Danielle and Travis’s studio was exactly what my family of 3 needed for a last minute getaway. It had everything we needed and the location was superb. Communication was top-notch and we look forward to seeing the final results of their renovations.

I had an amazing few days at Jayme's place. Everything was exactly as described. I look forward to returning. This may sound like a cliche, but it truly is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. Perfect for a small family or getaway with a few friends. I was able to visit with my family, while having my own quiet space where I could work in the day and see my kids/grandkids in the afternoons and evenings. Just steps away, you can rent a bike and go anywhere. The area is also very walkable. A wonderful restaurant is also just steps away from the property. Everything is very close, including groceries, restaurants, and things to do. And, of course, there is a very easy short stroll to the beach so no worries about looking for parking :) Jayme is super friendly and helpful. It was a treat to meet her. I don't think I have ever met a host in person. I have been fortunate to have wonderful AirBnB experiences, but this has been one of my best.

We were very pleased with Watermens retreat, the house was very nice and was exactly as described.

Heba’s place is an excellent listing with a great location on Hwy 12 in Frisco. It offers just about every amenity needed for a Hatteras Island visit. Even though my wife and I visited in the winter, we still felt there was much to do outside during our visit. The kitchen was great. The bathroom was clean with a solid shower. The bed was very comfy for those who like a more firm bed. I loved the electric heater in the living room and the TVs in both the living room and the bedroom were a bonus. Ample amounts of parking available and quite private, even though you are a few feet away from other dwellings. There is a great restaurant across the street within walking distance and a gas station only a minute away. 10 minute drive to Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, or the Hatteras Ferry and less than 5 minute drive to Frisco Beach. Definitely recommend and would stay here again if this listing is available in the future.

Happy Ours was the perfect spot we needed. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the place. it was in a great area for what we wanted to do and see, as it was our first time in this area. place was very clean and just the right amount of amenities needed.

Lucia is a wonderful host. She went above and beyond knowing we were in town over Christmas. She added holiday themed decorations and a small tree. She even gave us the opportunity to check in early. Her space is one of the most well equipped and thoughtful Airbnb spaces I’ve visited. Plenty of places to hang items, a great kitchen and a comfortable bed. We’ll be back!

This is such a beautiful spot with welcoming helpful hosts. This was our second time staying there and we are looking forward to coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nancy's place! Our idea of the perfect beach vacation is to have the place to ourselves and it was perfect at the beginning of March. We saw a lone surfer and a few walkers during our stay but that was it. The view of the water is amazing and listening to the waves crash outside was so calming and peaceful. The condo is very comfortable and clean. We would love to return again.

The location was great. Steps to beach access. Phenomenal view from the house. Short car drive to restaurants. This area of Nags Head isn't quite as busy. More of a private beach vibe. We enjoyed our stay!!

True Rest & Relaxation with beautiful views! Mark and Paul have designed a beautiful home that is expertly decorated and thoughtfully supplied with all the essentials for a week at the beach. We love the beach off-season and we truly relaxed here as never before. The proximity to the beach is ideal and the upper decks made it easy to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets over the water on the ocean side and the sound side. We were cozy and warm with comfy places to hang out inside even when it was snowy outside. They even made the home perfect for our furry companion with baby/doggie gates perfectly placed and even a cute spot under the stairs. Thank you for great communication, an impeccably clean and updated home, and the most relaxing week we have had in a very long time.

We LOVED our stay at 3 Angel's Haven! This was our second time around and once again, Nicky could not have been nicer. There are six of us - three couples - so the room layout, each with its own bathroom, works perfectly for us. A short walk and we're at the beach. A short drive and we have our choice of restaurants, grocery, and fun, outdoor activities. We choose to come to Avon in the winter for a quieter vacation and we're coming from Wisconsin, so the colder temps were still 30 degrees warmer than home. We will be back.

The home was spacious and clean. Stores, beach, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance. Highly recommend! Sandra was very responsive and the maintenance people were quick to arrive and address a burnt out light bulb even though we advised it wasn’t an emergency. Great place to stay and great people to work with.

Excellent beach getaway on a quiet street with an easy walk to the beach. A quick walk from a local market with everything needed. House was clean, kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for a stay. Grill was clean and plenty of gas. Pool was clean and private. Plenty of room for parking. Balcony and porch made for excellent evenings. Beach access is close and private. Everything was clean and ready to go when we go there. Hoses and outdoor faucets made cleanoff beach stuff and dogs easy. Will definitely look to rebook in the future.

Our long weekend stay was peaceful and just what we needed to recharge. The beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have for the beach! The walk to the beach was a little confusing at first, but once we found the right path it was very quick. Overall we loved our stay, especially the sleepover environment with the loft!

Jake was more than accommodating. Very clean. Jake was so responsive, respectful and GENEROUS! Highly recommend!

Stayed for our first trip to the OBX. Unit exceeded our expectations from the photos. The two bedroom suites are on opposite sides of the unit which our two boys (10 & 17) loved. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were super comfortable! Only slight critique was a clump of hair in the drain in the king bathroom tub and the shower curtain looked moldy all along the bottom. For our active family there wasn’t too much for us to do in the immediate area other than water sports, which they tired of quickly. So we spent quite a bit of time driving to other towns. But, that was partly our fault for not doing enough research. If you’re looking for fishing, kite boarding, or just a quiet escape, this place definitely fits the bill!

This is a great location! Easily walkable to restaurants and the Ocracoke ferry. The villa was perfect for a couple or small family. We didn't use it, but the pool looked very nice.

My youngest daughter, granddaughter and I were the only ones who were able to take the trip. We all love the ocean so much. We couldn't believe we were just steps from the beach and the pool. Our oceanfront view was amazing! The cozy balcony had four very comfortable wooden tall chairs. The beach was great, not packed like sardines. It was clean, quiet and spacious. Our condo was on the first floor which left us a short flight of stairs to get to the condo. I have bad knees so it was wonderful being on the lower floor. The kitchen had just about everything one would need to prepare meals. We made our own coffee every day and cooked our meals in. It is so wonderful to have a kitchen. All the linens were clean, packed efficiently and plentiful. The starter soaps and supplies were great. We will definitely be returning to this facility again.

Very communicative, bare bones, just as advertised. The home was pristinely clean. The views were beautiful, gorgeous sound views from the balcony. The beach is just a short walk away and the pier is a 5 minute drive. Perfect location in Avon & Mike is super friendly! Be mindful that you will have to bring bath towels, but other necessities were supplied by the cleaners and lasted us through a full week. This was transparently advertised though. The living room is not quite as comfortable as we would’ve liked, but that’s just our preference. The rest of the house was very comfortable and we were pleased with the furnishing. The space is clearly well taken care of. Avon overall is a wonderful place to visit. The locals were probably the most friendly we’ve experienced in the OBX. The area is very remote and you can see the stars and even have a bonfire on the beach. Plenty of free parking and easy public beach access. Really good restaurants too. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Perfect location next to the ferry terminal and shops. An easy bike ride to the nature trail and village shops. The condo is perfectly sized for two adults and was clean and quiet. We were there in the winter so didn't use the pool but enjoyed walking the beach (just across the street) and biking around the village. Perfect retreat.

We loved our stay at Resort Rodanthe. We loved the location, close to the shops and a short walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The outdoor showers were convenient as were the outdoor charcoal grills which we enjoyed some steaks our last evening. We will certainly come back again.

The say at ‘Sea Too’ was the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay I have ever had at Cape Hatteras. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the perfect atmosphere. I really couldn’t have asked for more!
