Renta de villas vacacionales en Avola

Wir haben eine tolle Woche Anfang April im Haus von Loredana verbracht. Der Garten mit Pool ist wirklich wunderschön ! Da es sich noch um die Nebensaison handelte , war es schön einsam und ruhig. Für uns genau richtig ! Wer um die Zeit Trubel sucht sollte vielleicht woanders hinfahren. Ein Auto vor Ort zum Einkaufen etc. ist sehr sinnvoll. Dann kann man auch mit wenig Fahrzeit viele tolle Dinge entdecken ( je nach Ausflugsziel empfiehlt sich ein unempfindliches Auto, da die Straßen teilweise abenteuerlich sind .. Vollkasko zu empfehlen ) Loredana war zu jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war per Translator sehr unkompliziert! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern . Die Betten für die Kinder sind eher klein und unser Teenager mit 1,80 m haben wir aufs Sofa umquartiert. Ging aber auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed here as a family of 6. Our children loved swimming in the pool and the sunsets were stunning. The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms side by side. It also has air conditioning in every room and a very large off street parking area behind an electric gate. Despite having issues with the dishwasher which didn’t work during our stay, we enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare qualche giorno in questa splendida location immersa nel verde ma comunque a 2 passi da Ragusa. Posizione ottima e tranquilla, Lucio si è confermato un host molto gentile, proattivo e disponibile. 5 stelle meritate!

Het huis staat middenin een prachtige boomgaard. Het is er stil, en het terras is groot en comfortabel. Met een buitendouche. Op loopafstand van de zee, langs de boulevard. Met verderop langs de kust ook meer afgelegen strandjes, zo mooi! Santo gaf ons tips voor leuke en goede restaurants in de buurt. We hadden een top-week!

Dom przepiękny, bardzo dobrze zaprojektowany. Robi naprawdę fantastyczne wrażenie. Ze wzgórza,na którym jest zlokalizowany, roztacza się przepiękny widok na najbliższą okolicę i morze. Cisza i spokój. Co kilka dni zaglądał do nas ogrodnik, plewiąc przydomowy ogródek, czy pielęgnując trawę wokół posesji. Wnętrze jest bardzo energetyczne- czuć, że to jest dom kogoś. Detale, przedmioty, które były w domu oddawały charakter właścicieli. Dom ma bardzo dobrą energię, czuliśmy się tam świetnie. Przydomowy basen, kuchnia w której mogliśmy upiec zakupione na targu ryby. Całość naprawdę dobrze korespondująca z ogólnym zamysłem domu. Harmonia i konsekwencja. Nie ma tam rzeczy z przypadku. Jedyne na co zwróciłabym uwagę to faktycznie podjazd- dla niskich aut może być problematyczny, dodatkowo- wjazd na posesję jest bardzo wąski, ograniczony przez krzaki, które rysowały karoserię. Nie wypożyczajcie aut bez pełnego ubezpieczenia. Stan armatury mógłby być lepszy- niestety mocno zakamienione

Absolutely incredible home - even better than in the pictures. Unforgettable vacation! Great for families. Cannot recommend enough. Hosts and organizers were very kind. Strong aircon and cool pool to shield from Sicilian heat.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero piacevole a casa di Sebastiano e Flavia! La loro casa, nuovissima e perfettamente attrezzata, ci ha permesso di godere di un soggiorno molto confortevole. La piscina e la plancha sono stati un valore aggiunto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. La casa si trova a soli 3 minuti da una splendida spiaggia, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più perfetto. Sebastiano e Flavia sono stati degli ospiti eccezionali, molto premurosi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi domanda o esigenza. Un grande grazie per la loro accoglienza e gentilezza. Consiglio vivamente!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location and it felt very private even though there are houses in relatively close proximity. The pool and surrounding landscaping was wonderful and it was really great to be able to see the sunrise and set from the house. Wonderful to see Etna booming on two occasions and we also witnessed an incredible electrical storm. The only downside is the kitchen could do with some modernising but it was totally fine for our stay. Stefania and her team were very helpful and hospitable and gave lots of great tips of where we could go and they even left us some homemade sauce in the freezer which was very kind of them. Everything we wanted to see was about an hours drive away so although not close felt like a good proximity between lots of must see sites. We would happily go back again.

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

We had a family vacation and everything was really nice , the host met us and welcomed us , the house is full of everything you may need and if there is any issue at all Corrado comes within minutes to solve it . It’s a quiet area and the pool is Amazing We spent the most smacking time at a fish restaurant in Avola and took day trips . The people are very nice , if you are looking for a very nice vacation and wonderful host , you’ve arrived !

We came here for my dads 60th and wow! The view from the villa was breathtaking, the pool was great and the villa was so lovely. There was 9 of us and and we always felt like we had our own space. The closest beach is a 10 minute walk and the town is also a 5 min walk from the villa and you get a very authentic Italian experience as there’s not many tourists at all. Plenty of food nearby with a couple of supermarkets all at walking distance. Salvatore and Isabela were super nice and helpful throughout the whole stay. I will definitely be back!! Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a wonderful property, it was paradise. We loved picking fresh fruit and vegetables from the gardens, we enjoyed the chickens, geese and donkey. The property is set in beautiful gardens, with a sparkling clean swimming pool. The beach is a short walk away, where you will find a variety of places to eat and drink. Five minutes away is a well stocked shop. Gio was a fantastic host, who was available 24/7 for any problems, his local knowledge was very useful and he proudly showed us around his wonderfully kept gardens. We particularly enjoyed picking bananas every morning. Thank you so much Gio, we hope to return to paradise near the sea.

Our stay at Katia's home was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences for our family. Katia was extremely helpful and provided us with recommendations for everything you can think of. The local team were so kind and helpful - their welcome was warm and inviting and they were quick to respond to us, making our stay easy and relaxing. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and appointed with every amenity one could need. The close proximity to Noto and nearby beaches was excellent. We thank Katia and everyone for a wonderful stay in Sicily! It was a magical stay for our family and one which will definitely bring us back.

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.

Alessandra and Mauricio are wonderful hosts. The best thing about our stay - even more than the incredible view and wonderful weather - was how hospitable they were. We were seriously delayed in arriving, and yet the welcome we received was extremely warm and generous. We also had to call Mauricio out when we accidentally got locked out, and he couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. The house is a great spot for a family to visit the magical South Eastern corner of Sicily. Siracusa and Noto are very accessible but there's also the option of extended time by the pool. We traveled late in the year, so were the only guests on the property, but it's clear there'd be plenty of privacy even at high season (although I believe the laundry would be communal). The area itself is very tranquil, with lovely views of the Mediterranean. That does mean everything is a drive away, but the house is on Google Maps and only the last little stretch of road is tight. Das Haus war fantastisch. Andrea ist ein super Gastgeber. Unsere Kids haben vor allem den Pool geliebt. Einziges Manko waren die lauten Umgebungsgeräusche, für die der Gastgeber gar nichts konnte. In der Nachbarschaft gab es eine Baustelle, die leider auch samstags stundenlange Motoren-Geräusche zu uns rüberwehte. Und die Motorsäge war leider auch ein täglicher Begleiter. Wir hatten aber trotzdem eine traumhafte, entspannte Woche hier und haben viele tolle Ausflüge unternommen.

Wir (Freundesgruppe) waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert vom schönen Ambiente. der Empfang war super freundlich und wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Haustiere (Hund und 2 Katzen) waren super erzogen und eine Bereicherung. Sie waren eher zurückhaltend. Corrado ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Die Woche in dem schönen alten Haus inmitten von Zitronenplantagen verging viel zu schnell. Auch der Ausblick über die Zitronenbäume und den wunderschönen Pool auf das Meer haben uns täglich begeistert. Liebe Grüße von uns alleb und bis bald mal wieder!

Ein tolles Haus mit einem tollen Außenbereich. Die Lage bei Noto ist perfekt für schöne Ausflüge. Wir waren mit 8 Gästen im Haus von Roberto, das hat sehr gut gepasst, jeder hatte ausreichend Privatsphäre, jeder hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch unsere beiden Kinder waren begeistert. Lucky ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen.

We had a really nice time in Pozzallo. The Airbnb was nice and clean, and the host was very friendly. The host was very friendly and always responsive and had some nice suggestions for restaurants and activities. Overall a really nice experience!!

Casa grande e bellissima corrispondente alle foto. Stephanie e i suoi collaboratori sono sempre stati reattivi e pronti ad ogni nostra richiesta. Tornerei sicuramente!

la villa è magnifica, ben curata e dotata di tutti i confort. la cucina super accessoriata, con numerosi omaggi di benvenuto da parte dei proprietari. tutto davvero perfetto e addirittura meglio di quanto descritto. Marco e suo fratello persone molto gentili, a modo e soprattutto disponili . Una esperienza che consiglio a tutti!

The whole team were really helpful and responsive. The villa and especially the garden are fantastic, as is the town of Scicli. The sound proofing between the two bedrooms isn’t good which is just something to be aware of if you value your privacy. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa!

Place is a bit difficult to find as the airbnb app sends you to a different location than where it actually is. Double confirm with the host to get the right location. Lots of space. Rooms were kept well. The on site person was fun and helpful. Some of the outside furniture and umbrellas etc need replacing as there are falling apart, This is the only real criticism I have. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking for a large group like us! Plenty of communal places to sit inside and outside to eat and talk. Thanks Martina for the flexible check in and check out times! You made our weekend extra special!

Wat een geweldige locatie om te verblijven! Prachtige ligging met uitzicht op de bergen en de zee. Hele mooie grote tuin, prachtig onderhouden. Heerlijk terras bij het huis of aan het zwembad, volledige privacy. Het huis was heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie met Lorenzo verliep heel soepel, hij reageerde snel en gaf leuke tips voor in de omgeving. Deze locatie is absoluut een aanrader als je van rust houdt midden in de natuur.
