Fantastic stay at Evgeny and Julia’s apartment! Modern, spacious, and in a brand-new building near Mackenzie Beach. The flat had everything I needed, was super clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing—responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Vil gjerne anbefale denne flotte leiligheten hvis du ønsker å reise til Nicosia. Den har gode senger ,fint bad ,kjøkken og koselig stue. Herlig terasse . Den ligger sentralt til i gåavstand til butikker og sentrum . Det er andre gangen jeg leier denne leiligheten og kommer gjerne tilbake .

I had a great stay at Mike's place along with my 2 kids for a week. All 3 of us felt like home. Ideal for short or longer term stays. The place was spotless and had everything that's needed for the guests to feel like home. Really close to the city centre, supermarket right next to your door which is super convenient and easy access to go anywhere within or outside Nicosia! I'll certainly get back and recommend it to friends! Thanks for the wonderful stay Mike!

Sparkling and gorgeous luxury apartment. The owners are incredibly friendly and even helped me with a medical problem I had. The area is the best and the views of the mountains are amazing. I was very happy during my stay with Secil and would go back without thinking twice. Thank you so much for everything.

Dino was very easy to communicate with, responsive, and friendly. He accommodated our last minute booking and later checkout, which was very much appreciated. The place is clean and comfortable. Easy parking, many amenities, small supermarket 5 minute walk, and restaurants at your door stop. There is some noise from the street at night to be aware of - cars, horns, people talking - all of which should be fine for those used to a road facing apartment. We’d recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you for everything, Dino!

Pathos and Marianna were amazing hosts, went over and above on many occasions. The condo was beautiful, tons of space and nicely appointed. Neighbourhood is not but not much going on about a 20 minute walk to the ocean. Other than that, it was perfect.

Beautiful apartment! Clean and tidy; good beds, all equipment you need for cooking at home. Short stroll to the center and to the beach promenade. Very good communication with the host, thank you for letting us stay a little bit longer, as our flight left very late. Can definitely recommend this apartment, as activity the strolls on the promenade in sun set are very nice. Also the sculpture park, which is huge, is nice to visit. We also had moussaka and stifades at Costas, in center, very good food! Thank you for a nice stay!

Eine wirklich schöne und toll ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zentrum/Altstadt ist ca. 5 Kilometer entfernt.

Place was amazing, very well equipped, thoughtful compliments at the fridge. Host was friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. Villa is in perfect condition, cozy and enough place for 6 people. We enjoyed our stay and would want to come again next time. Highly recommend 👌

Paolo is wonderful and we always return to this beautiful traditional house that is hard to beat!

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

Beş kişilik bir arkadaş grubu olarak üç gece konakladık. Mekan gayet temiz ve kolay bulunabilecek bir yerdeydi. Etrafında market vesaire bulabilirsiniz. Evin içinden bahsetmek gerekirse salon ve bir çift iki tek kişilik oda mevcut. Yataklar yastıklar, çarşaf ve nevresimler gayet temizdi. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterince vardı. Türk kahvesi makinesi bizim için çok güzel bir detaydı. Kıbrıs'ta dönüştürücülü prizlerin yetersizliğinden bahsedilse de ev sahibi Zeynep Hanım her oda için dönüştürücülü priz bulundurmüş. Çamaşır suyu, sabun, tuvalet kağıdı vesaire gayet yeterliydi. Kış döneminde konakladığımız için tek kişilik odalarda ısınma konusunda küçük sorunlar yaşasak da bunu salon ve yatak odasındaki klimalarla Hallettik. Gayet güzel bir üç gün geçirdik. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz Zeynep Hanım.

Stayed here for the second time. Tasoula is very friendly and the house is very beautiful.

Very nice place and exactly as pictured. Alex was always available and responsive. This however is not a luxurious 5 star resort, but you’re not paying 5 star prices either. The only negatives are out of their control: We found the gym to be small and overcrowded and not worth the price (7/day, 25/wk, 60/mo) and screaming children (and it was the off season).

Gemütlich, nicht weit vom Strand (ca. 5 Min mit 2 kleinen Kinder) und von der Stadt (ca. 15 Min zu Fuß). Disco für die Kinder und musikalische Abenden konnten wir im nebenstehensen Hotel besuchen. Bequim für die Familien mit den Kinder. Viel Spaziergangzönen. Alles super gewesen!

Very nice apartment near airport and lovely beach. It is not far from the center, where you can enjoy fun or history. Host was very nice and helpfull. We really appreciate that we could borrow toys for kids for playing on beach. Thank you that we could stay here a enjoy our first meeting with Larnaca :)

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

This is our second time staying at Dominika’s apartment. It is an excellent place to stay. Comfortable, clean, spacious, great location for visiting resorts in Cyprus and situated in a lovely village.

The host was very friendly and provided all the information required. Place was clean and well located. Would recommend.

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean with all you needed. The resort was lovely with lots for kids; water slides, pools, 2 playgrounds, kids indoor play area, football pitch and mini golf. Beach was nice. Nice restaurant and pool bar. The resort was very remote. Nothing near so you need a car. If you want to just relax and get away from it all this resort is perfect! Weather great too.
