הדירה היא דירת 3 חדרי שינה , לאחד החדרים יש שירותים ומקלחת. הדירה מפנקת , נקיה עם מרפסת נהדרת. קומה 3 עם מעלית בשכונת יוניברסל. המטבח מאובזר היטב, חדרי רחצה נקיים, המיטות נוחות והתקשורת עם מיכה היתה נהדרת. הדירה בשכונה רחוקה ממרכז העניינים במרחק 10 דק' נסיעה. בהחלט ממליצה !!!! תודה מיכה על הכל היית חלק מהחוויה הנעימה שלנו בפאפוס

De Groene bus was een heerlijk verblijf. Als je opstaat, loop je meteen naar buiten met een prachtig uitzicht over het dal en de zee. Ook 's avonds zit je in alle rust naar de sterren te kijken. Het is een soort van luxe kamperen. Je hebt je eigen bedoening en op ons had het een hele rustgevende en ontspannen uitwerking. Eva is een geweldige vrouw die echt persoonlijk en met aandacht reageert op de berichtjes die je stuurt. Wij zouden bij een volgende trip naar Cyprus zeker weer voor de bus kiezen ipv een wit hotel of appartement van steen ;-). Dank voor de heerlijke tijd!

Thanks to Irene and George for hospitable welcoming. We came with the dog, and the place has a private garden that can be closed so you can feel safe for your pet. The guys arranged for us everything needed so we could just enjoy beautiful surroundings peacefully. The house has everything needed. It would be nice to have Netflix as well but its not a complaint, its just the idea how to improve:) Overall, its worth visiting and staying and we are happy with our choice. Highly recommended!

Martin had great communication from the minute we booked. Very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment was well equipped, immaculate and set in a peaceful neighbourhood. The location is within easy walking distance to great sites, restaurants, bars and shops. A two minute walk from the apartment leads you to the seafront and onto the beautiful coastal boardwalk. I would highly recommend this apartment for a great stay in paphos.

The house and surrounding space feel really great. We stayed on some cold days and heated the bedrooms before going to bed, the fireplace was helpful for making the lounge cosy. The kitchen had most everything we needed and the Wi-Fi worked great. The bedrooms were of a good size and tastefully furnished and the mattresses and duvets were very good. I would definitely stay here again!

Townhouse was superb and a real home from home. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and pristine. Possible recommendations would be a welcome folder with apartment instructions and base for patio parasol. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in an immaculate apartment and would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Das Apartment befindet sich im sehr gepflegten Regina Gardens II Komplex in Paphos. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der große Lidl ist nur 700 m entfernt. Unser Auto hatte einen überdachten Abstellplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter esteá, war schon im Vorfeld mustergültig. Alle Fragen wurden schnell und präzise beantwortet. Die Anreise war aufgrund detaillierter Beschreibungen einfach. Durch die Hinterlegung des Schlüssel in der Codebox waren wir flexibel. Der riesige Eckbalkon ist das Highlight. Der Blick über die ganze Anlage ist grandios. Sonne von 9 Uhr bis Sonnenuntergang. Man kann den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer beobachten. Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche vollausgestattet. Auch die Waschmaschine haben wir genutzt. Der große Pool ist ein Traum und im hinteren Bereich 2 m tief, das macht Spaß! Wir können diese Ferienwohnung, in der wir 8 schöne Urlaubstage Anfang Oktober 2024 verbracht haben, bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Ja, Zypern ist sehr schön.

We stayed as a family of 8, for my 30th birthday. The Villa: We arrived late evening. Directions & key access were easy to follow. The Villa is located a minute walk from the main strip of Coral Bay. Although it is located next to the strip, it is on a quiet road. 4 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. Kitchen well equipped to make breakfast and lunches. Beds are firm but comfy. The pool was absolutely gorgeous! So big, and the option for pool heating was so great. Inflatables and toys for the pool was an added bonus. Driveway access if you've hired a car. The Host: We met Elena the morning after our arrival. She was friendly, attentive to any questions & went out of her way to ensure we has a later checkout (our departure flight was late evening). She made our trip so enjoyable. I would recommend this Villa to anyone, and I cannot fault it. It is even better than the photos and it really was worth the money paid. Thank you and we will return.
