This place was one of the best places i have ever stayed. A blend of traditional style with modern facilities with exceptional cleanliness overall. A house made from stone that gives you this grounding feeling necessary for a deep rest and recharge. Plus, John really conveys the Cypriot hospitality spirit, and i am truly grateful for his professionalism.

We really enjoyed the stay, the apartment was super clean and cozy. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend

3 gece kaldık… salon, oda çok kullanışlı, ve temizdi. Otopark sorunu yok.. wifi, tv olanakları müthişti.. tam kafa dinlemelik sakin huzur dolu bir yerdi.. ev sahiplerine teşekkürler:)

Bay Ruslan'ın evi fotoğraflarla birebir aynı ve kendisi gerçekten harika bir ev sahibi. Ev konum olarak çok merkeziydi. Merkezin ve diğer semtlerin ortasında olması bize çok avantaj sağladı. Temizlik konusunda hiçbir tereddüt yaşamadık. Bay Ruslan ihtiyacımız olduğunda çok hızlı bir şekilde bizi yönlendirdi ve kusursuz bir tatil geçirdik. Bu imkanlar için kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Janna hat unsere Anfragen und Wünsche immer erfüllt und schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Es gab immer wieder Probleme mit dem Wasser aber das hat nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun, sondern ist generelles Problem auf Nordzypern.

Dündar Bey’e bize karşı olan ilgisi alakası için teşekkür ederiz. Dairenin konumu gayet merkezi ve bir çok ihtiyaç noktasına yakın. Ev mis gibi tertemiz ve gayet rahat ve şık. Bir sonraki Kıbrıs ziyaretimizde tekrar yine bu dairede kalacağız . Tavsiye ediyorum

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

It was a very nice stay! Very quiet area, lovely sweets&coffee store on the first floor. The apartment is very cosy and was perfectly clean. I was there for 2 days for work purposes and will definitely come again when needed. Μπράβο, ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

Efi was so helpful for our entire stay. She was a wonderful host with a beautiful, quiet and clean home. My family and I stayed for 5 weeks and felt very comfortable the entire time, and Efi would regularly check in with us that we were okay / if we needed anything. Her sister Yiota was very lovely too, and brought us flowers when we recieved some sad family news. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

Wszystko przebiegło tak jak powinno, mieszkanie czyste i idealnie przygotowane pod wynajem przez gości. Cudowny basen oraz przestronna kuchnia. Świeża pościel oraz czyste pokoje. Bardzo dziękujemy za gościnę i sprawną obsługę.

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Wir waren als 4-köpfige familie mit kids 5 und 7 jährig dort und das haus sowie die lage sind perfekt. der strand ist in unmitelbarer nähe und das wasser dort sehr klar und sauber. alle unsere fragen wurden von der gastgeberin sehr schnell beantwortet. wir buchen wieder und können eine klare empfehlung abgeben.

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Yataklar mis gibi. özellikle eve girer girmez yastıkları ve havluları kokladım. Çamasır makinesinin kokusu falan, tertemiz. Tuvalet banyo çok lüks değil ama temizdi. pırıl pırıl. Çok lüks beklentiniz yoksa güzel, kalınabilir bir yer. Tavsiye ederim...

ailemle 3 gecelik kıbrıs tatilinde suna hanımın evini tercih ettik ve çok memnun kaldık . 5 kişi konakladık yatak sayısı tamdı hatta salonda 2 adet çekyat mevcuttu , her odada klima vardı , ısıtma ve soğutma için gayet uygun . suna hanım biz gelmeden önce sağolsun bir sürü iktam hazırlamıştı bizim kahvaltı vs. için birşey almamıza gerek kalmadı diyebilirim . eğer tekrardan kıbrısa gelirsek kesinlikle tekrar tercihimiz olur .

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. But the real star of our stay was the host – truly the best we've ever had! Incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel special and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Any recommendation for Teri's apartment. I am very satisfied with the location, the apartment, Teri's kindness. Everything was impeccable.🔝🔝🔝

Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison, absolument rien ne manque pour pouvoir profiter de votre séjour pleinement et le rendre extraordinaire, à l'image de Christina : une hôte au top du top, qui est soucieuse de votre bien être pendant votre séjour et qui s'efforce de faire le maximum de son possible pour chaque petit détail. rapport qualité-prix imbattable ! si je le pouvais j'y habiterais ! la piscine est juste fantastique ! je recommande vivement et fortement, allez-y les yeux fermés !
