è stato semplicemente divino, eseguito con grande cura e attenzione, sciogliendo ogni tensione e regalandoci un profondo senso di rilassamento. La jacuzzi, poi, è stata la ciliegina sulla torta: un momento magico tra bolle e luci soffuse, perfetto per ritagliarsi un po’ di intimità e lasciarsi coccolare. La dimora è arredata con gusto, combinando tradizione e modernità, e la posizione è ideale per scoprire le bellezze di Modica. Un’esperienza indimenticabile, che consiglio a chiunque voglia regalarsi un soggiorno romantico e rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 gg ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa molto pulita e molto ben arredata. Situata in centro. L’unico neo è stata la ricezione telefonica un po’ carente, ovviamente il Wi-Fi presente suppliva per buona parte delle necessità.

Abbiamo soggiornato fino a pochi gg fa' per 15 gg nell'appartamento in Villa Eloisiana ed e' stato un po' come non uscire dalla propria abitazione. Adriana e Mimmo sono due Persone ospitali e allo stesso tempo discrete che di questi tempi trovarle non ha prezzo. Un ringraziamento anche ai ragazzi!! Appartamento dotato di ogni confort compresa Aria condizionata , non ne abbiamo usufruito in quanto la brezza che tirava nella proprieta' era sufficiente a garantire refrigerio. La vista della Campagna circostante la Villa insieme ai tramonti ed ai grilli riesce a restituire la calma di cui nutrire l'animo dopo un'intero anno lavorativo. Una cosa molto apprezzata, dato che viaggiavamo con un cane , e' stata la presenza di 3 cani molto docili sia con il nostro ma soprattutto con i bimbi. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Our stay was very enjoyable. We recommend this place to relax, but a few things were missing from the description of airbnb: basic spices, oil, soap, gel, shampoo, irons, window blinds, fire extinguisher, first aid kit. Despite this, the location is great with a sea view and a place to eat on the terrace. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bed could be more comfortable. House equipment at the appropriate level. The beach is beautiful. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. We are happy to visit this place again and recommend it to friends. Regards

Had a great stay here. The place is very spacious and comfortable. It had most of the amenities you would need like an iron and cookware for the kitchen. Paolo is a great host he responds very quickly to any inquiries. Location is not bad, you can easily walk to Ortigia in 20 mins and there is a big supermarket 10 mins away. It is close to the Neapolis Park and amphitheater. My only complaint is that you can hear the neighbors and their dogs throughout the day but it’s not that big of an issue. Overall 100% worth staying here.

Very pleasant host. Easy to communicate and friendly. We have got a free transfer from the train station and breakfast voucher as a present on checkout. All basic household devices were present and worked fine. Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and car rental. Historical places of Syracuse located within 20 minutes walk. Excellent price/value option.

Everything was perfect for our stay! We stayed for three nights, did a day trip to Noto as well. The bedroom warmed up nicely (in January) as it was a bit nippy, so that was great. Comfy bed, good kitchen. Although the place is small, as shown in the photos (no sofa, for example, but large kitchen table and chairs), it had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend staying with Fabio, he was always responsive and very friendly :) Grazie da tutto, Fabio!

Giorgio und Alice sind einfach wundervoll - Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und sich wirklich liebevoll und zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und unkompliziert, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und können es kaum erwarten, im Sommer zurückzukommen!

Abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi giorni della nostra vacanza in questo alloggio e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione dell'annuncio: pulita, ben curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione era perfetta, con il mare a pochi passi e la scelta tra alcuni lidi attrezzati o una grande spiaggia libera. Anche il centro è facilmente raggiungibile, con tante bancarelle, ristorantini tipici e aree gioco per i bambini. Grazie di tutto!

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

The flat is a great base for a stay in Siracusa - it’s very near Ortigia but also convenient for public transport. In less than a minute’s walk you can see the beautiful shimmering sea. In November it was beautiful and warm! Fabio was always quick to reply to any messages and he and his father were great hosts. A good range of kitchen equipment if you want to cook. Highly recommended!

The apartment is nice and very close to the sea, we could go to the beach and come back few times a day. It has a nice garden and it feels grand. Also laying in the chair on the terrace during siesta was one of my favorites. The Conad is 5-10 mins away and cafes along the shore just few minutes away.

I stayed here with my extended family for almost a week. It was just as described. We arrived later than expected and Lorenzo was very accommodating and helped us get settled. We were grateful for a well-stocked kitchen when we arrived as we had come straight from the airport in Palermo. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. We ate most of our meals outdoors. It was very peaceful! There is a small village nearby and it is an easy drive to Modica and other larger towns, too. We also took a couple of trips to the beach. Donna Lucata, recommended by Lorenzo, was a favorite. My 3 year old nephew really enjoyed getting to know the resident (outdoor) cat. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend arriving before dark as the last bit of the drive was easier in the light of day!

We had a wonderful time. It's a peaceful place on the outskirts of Sampieri in the south east of the island with fantastic sea views and a great pool area. Thanks to our kind and caring host for making our stay comfortable.
