Perfect place for us to stay with our pup Franky. House was very clean and the partially fenced in backyard was nice to have so we didn't have to take her out on a leash when going out. Neighborhood was very nice. We loved being able to use the garage. Sebring is such a cute town, hoping to enjoy it even more on our next trip. Nicole was very responsive when needed and super nice. We are already thinking about our next stay.

We highly recommend this home away from home. Is clean and comfortable. Very spacious. It has A/C, Wi-Fi, Netflix and more! The owner is very nice, responsive and respectful. Will definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our time at Alexeis lake house. It’s kept very clean and has everything you need to feel at home. We enjoyed making s'mores on the fire pit and letting the kids play in the white sandy beach like area that her lake front property offers. It felt very serene and the neighbors were kind to us. We would book there again!

Our stay here was convenient, easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, and VERY close to shopping plazas, and what we were in town for... Peppa Pig World/Legoland. Richard was very responsive, communicated well, provided clean sheets, a home comfy for a family of 5, and games/entertainment for family time. We stayed 3 nights and everything was fine. Great place.

Truly a hidden gem! It was beautifully decorated with all the amenities and furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was updated and convenient. The outdoor entertainment area was amazing! Beautifullly lit and it had many separate areas to relax. The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed it every morning and evening. Our friends stopped by to see it and they were very impressed!

Beautiful condo, very clean and everything you could possibly think of is provided. High end kitchen supplies. Theres a lovely walking path and a heated pool. Kevin is a great host.

We were looking to get away from the cookie cutter rentals of Davenport/Champions Gate that we’ve rented in the past. This property with a heated lakeside salt water pool was just the change we were looking for. We felt that the game room and patio area needed some updating, but the hosts were very responsive to any issues that we had. The sunrises from bed were absolutely amazing. My son caught a nice bass right off the dock. The paddle board and kayak were fun to explore the lake with. The kitchen was very well appointed. We hope to be able to return soon.
