The location was great. Steps to beach access. Phenomenal view from the house. Short car drive to restaurants. This area of Nags Head isn't quite as busy. More of a private beach vibe. We enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect in every way. Steps to the beach, immaculate & beautifully decorated home, kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, welcoming atmosphere, great decks, amazing location ~ close to grocery and delicious food. Hosts are so friendly and accommodating. We loved our time here and we will be back for sure! My highest recommendation!

We come to the OBX, specifically Southern Nags Head every year. This house is by far our favorite. We usually get a home that is right on the beach, but this house sits one house back. We found this to be even better than oceanfront. The house is positioned so you can see the ocean between the two homes in front. The walk to the beach was very easy and quick. We love the keyless entry - don't think I can go back to having to keep up with a key anymore. The house was very clean and comfortable. Lots of space to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped - even had an air fryer! We had brought our own, but didn't need to bring it in. Our favorite spot (well, other than the beach) was sitting on the screened in porch looking out at the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet - seems that most of the homes on the street are not rentals. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 in regards to the price, but it appears that most of the homes in this area have more expensive rent just since last year.

We had a mini family reunion to celebrate my 60th birthday. The home was perfect for our family. We had planets of room to share meals together. We had fun playing the games the host had available for guests. We had a lot of fun hanging out and relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub! We had fun competing to see who could win the most games on the pool table. We would definitely recommend the home to others interested in a relaxing and fun week at the Outer Banks! We would love to stay there again.

The house looked exactly as described & shown in the pictures! It was absolutely beautiful, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay so much! The host was communicative, nice, & made sure we were settled into the house comfortably. Cannot say enough good things about this Air BnB!!

Sherry’s place was spacious and well-equipped. Sherry herself was so kind - she helped us out with a car battery issue by lending us a charger. Quick response times and an overall great weekend!

We stayed at Mya's place in Salvo for a few nights in December with a total of 8 guests and found the place to be spacious, clean, and extremely peaceful - it was exactly what we were looking for. All in all, this was an enjoyable experience and despite a few inconveniences, we had a wonderful family vacation. Mya was also very responsive whenever we reached out. We would love to visit again. Thank you for hosting us!

We had such a nice stay! The house is a very easy walk to the beach and the area was incredibly peaceful.

We loved our stay at the beach! We even got to view the northern lights from the deck. Pretty close walk to the beach. Lots of kitchen supplies, pet friendly - although our dog stayed at home this time. We love the location and would like to stay again. Marsha, was a very responsive host and easy to communicate with.

The place was very cozy and clean. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms surpassed our expectations. The beachfront view from the deck was breathtaking and amazing. Our host was very responsive and making sure our stay was comfortable from the beginning to end. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. We will definitely come back, and experience it again! Very highly recommended.

We loved loved loved our stay at Robert and Jan’s place. Jan was an amazing host! She was attentive, detail oriented very helpful. She offered to pick up and deliver our groceries from the local Fiod Lion. She had left us snack and gifts with a handwritten note. We loved the hot tub evenings right under the NC stars. Pool was heated and kids had plenty to do, among the games in the house and outside beach walks. We will definitely will be back to her place next time to visit the NC OBX.

This house was as pictured. It was one of the best stocked houses we have ever stayed in. Trish was extremely responsive and helpful. Lovely home, great layout, especially loved the new day bed on the top balcony. Beach and pool were great. Would definitely stay there again. Some family members had difficulty walking over the dune but that’s not anyone’s problem. Would highly recommend this house.

Excellent beach getaway on a quiet street with an easy walk to the beach. A quick walk from a local market with everything needed. House was clean, kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for a stay. Grill was clean and plenty of gas. Pool was clean and private. Plenty of room for parking. Balcony and porch made for excellent evenings. Beach access is close and private. Everything was clean and ready to go when we go there. Hoses and outdoor faucets made cleanoff beach stuff and dogs easy. Will definitely look to rebook in the future.

We absolutely loved our week at Outer Banks. Sushma was a great host, the house is situated in a beautiful area and has everything you could wish for. The beaches and in particular the sunsets were breathtaking. We enjoyed long walks at the beach and the pool and jacuzzi afterwards!

Kate’s place was wonderful. Despite not staying during the best weather conditions, my family had tons of fun and enjoyed the amenities provided. Will definitely book again in the future!

Jody was a great host. Very communicative and quick to answer any questions/concerns. Let me check in earlier than scheduled and let me stay later than planned. Great home to stay in if you are looking for something right on the beach with beautiful views. Will be staying here again next time I visit.

Great place to stay if you don’t want to be “right on the beach”. Walk to beach with a family and “all the beach things” would be rough. It was just my wife and I and our dog so not too bad of a walk. Would stay again at any of Michael’s properties as the house was very clean and everything was in great working order. True Rest & Relaxation with beautiful views! Mark and Paul have designed a beautiful home that is expertly decorated and thoughtfully supplied with all the essentials for a week at the beach. We love the beach off-season and we truly relaxed here as never before. The proximity to the beach is ideal and the upper decks made it easy to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets over the water on the ocean side and the sound side. We were cozy and warm with comfy places to hang out inside even when it was snowy outside. They even made the home perfect for our furry companion with baby/doggie gates perfectly placed and even a cute spot under the stairs. Thank you for great communication, an impeccably clean and updated home, and the most relaxing week we have had in a very long time.

Mila was great to deal with. Very responsive when I had questions. Everything was labeled within the home which made it easy to find things. I loved the setup, very quiet neighborhood. Home was beautiful inside and out. Would highly recommend and will probable rent again.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's an incredible location with more than enough space for 4+ adults and can easily fit more. Quiet, tons of natural light with phenomenal sunset views every night (sunrises not too shabby either). Comfortable furniture, good AC, great kitchen space and amenities. Enough kayaks and paddle boards for the Brady bunch family. Good shower pressure and internet. Master bed was very soft for those with bad backs like myself but stellar stay overall.

Beautiful home in perfect location! It truly felt like a home away from home! Views from the top floor are spectacular and the house is walkable to so much (including the beach!). Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway in the Outer Banks!

Had a great, quiet stay here for Thanksgiving. The house is spacious and has beautiful views over the ocean. The short walk over the dunes was perfect for the kids. We’ll be back! Thank you for hosting :)
